Polecam. - - Obiekt położony w bardzo spokojnej okolicy, cisza spokój choć daleko od centrum (jakieś 30 min.) - Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem - brakowało nam garnków, zostały dostarczone jeszcze tego samego wieczora - Wygodne łóżko - Smart TV - Aneks kuchenny dość dobrze wyposażony, kawa i herbata - fajnie. Szkoda tylko, że przypraw nie ma - Bardzo cienkie ściany - System obsługi prysznica jest dziwny + ciśnienie było bardzo słabe - Tylko 1 wieszak w szafie, a i tak się nie mieścił na głębokość - trzeba było powiesić ubranie ukośnie
• Sam (8/5): Great find for budget. - The cute swan towels on the bed even though it was me and my mate sharing. Exceptionally clean, all mod cons kitchen, comfy pillow like marshmallows. The easy retrieve key/code. Tastefully decorated and bright. Not that far from town in a taxi. The thin walls. Could literally hear next door talking, snoring and their baby crying constantly My mate had ear plugs. I didnt. The lack of curtains. I had a sleep mask my friend didnt. I know you cant help the noise of guests. But complimentary ear plugs would be a win.
• Laura (1/5): Avoid! - If you want to sleep, don't bother! 1. The walls are PAPER THIN. You will hear everything from neighbouring flats, including coughing, chatting, cooking, showering, intimacy, footsteps, everything. People were playing music late into the night and had to hear someone showering at 5am! 2. Dirty sheets! Extremely disgusting, covered in weird stains. 3. No heating. The cleaner had left the windows open so the room was freezing when we came back after an evening out, and there was no way to turn the heating on. 4. Broken blind and the one window with a blind didn't have light-blocking blinds so we're useless for blocking out light. 5. Speaking of light, the door to the studio has windows so every time someone walks in the corridor or near the door of their studio, the motion-sensor corridor light shines into the flat, lighting up the whole place. 6. Really stingy amenities - no sponge to do the washing up, no kitchen equipment to use the hob, no little table to eat on, only one hanger in the wardrobe. 7. Bad location - really far from the centre, not very close to a bus stop and no amenities nearby. 8. When we arrived the key wasn't in the lockbox so I had to call them. Not a smooth check in at all after a long drive. I requested a refund for our stay and was refused by both Booking.com and Moscow studios. Avoid avoid avoid!

• Callum (5/5): Nice place, issue with host communication - Clean, decent for the price It’s a communal block of flats. Was awoken at 8am Sunday morning to somebody screaming and shouting who had not gotten their key out the key safe prior to checking in, so was locked in the building. Later, same thing happened with cleaners/contractors who were doing work in the building, also didn’t have a key to get out so both times I had to let them out. Raised issue with the host who initially replied than radio silence which is not good enough as this could be a legitimate safety concern/disrupted what should have been a chilled stay

• Mark (9/5): - Arrived to find I couldn't download instructions to get in. Rang the mobile number and they were fantastic getting us in - very conscious of security so needed to check my ID. Fantastic to sort out so quickly. A little smaller room than I expected but fine for one night. Kitchen had everything we needed including washing up liquid which you don't always find.

• Nikolaos (9/5): - Easy enough location, close to main roads. 15mins drive from the centre. There was coffee, tea, milk, sugar, 2 biscuits and 2 portions of breakfast cereal. The kitchen had all utensils, pans and pots to cook simple meals, that was very nice. The walls felt really thin, we could hear everything from the room next to us, but that is to be expected in old buildings.
• Stuart Gibson (6/5): - The host was accommodating in letting us check in early and responded quick. Very friendly. Amenities were good. Coffee/ tea etc and all appliances were there to be used. Clean room. Decent bed and bathroom for the night. Having the first room at the entrance you hear everything also from the other rooms. The room doors have frosted glass and the sensor lights in the hall shine constantly in the room with people coming and going. Was woken a few times by this as our room door was at the entrance to the property. Some maintenance is also needed in the property but all in all was fine.

• James (5/5): Infuriating - Modern, clean. Complicated six digit code to enter your room, that’s after you’ve retrieved the main door key from key box in a cupboard outside the property. Auto lights in hall wall that shone through the glass panels in the door every time someone else came out their room. The drain pipe running through the room clearly not insulated every time the room above showered or used the toilet the sound of water came through the room very loudly. The tv had a dark band across the lower third of the screen. The toilet flusher was sticky so sometimes the water kept running until you fiddled with it to stop. Apart from that my vehicle was vandalised outside the apartments. Totally unprovoked not sure if it was a neighbour as the owners refused to show me cctv and became very rude when I pointed out the fake laws they were spouting . This property is on a residential street.

Kitchen was lovely and so was the bathroom. Our TV was not working great as there was green line running at the bottom but internet and everything was superb. It was all good.

The rooms are not soundproofed - I could hear my neighbours talking next door. Thankfully they went to sleep early!

The location is excellent—close enough to the city centre but in a quiet area with easy access to local shops and attractions. Parking was simple and hassle-free, which made arriving stress-free. The room was spotlessly clean and well-presented, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable short stay. The kitchenette was a real bonus, and the bathroom was modern and tidy. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and well maintained. The housekeeper was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and well-equipped place to stay in Liverpool. We’ll be back!
