• Shqipe (8/5): - Väldigt liten riad som kändes hemtrevlig. Personalen var vänliga, speciellt killen som jobbade kväll/natt Suleiman. Han var mycket hjälpsam och respektfull. Boendet kändes tryggt tack vare honom. Kvinnorna som ordnade med frukost och städningen var mycket vänliga. Läget var super, gångavstånd till soukerna och andra sevärdheter. Frukosten var enkel men god. Vi använde oss av riadens hamam och massage som var enkel men bra. Rummet städades varje dag. Överlag en mysig liten riad. Vi hade rummet nära köket vilket medförde en del ljud då det är mycket lyhört på boendet. Vägen till riaden var en liten smal gränd men kändes ändå tryggt. Terrassen däruppe var lite omysig med slitna utemöbler som såg smutsiga/nedgånga ut trots städning varje dag. Väldigt liten pool mitt i riaden vilket inte inbjöd till poolhäng.
• Andrii (10/5): Highly recommended! - Everything was great! The location is very convenient — everything is within walking distance. The staff (Soufiane and Slimane) were extremely friendly, communicative, and always ready to help. The riad itself is very clean and well maintained, and you can really feel a warm “home-like” atmosphere there. If this is your first time visiting Marrakech, I definitely recommend booking the airport transfer through the riad. The driver will take you to the Medina, where a representative from the riad will meet you and guide you directly to the riad. Very convenient! You can also book different excursions and trips directly at the riad, which is very helpful. Our room was quite small, and the toilet/shower area was separated only by a wall that did not reach the ceiling (there was around a 60 cm gap), so the spaces were not fully isolated. Also, in the evenings it could sometimes be noisy outside, which occasionally made it difficult to fall asleep, even though the riad is located in a relatively quiet part of the Medina.

They even packed up breakfast when we were leaving early one morning for our toubkal hike. The room was great, the shower took some time to adjust but other than that we loved out stay! They also have a lovely rooftop to relax on. Thank you so much! nothing !

Ambiente luminosissimo, pulizia perfetta, cibo buonissimo ma l’accoglienza merita la lode! I ragazzi Slimen e Soufien troppo bravi e professionali, attenti alle esigenze del cliente e ti fanno sentire come se fossi a casa. Ci hanno aiutato e consigliato in moltissime occasioni! Reception attiva 24h su 24h e non è scontato Come posizione è ottima se si vuole girare nel cuore della città a piedi, silenziosa di notte e carica di vita di giorno con ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. • Naila (9/5): Riad was a 10, comfortable and great locality - I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was great, I could easily access everywhere I wanted to visit by foot. Staff were friendly, answered any questions and breakfast was simple but delicious. Quiet and calm and clean inside. Nice interior If I came again I’d stay here, however on our last day I asked if they did lunch. I didn’t want to go out as I had not long left until my transfer came to pick me up for the airport and I just wanted to relax in the riad. I was told it has to be preordered the day before. That’s the only thing I can say.
• Masoud (1/5): - Nothing The hotel we booked through Booking.com was extremely disappointing. They couldn’t even provide something as basic as bottled water. The breakfast was very poor—just eggs, a few pieces of bread with butter and jam, orange juice, and tea. Honestly, it didn’t deserve to be called a hotel at all. It felt more like a one-star guesthouse. Overall, it was a really bad experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
• Isabella (10/5): A truly wonderful stay in Marrakech! Shukran! - This was a very sweet, typically beautiful riad - I loved the option to have breakfast every morning in the middle. Soufiane and Mouad were extremely accommodating and friendly throughout our whole stay. My best friend and I tried to learn Arabic while we were there, Soufiane and Mouad were very kind and taught us how to pronounce particular words and phrases. The rooftop was also a great place to chill out and escape to from the hustle and bustle. Our bathroom was cleaned everyday and towels replaced (maybe not always necessary - so might be worth mentioning to the staff). The location was perfect, a short 6 min walk to the souks and easy for cars to pick up and drop off if going on tours. My best friend and I enjoyed every moment of our holiday in Marrakech, we really didn’t want to go home. A good proportion of this was certainly down to the riad and Soufiane and Mouad for being so incredibly accommodating. I never caught the ladies name who cleaned our rooms but she was lovely to say hello to as well. When we return we will undoubtedly be back to the same place! Not much to say here at all… might be worth asking guests whether towels need to be washed everyday - just for sustainability purposes. Otherwise everything was perfect.

• Coralie (9/5): Fabuleux - Riad magnifique et personnel très sympathique. La chambre était très jolie et vraiment très propre. Le rooftop est très agréable. Localisation parfaite, tout se fait à pieds. Hammam et massage très bien également. Merci à Yousra pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité :) Je reviendrai sans hésiter ! La chambre au rez-de-chaussée donnant sur la piscine et les tables était forcément un peu bruyante une fois les premiers clients attablés au petit-déjeuner. Les chambres à l'étage sont sûrement moins bruyantes.

If you want to truly experience Marrakech, its soul and atmosphere — this is the place to be. A special thank you to the staff! You are welcomed like the most honored guests. We were greeted with aromatic mint tea and cookies right in the inner patio — it was the perfect introduction to the local culture from the very first moments. The room is decorated with incredible taste: carved furniture, traditional textiles, yet the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is modern and impeccably clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I would especially like to mention the breakfasts! Every morning in the inner courtyard, we were treated to a true feast: fresh flatbreads, jams, olives, orange juice, local pancakes (msemen), and of course coffee or tea. It was the perfect start for long days of exploring the city. I highly recommend trying their hammam — after a long day of walking, it's a true treat for body and soul. Many thanks for organizing the transfer and for all the recommendations. The staff was always available and ready to help with any questions. I returned from Marrakech feeling completely refreshed. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking not just for "somewhere to sleep," but for a truly authentic experience!

Son emplacement était bien pas très loin du centre de Marrakech et proche d’un grand parking, idéal pour garer une voiture de location ou prendre un taxi. Les chambres étaient malheureusement pas assez bien insonorisées ce qui fait qu’on entendait souvent les autres vacanciers, entrer ou sortir de leur chambre ou discuter. Ce Riad est idéal pour une location complète entre amis ou en famille.

Soucieux que tout se passe bien l’équipe est au top, nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour ici, les petits déjeuners sont copieux et très bon. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions réservé lors de notre arrivée. Une erreur dans les plannings qui n’a pas altéré la qualité de notre séjour. Les gérants ont était compréhensifs et ont cherché une solution, qu ils ont trouvé le surlendemain et en offrant un massage et un hamam sur les deux.

Inoltre Ci hanno aiutato molto con i transfer e gli spostamenti serali. Eravamo in 7 e praticamente era tutto nostro quindi Atmosfera del Riad molto molto bella, esperienza che consiglio a tutti in assoluto se soggiornate a Marrakech. Camere molto graziose ma poco illuminate (e a tratti umide)

• Claire (10/5): - The Riad is in a really good location if you are looking to be within the Medina and close to everything. It's very clean and the staff are very helpful, friendly and attentive. Breakfast is included and is really good... the rooftop was amazing when the sun came out.... if it was hot we would definitely have had a dip in the pool. The weather wasn't great when we went. Which didn't spoil our trip but it was cold having breakfast in the middle of the Riad. But our room was very warm with the heating system included. So no complaints at all.

• Joanna (9/5): Uroczy i czysty riad blisko mediny. - Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do mediny, ale też możliwy dojazd taksówką prawie pod drzwi. Ładny riad, z tarasem na dachu, małym basenem. Bardzo czysto, bieżące sprzątanie. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel - bez problemu zamawiają taksówkę, pomagają w organizacji wycieczek. Śniadania bardzo smaczne, dość podobne do siebie każdego dnia, ale wszystko robione na miejscu, do tego sok pomarańczowy, kawa itd. Miła atmosfera w obiekcie. Duży pokój na piętrze. Dobrze działający internet. Wszystko było w porządku.

• Jacquey (8/5): Helpful staff - The staff were really helpful. The location, in the very heart of the Medina, is good. The weather was bad so the riad was very cold. They advertise a swimming pool but it is an extremely small plunge pool in the centre of the eating area. Towels and shower mat were not replaced despite being soaking wet. In the summer I 'm sure it would have been more comfortable.

• Theodora Stankova (10/5): Beautiful and quiet authentic Moroccan accommodation - The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It was cozy and clean, they cleaned the room every day when we left for our daily activities. The bathroom was also very nice, with hot water all the time. The riad is situated at the outer edge of the medina, a 3-minute walk from Bab Yacout, which is perfect for pick-up for day trips around Marrakech, and a 3-minute walk from the busier part of the medina. Our room was on the inside and was very quiet! The breakfast was tasty, and the staff was kind and accommodating.

Kamer was niet ruim en duurde lang voordat de airco werkte verder duurde het ook heel lang voordat de douche warm water had. Ontbijt was oké niet heel goed. Ontbijt, schone handdoeken moesten we om vragen, was niet na de eerste dag gedaan. Ontbijt had verder gekund.

• Cristina (10/5): Maravilloso Riad en Marrakech muy cerca de la Medina - Saufin nos ayudó desde la llegada hasta el último día, dejándonos incluso el desayuno preparado para el viaje. El Riad es precioso y tiene una pequeña piscina además de una espectacular terraza. El desayuno muy rico, las camas comodísimas, está super limpio y en la misma calle hay un restaurante y dos supermercados. En 15 minutos andando llegas a la Medina. Muy recomendable.

• Marya (4/5): disappointing, dark room, uncomfortable bed, no privacy - The photos of the room online looked nice (though my room did not match the description). I liked the green tile and the bathroom sink. The AC did work and there was hot water. Unfortunately the room is not as nice as the photos made it appear when I booked. It also lacked amenities listed on my booking. To start, the staff did not meet me as planned to welcome me into the hotel. I waited where we agreed to meet and the front desk person denied my calls and did not answer my Whatsapp messages. It's in a difficult to find location that is not safe for solo female travelers to be wandering around in, day or night. You are not given a key to the entrance, but must wait until someone arrives to let you in, which is frightening, as it's not a nice place to wait outside. Bed was not comfortable. Shower did not look like the photos. Towels were threadbare, with holes in them. There is no privacy at all. There are no windows to the outside and no airflow, which should mean the room is at least quiet, but it was so loud! I heard motorbikes rushing past outside all day and night long. There are two windows facing the interior courtyard. If you open the curtains, you have zero privacy and must be fully dressed inside your room. I could hear the staff and other hotel guests as though they were in the same room, even with the windows shut. It says non-smoking, but guests smoked right outside my door and I could smell it in my room. I barely slept both because of the uncomfortable bed and the noise outside and from within the hotel. The rooftop terrace has no view of the surrounding area, which was also disappointing. The room was less than half the square footage listed on booking.com. It's also far from the tourist area or where you will likely want to be during your trip.

• ROMANITA (9/5): Tradition et design à mi-chemin entre souks et Majorelle - La décoration mélangeait tradition et design contemporain avec beaucoup de bon goût, le personnel était adorable, le petit déjeuner excellent. La situation proche des souks mais aussi de Majorelle était parfaite.
• Hanying (1/5): 因为这件事，我们感觉很不好 - 经历那个恶心到极点的前台服务员，我不知说什么， 前台服务员sofian不适合做这份工作，因酒店地理位置问题，门口无法停车，我们在离开前一天，请他和我们的司机沟通接车地点，Sofian说我们的司机不愿来接，他可以帮我们另订车，没理他，第二天早上，我们司机已经提前半小时在酒店巷口等我们，并通知前台Sofian，结果Sofian把我们带到酒店另一路口，谎称司机找不到路，要我们付他10欧元带我们过去，后来司机也说他要求司机给5欧，给他带路，一早上折腾一个小时，我们的车就停在离酒店两分钟的地方，让我们拖着行李跟着他在小巷里穿行等待在错误的地方
• Daniel (9/5): - L'accueil est aux petits soins très chaleureux, la rénovation est très récente, fidèle aux photos, clim neuve, SDB neuve, les chambres sont propres et faites tous les jours, le personnel se plie en quatre pour répondre à toutes nos attentes. L'emplacement par rapport aux intérêts touristiques permet de faire tout à pied, le toit terrasse est très agréable. La proximité des commerces induit un environnement assez sonore. Bien que ce soit possible, nous ne nous sommes pas trempés dans la piscine qui nous a semblé plutôt être un bassin de décoration.

• marianne (10/5): Un séjour merveilleux au Riad, parfait à tous points de vue ! - Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Riad ! Tout était absolument parfait : l’emplacement idéal (nous avons tout fait à pied), le petit déjeuner succulent, et que dire du personnel absolument merveilleux, toujours disponible et souriant :)) Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! N’hésitez pas également à profiter du dîner sur place : très copieux et absolument délicieux ! Ainsi que de la prestation hammam et massage en plus!!!!
• Marie (8/5): Séjour de découverte entre mère et fille - Petit Riad soigneusement décoré dans lequel on apprécie immédiatement son calme et sa tranquillité L’équipe est très discrète, accueillante et toujours disponible en cas de besoin Un grand merci à Sofiane qui nous a offert son sourire faisant l’effort de parler français et qui s’est toujours montré très prévenant avec nous Tout était parfait, s’il fallait l’améliorer j’ajouterais simplement des rideaux en voile léger aux chambres du rez-de-chaussée En effet les rideaux occultants nous obligeaient à allumer la lumière en plein jour pour avoir de l’intimité

I due fratelli che gestiscono il riad ci hanno accolto facendoci sentire come a casa nostra. Disponibili ad ogni nostra esigenza. Consigliatissimo. Colazione preparata con prodotti locali buonissimi
• Miriam (8/5): Precioso Riad. - Es muy bonito y desayunamos muy bien en su patio. La habitación era muy cómoda y tenía una buena ducha. Nos recibieron con un té mientras hacíamos el check in y nos enseñaron todo el Riad, con su preciosa terraza. Los chicos nos ayudaron mucho, tanto para encontrar el Riad como acompañándonos a la parada del bus para ir al aeropuerto. Está a unos 10 minutos andando del centro. No estaba muy bien señalizado, está en una calle recta pero no hay ningún cartel que te indique a qué altura está.

• Anne-Marie (10/5): Fabulous stay! - The Riad was stunning and the location was in the heart of everything. Easy to get around by foot and only a 15min ride from the airport. The room was large, bed was comfortable and all the staff were super nice and friendly and always had time to talk with you. Highly recommended Riad if you need a place to stay that ticks all the boxes. Not enough plug sockets to charge devices but we made it work!

• David (6/5): We weren’t as impressed as others. - We only stayed here for one night, but we weren’t as impressed as others seem to be. That said, the riad is pretty, and the room (we had a queen) was comfortable. It was noisy on the night we stayed - noise from the street and from inside. My wife didn’t sleep well and I used earplugs. Also the breakfast is basic and easily the least exciting we’ve had in our 2 weeks travelling around Morocco.

• Raquel (10/5): Beautiful riad, very clean and great location - We had an amazing stay at Riad Dar Yousra. The riad is beautiful, very clean and the rooms are spacious. The amenities, such as the hamam, are to be recommended. The breakfast was delicious and the riad is located in a nice and convenient part of the city. The entire staff, cleaning staff included, did a wonderful job of making us feel at home. We would definitely recommend this riad for your next trip to Marrakech! none
