Der Service war aufmerksam und professionell, die Kommunikation schnell, klar und zuverlässig. Das Zimmer war in einwandfreiem Zustand, sauber, komfortabel und genau wie beschrieben. Es gab keinerlei Beanstandungen. Insgesamt eine durchweg positive Erfahrung ohne Schwachstellen.

- Danuta (10/5): - Apartament czysty, przestronny, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, piekarnik, ekspres na kapsułki, elektroniczny zamek dzięki któremu nie trzeba klucza, narciarnia, duża suszarka na buty, blisko stacji kolejowej ale nie bylo słychać pociągów. Komfort apartamentu wynagradza odległośc od stoku, która w sumie nie stanowiła problemu.

Cały obiekt pięknie położony :) Połprzezroczysta kotara oddzielająca pokoje, łazienka odgrodzona jest matowym szkłem i za mało zasłania osobę w środku. Kotara mogłaby być bardziej kryjąca, wtedy zapewniłaby więcej prywatności ;)

- Alma (9/5): - Izuzetno lijep i udoban apartman sa svim potrebnim sadrzajima (osobito odlicno organizirana kuhinja), predivan pogled na planinske vrhunce koji su ujutro, kao i blagovaonica, obasjani suncem. Sjajna online komunikacija s domacinima koji su tocno predvidjali nase potrebe - kao da su nam citali misli. Odlicna lokacija blizu skijalista Kaltenbach, zeljeznicke pruge (vrlo tihi vlakovi se uopce ne cuju) i raznih ducana. Zaista smo uzivali! Vrlo zanimljiva prica o arhitektonskom uredjenju objekta koje je odlicno izvedeno ali nas je iznenadila staklena stijena koja predstavlja zid kupaonice. Mozda ovo rjesenje ne odgovara svim gostima.

Wir haben den über die Gäste-App angebotenen Brötchenservice genutzt. Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe. Viele kostenlose Parkplätze. Appartement ist eher nüchtern und funktional eingerichtet. Geschirr, Besteck, etc. waren etwas knapp bemessen.

- Marc (6/5): Günstig, sauber, aber mit entsprechenden Abstrichen - Sehr sauber, einfacher online Check In, Parkplätze direkt am Haus, günstig fürs Zillertal Wir hatten Zimmer 2.3. Leider gab es im Bad oder sonst im Zimmer keinen einzigen Haken an den Wänden um Handtücher oder Wäsche aufzuhängen. Größtes Manko war, dass das Bad/WC mit Glaswänden (nicht komplett durchsichtig) versehen war, wobei an der Tür ein mehrere Millimeter breiter Spalt war und die Tür nicht verschlossen werden konnte. Das war sehr hellhörig und unangenehm.

- Michał (9/5): - Dobra lokalizacja względem ośrodków w dolinie Zillertal. Tuż obok stacja kolejki Zillertalbahn dojeżdżającej do Mayrhofen. Pokoje wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne. W piwnicy narciarnia i suszarki do butów narciarskich. (Uwaga nie wszystkie są sprawne). Pokoje bardzo czyste, pościel i ręczniki na stanie. Do tego ekspres kapsułkowy do kawy. Bardzo trzeszczące drewniane schody w tej części budynku, w której byliśmy.. Poręcz mogła być zeszlifowana,bo syn wbił sobie drzazgę.

Dit was een perfecte tussen stop. Super netjes en schoon, mooi ruim en heerlijke bedden. Toilet en douche in een. Als je met meerdere personen bent niet handig. Maar voor ons voor 1 nachtje prima. - Aduard (10/5): I would like to return to this hotel again. - I with my family (Jakobson - 3 persons) greatly enjoyed the service, the cleanliness, and the management’s attentiveness to guests’ needs. The kitchen is well-equipped, with attention given to every little detail. Everything is clean and modern. The location is excellent—shopping centers are just a 7-minute walk from the hotel, a train station is very close, and the view is amazing, breathtaking. Our rating is 10 for the service, cleanliness, location, and price. In the end, instead of the planned 6 days, we extended our family vacation for 2 weeks.

- Sina (8/5): Schönes Apprtement mit allem was man braucht. - Sehr leichter Check-in & Organisation. Lage direkt an der Bahn ist sehr praktisch und wir haben keinen Lärm des Zugs gehört. Alles sehr neu. Bequemes Bett Es gab leider nur 2 Gläser. Sonst ist die Ausstattung gut.

- Karolina (8/5): - Alles insgesamt war top. Wir wohnten hier während unser Wanderurlaubs (sehr gute Lage um die schönsten Wanderziele zu erreichen). Wir hatten zuerst ein Appartement mit Balkon in der 1. EG gebucht, leider war dieses viel zu klein und mit einem großen Hund einfach nicht tragbar (als Ehepaar allein vielleicht). Also baten wir den Gastgeber es umzubuchen, sehr unkompliziert und mit einem Aufpreis für die Endreinigung des ersten Zimmers (eine Nacht haben wir dort übernachtet) haben wir eine große Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit Terrasse bezogen. Das war es definitiv Wert! Sehr komfortabel und gemütlich! Sauberkeit

- Michaela (8/5): Tolle Wohnung - Auf Hinweise wurde sofort reagiert. Wir mögen getrennte Zimmer, damit wir als Eltern auch mal länger wach bleiben können. Da der Aufenthaltsbereich bei den Kindern war, eher schwierig.

W pierwszym dniu po przyjeździe zgłosiłem brak oswietlenia. Zwykła sprawa trzeba bylo wymienić zarowki. Trwało to 3 dni. To najlepiej opisuje poziom obsługi.

Na stoki dojeżdżaliśmy samochodem. Po wyjściu z budynku dużo ścieżek spacerowych i rowerowych. Dla mnie wszystko było ok

Soms geen warme douche, op momenten dat meerdere mensen in gebouw douchen. Dus in de ochtend of rond 18 uur na het skiën. Even wachten en je hebt wel warme douche.

- Tomasz (10/5): Pogoda dopisała, więc spędziliśmy super czas na stoku, a wieczorem chęt niewracalismy do hotelu. - Każdy szczegół doskonale przemyślany. Rozkładany stół, tv na ramieniu, zmywarka, expres do kawy, kostki lodu 😊. Ładny widok z balkonu. Doskonała opieka podczas pobytu i proste zameldowanie. Dodatkowo dostępna pralnia i suszarnia narciarska. Sklepy w pobliżu a obok hotelu darmowa kolejka dla narciarzy. Serdecznie polecam ten hotel.

The location was excellent and made it easy to move around and explore the area. The staff kindly allowed us to check in very early because we were exhausted from traveling, and that gesture really made a difference for us. They were available and helpful around the clock with any request or question. The view from the apartment was beautiful and added a lot to the stay. We booked two apartments from them, and I will definitely come back again. ** you can open the room via website. which is fantastic!!👍 ++++ الشقة نظيفة جدًا وتهويتها وترتيبها يشجع إنك تجلس فيها وقت أطول. موقع السكن ممتاز ويسهّل عليك التنقّل وزيارة الأماكن القريبة بدون تعب. ما قصّروا أبد، سمحوا لنا نسوي تسجيل دخول بدري كثير لأننا كنا مره تعبانيـن من السفر، وهالشي يحسب لهم بكل صراحة. متعاونين على مدار الساعة، أي طلب أو استفسار تلقى أحد يرد ويساعدك. الإطلالة كانت مميزة وتخلي الجلسة في الشقة أحلى. تقدر تفاح الشقة عن طريق موقع بكل سهولة حتى لو نسيت الرمز السري اللي يعطونك إياه أخذنا منهم شقتين، وبإذن الله ما راح تكون آخر مرة، لي رجعة لهم أكيد. طبعًا مافيه شطاف في دورات المياه، وهاد الشي مزعج لنا كضيوف من الخليج. الشقة الكبيرة فيها حمام واحد بس، ومعه مكان ثاني للاستحمام، وهذا مو مرة عملي للعوائل الكبيرة إذا كلهم موجودين. في الشقة الصغيرة ياليت يحطّون ستارة عازلة أكثر لدورة المياه، لأن الستارة الحالية تعكس الإضاءة على الغرفة وتقلّل الخصوصية. +++ There is no handheld bidet in the bathrooms, which might be inconvenient for guests who are used to it. The larger apartment has only one main bathroom and a separate area for bathing, which can be less practical for bigger families or groups. In the smaller apartment, it would be better to have a fully opaque curtain for the bathroom, because the current one reflects light into the room and reduces privacy.

- Daniela (10/5): Einfach Top! - Die Ferienwohnung in Schlitters war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt. Besonders der traumhafte Ausblick auf die Berge hat uns begeistert. Die Lage ist top – ruhig und dennoch mit dem Bahnhof direkt vor der Haustür, was sehr praktisch ist. Trotz der Nähe stören die Züge überhaupt nicht. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder! Bis Bald

Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder. Danke und liebe Grüße. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt, ich hätte mir ein Toaster gewünscht.

- Michael (9/5): Alles sehr modern und sauber! Gerne wieder! - Sehr modern und sehr sauber. Alles sehr schön, nur Kleinigkeiten die besser sein könnten. Es waren zum Beispiel zu wenig Weingläser da. Das Geschirr sollte regelmäßig aufgefüllt werden. Mehr Haken im Bad für Handtücher wären auch gut gewesen. Zugang geht nur über PIN Code. Es ist kein Personal vor Ort.
