• Luciene (9/5): Excelente localização! - Da localização muito boa, próxima de bares, restaurantes, shopping, praia do Farol e Porto da Barra, supermercados, barracas de frutas. Lugar tranquilo. Quarto limpo e organizado, e seguro. Poderia ter uma chaleira no apartamento para esquentar água, e suporte para shampoo e sabonete no banheiro.
• Caline (7/5): Adequado se for para 2 pessoas, e que não cogitem estender um biquíni, por exemplo. Pq o único lugar disponível é um var - Localização é muito boa. Instalações são novas. As fotos disponibilizadas passam uma falsa impressão do tamanho do quarto. Reservei pra 3 pessoas e a terceira cama era uma cama auxiliar. Minha filha bateu a cama no criado mudo que é fixo e fica ao lado da cama. Informei que estávamos indo de carro e não foi informado que as vagas eram limitadas, só soubemos disso ao chegar, as 22 horas de uma sexta feira. Rodamos ao redor procurando um lugar pra estacionar, na rua, e depois subimos com as malas. O porteiro informou que haviam poucas vagas. Que poderíamos achar uma vaga, e ao sair, as vagas estarem ocupadas e não termos mais disponibilidade de vaga.

• Bianca (4/5): Shower pressure is weak, bed comfortable but bathroom needs fixing. - On the positive side, the building itself is secure and feels safe, with security at the entrance and proper verification. The location is convenient, with supermarkets and shops nearby, and it is around a 15-minute walk to Barra beach. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment includes basic amenities such as air conditioning, an iron, fridge, stove, and utensils. Unfortunately, my stay was significantly impacted by several issues that need to be addressed. The bathroom and shower were the biggest problems. The shower had the weakest water pressure I have ever experienced — to the point where it was extremely difficult to shower properly, and completely impractical for washing hair. The water pressure was inconsistent, and the nozzle used to turn the shower on and off felt broken and came apart easily, making the experience very frustrating. Additionally, the water temperature could not be properly controlled. I reported this to the host, but although they attempted to fix it after over a day, the issue was not resolved. The bathroom door handle was also broken and repeatedly fell off, which should have been fixed prior to any guest staying. Cleanliness was another concern. The apartment was dusty on arrival, with areas such as the bed frame and bathroom clearly requiring additional cleaning. Of the three towels provided, two had visible stains, and some of the dishes and cutlery were not clean and had to be washed again before use. There were also small insects present in the apartment, which added to the discomfort. Communication with the host felt inconsistent. While they did respond, this seemed to improve mainly after the apartment owners contacted me directly to ask about my stay, at which point I expressed my dissatisfaction.

• Nkeiruka (5/5): Will not be staying here next time - Loved the amenities. They were modern and it’s in a good location. They are the most disorganised accommodation I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. I arrived and even after making reservations, I had to wait for one hour as they did not "find my booking". When I got to my room, the door code was jammed and needed a little shaking to get it to work. I was supposed to stay for one night only then transfer my booking to another room in the same hotel and they didn’t even do me the courtesy of managing my accommodation. They were going to let me check out by 11am and hang around until 3pm when the new room was ready. I raised hell before they fixed up and managed that issue. All my friends who arrived that day had issues with their checking despite the fact that we had all booked 2months earlier and had filled the pre-check in information. The only way to get things to work was to call some guy Christian who was the manager and sometimes he would just decide not to pick. On the last day, they made my friend pay extra to get her to keep her room as they were going to forcefully check her out of her room to accommodate new guests. This was a mistake from their side but they took no apology and offered no compensation/way out. Only stay here if you like getting into back and forthwith hotel staff and you enjoy difficult situations with stubborn men’s

• Patricia (6/5): Experiência ruim devido a problemas de check-in, comunicação falha e cobrança indevida - A estrutura do prédio e do apartamento é boa, o espaço é confortável e bem localizado, com fácil acesso a serviços e pontos da cidade. Destaco positivamente a atuação dos porteiros Kleber e Val, que foram sempre muito solícitos, educados e prestativos, ajudando de todas as formas possíveis durante a estadia. A localização também é um ponto forte. A experiência foi muito desgastante por falhas graves de gestão e comunicação. Houve dificuldades desde o cadastro de hóspedes, problemas no check-in, confusão na alocação dos apartamentos e longos tempos de espera por respostas, exigindo inúmeras mensagens e ligações durante a estadia. Fui orientada a ocupar um apartamento cuja reserva terminava no mesmo dia, erro operacional que depois tentou ser transferido a mim, resultando em cobrança indevida para corrigir um problema que não causei. Além disso, a fechadura eletrônica apresentou defeitos, gerando insegurança, e houve entrada da equipe de limpeza no apartamento durante minha ausência, com meus pertences pessoais no local, sem aviso prévio. A comunicação com o anfitrião Christian foi pouco colaborativa e pouco resolutiva, o que aumentou ainda mais o estresse de uma viagem que deveria ser tranquila.

Os porteiros Kleber e Val foram sempre muito educados, prestativos e solícitos, ajudando bastante durante a estadia. A experiência foi prejudicada por problemas de gestão e comunicação desde o início. Houve confusão no cadastro e no check-in, orientações pouco claras e muito tempo perdido tentando resolver questões que não deveriam ter existido. A comunicação com o anfitrião Christian foi ineficiente desde o começo, com respostas pouco resolutivas e tentativa de transferir aos hóspedes responsabilidades que claramente eram da administração.

• José Pedro (9/5): Muito boa. - Gostei da localização, Edifício novo, apartamento muito bom, bem montado e confortável. Atendimento do pessoal da condomínio nota 10. O condomínio poderia manter a piscina limpa, mesmo num período de alta como no final de ano e isso deve acontecer em outros momentos as pessoas vão até a cobertura querendo um momento de paz e usufruir de um banho de piscina e estava IMUNDA sem filtração da água.

• Alice (4/5): Lots of potential but let down by the management company - The front desk concierge were really friendly. The property was modern. The property was not as listed - there was no seating area in the flat, and no washer/tumble dryer in the apartment either. These were in the basement at an additional charge. The front door did not lock for the first night, and SeaZone did not help sort the issue until the following day. The shower also broke and gave you electric shocks when using - this wasn’t addressed by Seazone until a few days later. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned and the sheets had stains - the local Seazone host told us he didn’t think it was dirty and so wasn’t addressed

O chuveiro está dando choque, relatei e não tive retorno durante os 5 dias da estadia. O ralo do banheiro está com cheiro forte, apesar de deixarem o aromatizador de ambiente, não funcionou.
