El resto del baño estaba bueno La cocina no se puede usar pero deberían aclararlo antes de hacer la reserva, no después

• Aleksei (4/5): Весь душ в плесени. Звукоизоляция ужасная! - Близость к Ватикану. Больше ничего. Для того что бы попасть в номер, в сумме надо открыть 6 дверей. Звукоизоляция в номере не предусмотрена. В общей зоне объекта размещения и в самом номере на полу плитка. От этого эхо как в консервной банке. Любой малейший звук из соседнего номера слышен так, будто соседи находятся в одном сантиметре от тебя. Все двери адски скрипят и закрываются с грохотом, что не может быть комфортным в ночное время. В половине третьего ночи пришлось самостоятельно усмирять соседей. В отеле этим бы занималась администрация. Это ужасно.

• neiman vega (10/5): Comodidad y seguridad - Ubicación privilegiada, a 10 minutos caminando del Vaticano; al lado de la estación de trenes San Pedro, supermercados y restaurantes. Edificio residencial muy seguro y con todas las comodidades ( café de máquina ilimitado y cocina común bien equipada) un acierto en Roma ☺️ Todo bien 👌
• Sarah (10/5): Great place, great location, clean. Good communication about check-in and check-out. - The accommodation was as described. Close to the Vatican walls and San Pietro train station. We could walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Rome is a very walkable city. The hotel/restaurant on the main road not far away serves very good food that was not too expensive, we used their prices as a baseline for other restaurants in town (7.50 for a napolitano pizza - May 2026). I had two different WhatsApp chats with this accommodation and they did not seem to be in contact with each other. Perhaps if the official chat had been initiated earlier I would not have needed to initiate contact through the number I found. This is not a complaint but just a suggestion.

• Elena (9/5): El alojamiento está en un quinto piso y tiene terraza desde la que se ve perfectamente la cúpula del vaticano. Está cer - La ubicación inmejorable , fuimos andando a todos los lados La almohada.

No se puede usar la cocina que hay compartida. El acceso a las llaves es un scape-room. No permiten dejar el equipaje en la zona común de la propiedad, te redirigen al locker de al lado (Carrefour Express).

• Beate (10/5): Ein toller Aufenthalt - Wir waren 4 Nächte in Rom, die Lage der Unterkunft ist prima, so sind wir täglich mehrmals über den Petersplatz gekommen. Die Suite im 5. Stock (!) ist für 3-4 Personen geräumig genug und hat einen tollen Terrassenbalkon mit Ausblick!! Der Fahrstuhl war leider kaputt, man sollte also gut zu Fuß sein. In der Gemeinschaftsküche kann man sich Kaffee machen. Läden, Cafés und Restaurants gibt es in kurzer Entfernung. Auch eine Bahnstation ist gleich nebenan. Bis auf den kaputten Aufzug gibt es nichts zu bemängeln

• Mircea (10/5): 2 nopti la Roma - Camera ok, curată. Baie ok, prosoape albe curate. Chiar aproape de Vatican. Circa 35 min de mers lejer pe jos de centrul vechi. Chiar langa gara San Pietro. E un apartament cu 4 camere, 2 din ele au chiar vedere către cupola basilicii. Verificati inainte care poze apartin camerei alese, altfel veti crede ca fiecare dintre ele are balcon si vedere către Basilica. Exista o bucatarie cu frigider, cafea, apa, gem etc. din partea casei. Recomand. Luați in calcul ca puteți auzi zgomot de la vecinii din celelalte camere, mai ales dacă au copii mici, deoarece ușile nu sunt antifonate.
• Ioana (10/5): - Este foarte bine amplasat. Se ajunge usor la Vatican pe jos si cu mijloace de transport in comun in centru istoric si la aeroport. De pe tetasa se vede biserica San Pietro. Exista optiuni bune se mancare in imediata apropiere. Este un Carffour express chiar la parterul blocului. Este un loc foarte curat si primitor. Este ideal pentru un grup de 3 sau 4 familii.

• Vister81 (7/5): Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, miły host, większość będzie zadowolona. - Świetna lokalizacja! Komfortowy dostęp do apartamentu, klimatyczna okolica. Spacer na Plac św. Piotra trwa około 10-15 minut. Blisko stacja kolejowa, przystanki autobusowe, restauracje i kawiarnie. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Komfortowa łazienka (choć zabrakło mydła do rąk). Możliwość przygotowania kawy i herbaty. Wszystko utrzymane w czystości. W jednym dużym mieszkaniu znajduje się kilka apartamentów - o tym nie ma informacji. Współdzielimy kuchnię oraz korytarz z innymi, różnymi turystami. Kartonowe, bardzo cienkie ściany. Słychać wszystkie szmery, a w przypadku głośnych lokatorów (takich, na jakich my trafiliśmy), nie ma szans na komfortowy sen. Trafiliśmy na bardzo głośnych turystów z USA, którzy traktowali całą lokalizację jak swoją własność. Impreza trwała do 4 rano :) Właściciele powinni pomyśleć nad lepszą izolacją pomieszczeń lub lepszą segregacją swoich gości - wydawać by się mogło, że w takim miejscu chcesz odpocząć, a najwidoczniej dość często nie jest to możliwe. Łazienka wymaga odświeżenia - grzyb na silikonie pod prysznicem, tynk odpadający z sufitu.

• Mihaela Calițescu (8/5): Locatie potrivita pentru un city break - Am rezervat un studio cu baie proprie si terasa cu vedere partiala la Vatican. Studioul se afla intr-un apartament impartit in mai multe camere cu baie proprie. Am beneficiat de cafea si loc pentru luat micul dejun. Exista prajitor de paine si cuptor cu microunde. Pentru noi a fost ok, nu aveam in plan sa gatim mai mult de un sandvis pentru micul dejun, asa ca nu ne-a deranjat ca nu poate fi folosita bucataria pentru gatit. Terasa este incapatoare si poti savura cafeaua acolo. Avand in vedere ca nu puteti lasa bagajele la locatie, daca ajungeti mai repede, puteti sa le lasati la Carrefour, care este chiar la parterul blocului. Trebuie sa instalati o aplicatie si sa platiti o taxa, dar le puteti lasa acolo in siguranta. Din pacate, nu este izolat prea bine apartamentul si se aude destul de mult zgomot din celelalte camere, din spatiile comune, dusurile fac un zgomot foarte ciudat, usile scartaie si fac zgomot chiar si cand te straduiesti sa le inchizi incet. De pe tavanul din baie a picat o bucata de var. Poate nu ar strica sa ajustati aceste mici inconveniente si totul ar fi minunat.

Next to bus stops and very close to the Vatican. - Very nice shower and shampoos. - Room and bathroom were big, although they didn't look like the pictures. - At night, there was a lot of noise from the fridge and from other guests. Not because they were noisy, but due to poor isolation. - Better communcation. At first, it was not clear how to pay the tourist tax. Then I received 5 (!) messages on the same day, urging us to pay the taxes on their own card machine. This seemed very messy and unprofessional.

• Tosquin (9/5): - Mi è piaciuta la posizione comoda, la terrazza molto bella e la funzionalità della stanza e del bagno tutto molto nuovo e ben organizzato. Lo sciacquone del vater funziona poco ha poco flusso di acqua e suggerirei un ripiano nella stanzetta con il divano letto per appoggiare i trolley o gli zaini. Però tutto era molto curato sono dettagli.

• Kurek (10/5): - Podobał nam się pokój, lokalizacja w stosunku do Watykanu super. Co do atrakcji takich jak coloseum około 40 minut. Jedyny problem to czas dojazdu z lotniska Rzym -Campino około 2 godzin. Koszt około 6 Euro. Rano na lotnisko tylko taxi do 7 później już są autobusy i pociąg.

Blisko Watykanu. Sklep obok. Dobry dojazd kolejką, dobre połączenia autobusowe do centrum. Wszystko super. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Szczerze polecam. Jedyny mały minus to słabo wyciszone ściany, słychać gości z sąsiednich pokoi.

• Carolina (9/5): Excelente estadía en Roma, maravillosa vista de los alrededores. - Nos gustó mucho la limpieza y ubicación del hospedaje, siempre estuvieron muy atentos a todo lo que necesitábamos y asesorarnos de la mejor manera, el personal muy atento. No se podía utilizar la cocina por ser compartida y aunque teníamos cortesía de café la cafetera no servía.

• Sara (8/5): - La stanza è bellissima,da fare un po' di manutenzione sia per la pittura del muro che ha segni di usura dietro il letto in quanto non ha testata e la doccia ha avuto una perdita dalle mattonelle sotto la doccia che ci allagava il bagno con dei piccoli vermetti che nuotavano animatamente ma la bellezza della stanza compensava tutto,ho comunciato spesso con l'host per questo inconveniente che mi ha sempre risposto in maniera molto veloce, posizione top con supermercato sotto casa e parcheggio gratuito tt intorno, vicinissimo alla Stazione di San Pietro. Un po' lunga la trafila per entrare, nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua a disposizione solo cialde caffè

La localización no es tan buena

• thamyres (9/5): ótimo lugar para ficar, custo beneficio - Estava ótimo, tudo bem limpinho e organizado, a anfitriã deu várias dicas e ajudou em alguns aspectos. Infelizmente não tem lugar para deixar a bagagem no hotel caso precise, ficar mais tempo depois do checkout. Quanto a localização super perto do vaticano, e tem uma rua com restaurantes perto, porem não achamos tão seguro ir ao vaticano de noite. No mais estava tudo bem tranquilo!
• Pamela (10/5): Convenient location close to public transportation. - Location, close to train station and bus stop as well as the Vatican was walking distance making it very central to everything without being in a very busy area. There was an elevator too. We had to share a kitchen with other guests, we were unable to use the stove, and there were no clear instructions on how to use the coffee maker.
• Olga (9/5): Overall, we are quite satisfied with our stay and we would definitely recommend it. 🙂 - The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was quite convenient (near bus stops and restaurants/cafes). San Pietro Basilica was only 10 minutes on foot. Our hostess was really helpful and always gave us on the spot answers. We were three guests and the single bed didn’t have a thick quilt while the double bed had. As a result, I was quite cold at night. Also, it should be good to change towels and bring fresh toilet paper every morning as we were three and this wasn’t enough for our three-night stay.
