• Deborah (8/5): Lovely and quiet close to the beach and enough space for a relaxing family holiday - Location, back deck, kids bedroom and space enough for a family to relax
• Julia (3/5): It was okay, wasn’t worth the money - The location Unfortunately there was dirty washing left behind from a previous stay, there were webs and spiders in every room. The shower floor was also full of mould
• Morgann (7/5): Comfortable well located holiday house - Great location, spacious and a nice terrace to enjoy lunch and dinner with a beautiful well kept garden. Very well equipped kitchen, not often the case in a holiday rental. Comfortable beds We haven't used them, but there were lots of movies which would be handy in case of bad weather! Cleanliness could be improved (dog hair on the bed doona/duvet and hair in the bath drain) Couch is not in good condition: leg threatening to break at any moment

• Patricia (8/5): Stay was very comfortable. Home provided all that was needed - more so than other places I have stayed at. - Location is great. Hosts provided great supplies and facilities. BBQ not usable as it had not been cleaned. Outdoor area could use some cleaning- a lot of cobwebs everywhere.

• Cashmore (8/5): - - comfy beds - lovely house - easy walk or drive to the beach - plenty of fans to keep cool - great selection of games, books and DVDs - bowls and towels for the dogs - out of the hustle and bustle of Cowes Little things missing that could have added to the overall value for money - cooking oil - plenty of toilet paper - portable cot set up as it was requested) - clearing of the cobwebs and spiders

Everything is just a 5 minute drive. Would definitely recommend Dryer might be nice as it rained for 3 days, but otherwise you have everything you need
• Abby (9/5): Haven close to the beach. - Amazing little house. It had everything we needed. The dogs loved it and we finally had a holiday knowing our little dogs were safe and happy. There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was carefully thought of and the hosts were wonderful.
• Ben (10/5): Amazing place to stay - The property was amazing, clean, comfortable and extremely homely amd cosy. The fire was great for the windy, wet and cold nights. It was lovely to sit out the back and relax with a book too.This cottage will most definetly be our go to each time we go to Phillip Island
