• Sonia (8/5): Contents amb l'experiència - El personal és molt amable, vam tenir algun problema, i ens el van solucionar de manera ràpida. Es van preocupar molt pell nostre benestar. La ubicació, l'apartament es troba a 10-15 minuts de la plaça Sultanhamet, de manera que no ens va fer falta matinar molt per arribar aviat als monuments més emblemàtics i estalviar-nos les cues. El carrer es força tranquil, hi ha moltes botigues i restaurants a un preu raonable, també hi ha un supermercat. Hi ha aire acondicionat. Pel preu que val bo es pot demanar res més. Les fotos publicades, corresponen a diversos apartaments, i no saps ben bé quin és el teu. Al bany hi ha molta humitat.

• MinoRax (10/5): - Very nice clean accommodation in the city center, a bit busy road but it is part of the atmosphere of the city. There is a refrigerator and a washing machine available. We were there in winter, but it was warm inside. I definitely recommend it, an excellent choice.

• Assel (4/5): Не рекомендую снимать это жилье. - Расположение. Мы жили на 2-м этаже. Дырявые полотенца, то электричество отключили, то интернет пропал. А самое мерзкое это то, что капала вода от использования душа с верхнего этажа. И судя по потолку санузла, эта проблема возникла уже давно в этом здании.

• Hacky (10/5): It is fantastic - The property is located at conducive area, 3 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia sophia, Tram station and close to grand bazaar and seaside Very clean and spacious. The mattress are very good and comfortable
• VALERIU (10/5): Everything you need for a convenient accommodation - Located on a walking distance to the main old city attractions, this place met our expectation. Azat waited for us upon arrival, and turned out to be extremely helpful throughout the entire stay. Wifi and parking were available. The bustling city noise was feeling relatively low in the room, thus the sleeping quality ok. The quadruple room it is accessible downstairs.
• Constantin (6/5): A house with pros and cons (please read the detalied feedback) - Very good location, close to Sultanahmed Mosque. The house is tiny, but has a lot of charm. The host (named Azat) was kind, friendly and helpful. There is no separation door between 2 of the 3 apartments of the house, and this might cause discomfort and a general sensation of unsecurity. We had the 1st floor apartament, which had the advantage of good natural light and of a certain privacy related to the busy and noisy street - but the bathroom was very small, badly furnished and quite filthy. As well, the kitchen was not properly cleaned. If you are promised "free parking" for your car, please discuss clearly this aspect BEFORE your arrival with the stuff of Mis Royal Hotel, which manages this house - because otherwise it might not be so "free", if you know what I mean.

• Khalid (8/5): Istanbul October 2025 - Azat was a great host and very knowledgeable about the the local area and gave us good advice and tips. It felt a bit cramped for a family of four, but for the price was suitable.
