• Ingrid (10/5): - Schönes Apartment in einem schicken Neubauviertel, in dem rundherum noch gebaut wird. Alles ist in nächster Nähe erreichbar Läden, Cafés, Restaurants und der ÖNV. Das Auto steht sicher in der Tiefgarage und auf Fragen kommt eine schnelle Antwort. Für uns war die Lage ideal.

• Adrian (10/5): Delightfull stay - Apartments are cozy, modern designed with two bathrooms, tidy and perfect for 4-5 persons, also in very good and well conected location. You can find plenty of shops nearby, I’ll recommend a coffehouse in same the building with good coffe and tastefull pastries or breakfastes, also you can find traditional Staropramen beer brewery nest the apartments with good food and exepctional beer. Everything was perfect

• Nadezhda (10/5): We will visit again. - The apartment was clean with all needed amenities. It is close to metro, tram, bus. There are stores, restaurants and cafes very close to the property.

• Anne.Sophie.95 (10/5): Schöne Ferienwohnung mit super Parkplatz und guter ÖPNV Anbindung - Besonders gut hat uns die Aufteilung der Ferienwohnung mit zwei Badezimmern und Balkon gefallen. Die Küche war mit dem nötigsten ausgestattetet. Sehr gut war die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage, die auch für größere Autos geeignet ist und die man über den Fahrstuhl direkt erreicht ohne das Gebäude verlassen zu müssen. Super gute Anbindung mit dem ÖPNV in die Innenstadt und die Moldau fußläufig erreichbar. Die Besteckschublade hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Aktuell ist nebenan noch eine große Baustelle. Das bringt entsprechend Baustellenlärm. Uns hat es nicht so sehr gestört, wir waren aber auch übers Wochenende da.

Very easy to get to the apartments from the airport as well, even at night time. Apartments are clean, spacious and modern. All the necessary stuff such as towels, kitchen accessories, tea and coffee are provided. Communication with owner is very simple and kind. Also Lidl is close enough to the apartments. I would strongly recommend this apartments, especially for those who want to escape from the loud city centre and have a quality rest.

• Liud 50 (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at these apartments. We were traveling for business, but the place is equally suitable for a family vacation. The apartment is very modern, with two rooms and two bathrooms, including a separate guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, including all utensils. The area is very nice and modern, and the building itself is new. The hosts were very friendly, and the key collection was simple and convenient. It is very convenient that this accommodation offers its own parking (available upon reservation). The parking is underground, clean, dry, and modern, with easy access. For the city center, the price is very reasonable. The design of the apartment is clean, modern, and pleasant, making it very comfortable to stay in. We would definitely recommend this place and will choose it again on our next visit. Nothing to complain about — everything was great.

• Alexander (9/5): - Spacious and modern apartment in a Smichov. Public transport is right around the corner and they'll get you to the city center in 20 minutes or so. Well equipped but not loaded with stuff you won't need on vacation anyways. It was a little tricky to find the right entrance if you're not familiar with the Czech address spelling and unfortunately the receptionist at the building wasn't quite helpful, because they didn't speak any English. Maybe some photos of the actual entrance for the elevator and car park would help.

Nice balcony, close access to tram and metro, Maybe a 10-15 minute travel to center, including walking to the metro station Couldn’t find the location had to call, staff at reception didn’t really talk to the owner on booking.com lead to some confusions quickly resolved though.

The apartment was nice and clean, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. A garage parking spot was also a great thing to have. Overall, a great place to stay.

• Aleksandar (10/5): Loved our stay - the apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and the service from the management team was exceptional! - I liked pretty much everything about this apartment - it is located in a modern development in Smichov close to stores, cafes, restaurants, and several public transit options. The apartment itself is roomy and kept immaculate by the hosts, who also provide exceptional service, checking in on the guests often.

Velice klidná lokalita. žádný hluk. Super výchozí místo na výlety po Praze Dispozice bytu je zvláštní. Spíše vhodné pro pár než rodinu. Rozkládací gauč byl dost nepohodlný a byl v průchozím pokoji mezi ložnicí koupelnou a obývácí místností
• Zivko (8/5): SLA with FP za svaku preporuku - Apartman je na izuzetnoj lokaciji, veza sa centrom grada savršena, pogled s terase odličan, ne zaobilazno ispijanje jutarnje kafe dok ostali spavaju kao i priprema obilaženje prelepog Praga i te kako je opuštajuće i umirujuće. Obzirom da smo u februaru i da je zimski period, više se odeće oblači i menja u toku dana, preporuka je da se doda neki lep komad nameštaja za odlaganje istih.

• Ewelina (10/5): Świetnie - Świetna lokalizacja. Zarówno do przystanku tramwajowego jak i metra 3 min szybszym spacerkiem. Supermarket też parę minut drogi - Lidl, Albert, duża galeria. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Czysto, wyposażenie również na najwyższym poziomie. Bardzo polecam Okno balkonowe w jednym z pokoi było zepsute i się nie otwierało.

• Cosmin-Ionut (10/5): Great experience, would stay here again - Exceptionally clean, everything was new and of good quality. New apartment complex with a supermarket in it, close to tram stations and not too far away from main attractions.
• Filip (8/5): - Moderní vybavení, čisté, je vidět ze na vybavení bytu se nešetřilo. Postel opravdu pohodlná. Celkově pěkný byt. Průchod do koupelny pres ložnici nám nevyhovoval. Byli jsme s dětmi, takže zcela bez soukromí. Navíc mezi pokojem s přistýlkou a ložnici nebyly dveře. Trochu zvláštní dispozice, z fotek jsme to nepoznali. Pro ubytování ve dvou ok, s dětmi příště budeme jinde. A brutální smrad celého domu z odpadků, za to ale majitel bytu nemůže. Ve vstupní chodbě je místnost s popelnicemi, byla otevřena a smrad z odpadu zamořil celý dům.
• Vladimir (10/5): Excellent value stay - I loved the parking spot, the way we interacted with the host. We had all the information we needed to smoothly check in and check out. The apartment is new, exceptionally clean, like really good clean. Location is really good, metro and other public transport stations are right there, but it is a 20-minute walking distance from the major Prague attractions. We left our car in the garage, which is included in the reservation, and in the wintertime, this was a major benefit; we didn't have to think about the car at all. The only downside I can think of is the lack of maybe some flip-flops, but it's an apartment, not a hotel room, so I can't expect that to be included. We didn't want to bother the host with this.
• Lenka (10/5): - Ubytovanie bolo super. Nový a čistý apartmán s možnosťou parkovania v garáži. Smichov má svoju špecifickú atmosféru. Z bytu je blízko k metru Andel, tri zastávky a ste v centre. Blízko je aj k nákupnému centru Nový Smichov. Personál bol milý a veľmi ochotný. Odporúčame. Všetko bolo v poriadku.

• Anatoly (10/5): - הייתה לנו חוויה נהדרת! הדירה הייתה מאוד נקייה, מעוצבת ומאובזרת במה שהיינו צריכים. המיקום מצוין והשכונה הייתה נעימה, ממש קרוב למרכז ונוח עם התחבורה ואפילו ברגל. המארחים היו אדיבים, זמינים לכל שאלה ובקשה ודאגו שנרגיש בבית. נשמח לחזור לשם בהמשך וממליצים בחום למי שמחפש מקום נעים נקי ומזמין לשהות בו.

• Vladyslav (8/5): Great stay and location! - It’s a great looking, new apartment, which has almost all you need inside. Easy to get there, calm and clean rooms, underground parking. I would add a little bit more amenities and useful tiny things that may be needed during the stay. The accommodation had just enough soap, which was run out the day we checked out, no rubbish replacement bags, etc.

• Sofia (10/5): Ottimo appartamento per visitare Praga - Appartamento nuovo, pulito e spazioso. Ben servito da bus e metro ( la metropolitana Andel è vicinissima e in tre fermate porta a Mustek in centro). Nel quartiere ci sono anche negozi, supermercati, bar e ristoranti. Ottimo garage gratuito. Le chiavi vengono prese e riconsegnata al portiere del residence, la proprietaria ci ha permesso di lasciare la macchina nel garage per qualche ora in più. Appartamento ben fornito con lavatrice, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè (con capsule e tisane in omaggio), bollitore ecc. Bagni senza finestra

• Jan (10/5): Awesome - Everything was perfect. Brand new, clean, fully equipped apartment with private parking in garage. Good locality near supermarket, restaurant and subway station, close to the city center.
• Réka (10/5): Nagyon szuper szállás remek elrendezkedéssel, és segítőkész szállásadóval! - Nagyon szép lakás, jó hangszigetelés. Kellemes terasz, nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, a metro pont mellette van, illetve buszpályaudvar és villamos is. A ház alatt bolt, kávézó, pékség, tehát minden karnyújtásnyira volt. Modern és jó minőségű berendezés. Egy pici negatívum talán, annyi hogy egy ágy volt, a többi pedig kinyitható kanapé talán. De igazából kénylemes volt csak nem erre számítottunk. A konyha is nagyon szép, felszerelt, és tiszta volt, illetve még mosogép is van. A mélygarázs parkoló szuper! Nem volt ilyen.

• Katarína (10/5): - Mala som skvelý pobyt v Smíchov 3 Luxury Apartments – Residence Madeleine. Ubytovanie bolo veľmi moderné, čisté a vkusne zariadené – presne tak, ako na fotkách. Veľkým plusom je výborná lokalita na Smíchove, všetko je na dosah: obchody, reštaurácie aj centrum mesta. Apartmán bol pokojný a pohodlný, ideálny na oddych po dni strávenom v Prahe. Určite odporúčam a rada sa sem vrátim!
