I will be putting this on both Apple and Google review so that people are warned and maybe use another booking app seen that they couldn’t even refund me for their mistake.

• Christopher (1/5): Terrible experience, staff was unhelpful and hotel was ghetto. Room and property were disgusting. - Nothing. Staff wasn’t helpful, location was horrible, property was very dirty. Room was disgusting and clearly wasn’t cleaned before check in. Blood stains on the mattress and carpet, and there was toilet paper covering the smoke detectors. Staff refused to issue a refund after weeks of going back and forth even after promising to issue one at the property.
• Sony Wilson (4/5): - Spacious The front desk staff stated that the deposit was property policy and meant to cover possible damages during the stay. After already paying the full room charge, I found this unreasonable and unusual. When I questioned it, I was told that if I was not comfortable, I could cancel and go elsewhere. This was said to me around midnight, which was highly inappropriate and inconvenient. I also received unclear answers about how damages beyond the deposit amount would be handled and inconsistent information about when the deposit would be returned. Overall, the process was uncomfortable, poorly explained, and handled in an unprofessional manner. Additionally, although the room was designated as non-smoking with a $250 penalty for violations, it had a strong tobacco odor both at check-in and check-out, which was highly concerning and unacceptable.

• Sabrina (9/5): Thank you for being you - The staff was so nice and helpful and patient. The room was very comfortable and I felt very safe here. Although I do have a nice balcony unfortunately the door won't open to it. Lack of access to the patio. Unable to use cox cable on TV (only could use Roku). And I wish that the option of monthly renting by the month was told to me at the beginning of my stay.

• Daggs (8/5): The manager, Francisco made my stay very pleasant by addressing some concerns I had. - The room didn't have any face towels in the bathroom. I brought my own towels as I usually do but I found it a little strange that there were no face towels in the room.

When you call about it your pushed to another customer service and you actually get no where. Total scam. I will be going higher than this. They were not apologetic at the front desk for our inconveni - Nothing Hotel/apartment entrance was not inviting atmosphere. Hotel was over booked and did not have a room available for me. Staff was very unpleasant and barely helpful. Did not stay at the front desk when trying to re-book accommodations with another hotel. booking.com had difficulty reaching front desk.

I booked on booking.com and when I got there they didn't have the room that I paid for it took almost 45 minutes for them to find me a room and it wasn't even the same that I ordered. There was no price adjustment and it was like I had no other choice.
• Justin (1/5): Horrible - There was no breakfast the beds were comfy and the prices to wash and dry were super cheap The staff we had some issues and we needed to extend our stay another night and they said they couldn't do they were booked checkin isn't until 3 or 4 and check out said noon on your site but it was really 11 I asked if we could get a LATE CHECKOUT JUST NEEDED AN EXTRA HOUR I TOLD THEM WE WOULD EVEN PAY ANOTHER NIGHT THEY STILL TOLD ME NO ACCUSED ME OF SMOKING DRUGS IN THE ROOM AND EVEN CALLED COPS ABSOLUTELY WORST STAY EVER

There was a dirt ring in the toilet from not being cleaned. Paid for a garden view and got a view of the parking lot and street instead.

• Heather (1/5): I didn’t stay. I immediately left after seeing the room. - We went in cheek the room and left ! The room smelled like cleaning products and cigarettes. It’s an old Ramada and I don’t think it’s been touched since the 90s the property says it’s 4 miles from down town it’s 10 miles the room had a slider that felt super unsafe Safety cleanliness I had a funky smell and it was way more than 4 miles from downtown. We didn’t stay we left and rented the Hilton on the east side

The room had a foul smell and both my Uncle and I coughed all night because of it. The carpet in the was full of stains that looked very similar to blood!!! The toilet seat was loose. Nothing about this property was even remotely aesthetically pleasing Everything!!!
