• Vuyisa (5/5): I'm not happy at all - The bedding was clean and neat. You didn't say Neo&Ruks in Bellville was full. You made me go there, and they said it's full. I had to Uber again and go to parow, with my own money. I hate that

• Mjiyakho (1/5): Very bad experience. - Nothing. Dirty towels/bedding. Shared shower/bathroom. Can’t go out after 22h00. I would definitely not recommend it.

• Patricia (9/5): - It would be better if the guest house offers food (Paid) because other times its difficult for first timers to be comfortable going to shops and sometimes we would be really tired as we travel for long hours. Other than that I was happy with my stay, the room was clean and it was safe. Nothing, the stay was excellent

• Sanda (4/5): Very budget - Budget Thought I'd book room with 2 beds and booking confirmation showed multiple beds , multiple rooms but we were put in a room with 1 bed. Didn't know either that toilets and shower was shared. Only half the amenities listed were available. Checkin staff was unhelpful, her attitude was take it or leave it. Wouldn't answer any other questions. Other staff was more helpful. Contacted booking.com support, sent email, absolutely no response.

• Fikile (1/5): Very Bad visit Never to bee repeated - Nothing TV wasn't working 😭 Room had Condoms and a using condom packet in the drawers when I got there the place wasn't ready it was wet only cleaned whilst I waited in the very cold reception No heaters place was very Cold .The staff didn't even know about the Booking. That place isn't supposed to be booked by anyone.
