They let us leave our bags also for a long time in luggage room No mosquito repellent in corridors/room… pool needs to be more cleaner and walls have holes in. Paint job in and out the room is horrendous, a 5 year old could do a better job. Breakfast, the flys were over the food and the staff need to be told to make more eggs etc

• Polina (6/5): Good value for low price - Everything was good, the have a swimming pool, the area is close to everything. The windows are not soundproof and it’s located on the busy crossing. I had to sleep with my AirPods with the noise cancellation on. I should’ve asked to change the room, I think they have rooms on the other side too. I really didn’t sleep well there, be aware if you’re a little sleeper.

• Lylie (4/5): - La proximité avec les rues animées. La piscine sur le rooftop. Ma chambre était très dégradée. La peinture sur les murs s’effritait, l’équipement de la douche était rouillé et, de plus, les toilettes dégageaient une odeur insupportable. Je ne pouvais quasiment pas rester dans la salle de bain. Je suis déçue, car c’était mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et le premier s’était très bien passé. (L’accueil est également à revoir.) Il semblerait que l’hôtel ait changé de personnel.

• Kris (8/5): Easy, no fuss stay. - Location made it easy to get around. Only about 15mins to the beach and other areas. There’s also some food stalls and a 7-11 just around the corner. The apartment was clean tidy and comfortable. All was fine especially for the price.

• Kaue (1/5): DO NOT STAY THERE! - Nothing! The property looked nothing like the photos in the advertisement. Although I booked a "Deluxe Suite," the room provided was absolutely disgusting. We actually had two rooms, and both were in horrible condition: dirty, moldy, foul-smelling, and completely uninhabitable. When we went downstairs to complain, the staff offered no solutions and refused to cancel our stay for a refund. The manager instructed us to check out and request a refund through Booking.com directly, but then maliciously marked us as a "no-show" to block our refund request. Everything about this hotel was unacceptable. It was unhygienic, and the staff (the manager in particular) were incredibly rude and unhelpful. The listing is a complete lie. I paid for a Deluxe room with a double bed and received a moldy room with two singles instead. We chose not to stay because we were genuinely concerned for our health. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel.

Jeśli ma się widok na ulicę, jest okropnie głośno, bowiem okna są zupełnie nie dźwiękoszczelne a przed hotelem znajduje się największe skrzywienie w Patong. Pokoje w słabym stanie, zwiedziłem 3 różne, 1 był bardzo przyjemny, 2 był dość słaby a 3 był w opłakanym stanie. Więc zależy na co się trafi.

Although my wife and I needed a place for sleep that's why we didn't let anything come to our mind. Their service is very poor. No intercom was in the room. The room's amenities were so below standard. The towels were not cleaned. And at last but not the least the AC was so old to cool down the room. The functions were not working properly also. So disappointed. 😔😔😔

• Anna (7/5): Ok, na max 2 noce jako miejsce tylko do spania - Jedyne co mogę powiedzieć to bardzo miły personel. Lokalizacja też całkiem dobra. Plusem jest basen, który byl dlugo otwarty i po calym dniu mozna było isc i sie wychillowac. I ładny widok. Pokoje bardzo zaniedbane, przydałoby się je troche bardziej wyczyścić i odmalować. Obdarte meble, odpadająca farba ze ścian. Dodatkowo bardzo głośno w pokojach bo okna są nieszczelne. Patrząc na to, że obok znajdowała sie ruchliwa ulica to w pokoju caly czas byl halas pomino zamknietych okien. Czy byly otwarte czy zamkniete to poziom halasu byl ten sam. Nie polecam dla osob, ktore maja problem ze snem.
