YOU WONT GET A REFUND STAY AWAY!!! - Location and the pool etc is great one of the most stunning views in Pattaya Where do I start?!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE WITHOUT SEEING IT FIRST I would never advise this particular apartment WITHOUT SEEING IT FIRST! TV was smashed from previous person (listed without a tv being listed in the room but it’s there, owner told me they had written it down but it wasn’t anywhere). Cockroaches nesting under the bed and in the kitchen, crawled on my phone while on charge, bed sheets was more like a duvet and the duvet was a kids single cover that was frayed to bits and didn’t cover the bed at all. PILLOWS BLOOD STAINED, no pillow cases at all on those. Cockroaches in the bathroom too crawling round the sink. Shower was a nightmare, pressure was like you poured water from a bottle over yourself totally terrible. 5th floor was super noisy and rowdy so honestly all in all this was a joke. The owner or handler of the property couldn’t care less. Told them when I had got in at midnight text directly to WhatsApp. Nothing they did about it, I had to chase them down. No refund, no sorry just “put your key in the box” I moved out 2 days earlier to move to another hotel. Seriously staying in the apartments here is a dream BUT JUST PAY A LITTLE MORE to have a better place and experience. Overall room was 2/10 very badly cleaned and hygiene obviously but has potential to be great. Edge apartments 10/10. Customer service from the owner or handler 0/10!!!!! Booking.com notified and they have been amazing so thank you to them but even they got no response from the owner! So STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU SEE PROPERTY FIRST

Si vous avez un ami situé dans un autres étages il vous sera impossible de lui rendre visite, votre badge est bloqué a votre étage et au espaces communs .

• John (8/5): - Location Floor number 5 too low and too noisy also insufficient toilet tissue and empty facial tissue holders for a 5 night stay. No soap or kitchen towel to clean dishes.

I feel like that should be compulsory in any hotel/apartment. They provided an iron on request but the iron was absolutely terrible. Other than that no complaints.

• Justin (8/5): - Location & building & condo When I arrived the room was dirty in a few places The owner was excellent at sorting the issue the next day. I stayed for 2 weeks and a has a further room refresh for free and a good will cresture. I will book again as I go to Pattaya every 12 weeks.
