• Holger (5/5): - Happy that we still could check in after flight was delayed. (4hrs, checked in 3.30 am) Just a place to sleep. Room has no jug or coffee facilities. Machine in lobby ask for 4.50 dollars, but no cup, no help. Went out to got nice fresh coffee for 3 dollars. Would definitely not come back again. Found it overpriced.

• Victor (9/5): Great value for money with a comfy bed - For this price it's hard to beat the offer. It takes you 20 minutes walking to get to the waterfront though OKish neighborhoods. Nothing scatchy at all. There is a Publix store within 10 minutes walking. Staff was friendly and gave me an electric plug converter for my EU plug. I recommend taking earplugs as it get get a bit loud because of the traffic next to the hotel, but it's a standard thing in hotels in US. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had a good water pressure. Not much.

• Jörg (6/5): Gutes Konzept, nicht bis zum Ende umgesetzt. - Die Gesamtanlage ist durchaus ansprechend gestaltet, die angeschlossene Bar ist Top. Im Aussenbereich gibt es zahlreiche Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer, zumindestens die im Haus D, bedürfen einer grundsätzlichen Renovierung. Die Zimmer werden nur alle zwei Tage gemacht, allerdings bekommt man an der Rezeption zusätzliche Handtücher.

• Willard (6/5): I probably would not stay there again. Sorry. - What breakfast? We liked the price and there was plenty of space. The stairs were a little bit of a problem but I knew there was going to be stairs when I booked. It was just for overnight so it was fine. I didn't like the stairs but knew that ahead of time. I also didn't like that it wasn't close to anything. We had no car to get around so the only thing close was a cuban restaurant two blocks away and they didn't speak any English. The bar next door didn't open until the evening. Also there was a roach in our room that we found the morning we were leaving.

• Silva (1/5): Not as described and not suitable for a safe stay. I reported this issue to Booking.com with photo - The room was not as advertised. It was poorly maintained, with visible dirt in the air vents, a stained bathtub, and clear signs of wear and lack of cleaning. There was also a strong mold smell, which created a serious health concern, especially for someone with allergies. The overall condition of the property does not match the photos shown online.

• Jean-Baptiste (1/5): A fuir - Une arnaque. Ce n’était absolument pas propre, pas confortable, pas entretenu. Je pense qu’on nous a donné la pire chambre. Difficile de dormir avec autant de lumière, de bruit et un matelas inconfortable. Une douche partagée sale (cheveux dans la douche pas enlevé pendant nos 3 jours, une fausse plante à côté de l’évier blanche de saleté …) et en plus le mitigeur pour réglé la température de l’eau était cassé , il vous reste dans la main sans que ça dérange l’établissement.
• Glen (10/5): We were only looking for a place to sleep after visiting the local fair and it fit that to a T. - It was everything we wanted. We went on a Thursday evening so it was nice that they had ample parking, and only about 10 minutes to Little Havana. We could have driven ourselves but chose a car service instead. The cost for that was about $15 including the tip. Maybe needed some counter space in the bathroom instead of a pedestal sink.

• Michał (8/5): Zdazcydowanie z drogo jak na standard budynku. - Świetne rośliny na terenie obiektu. Parking. Duzy pokój z wygodnym łóżkiem. Miałem pokój w większym budynku i do niego odnoszą się problemy, Lodowato zimny i silny nawiew z centralnej klimatyzacji bez możliwości wyłączenia. Zamek cyfrowy na rozklekotanych drzwiach wejściowych do korytarza, trudny do opanowania - w słońcu cyfry nie widoczne, reagują specyficznie na wciskanie. W drzwiach balkonowych zupełny brak zamka czy blokady - można je odsunąć z zewnątrz. Bardzo mała łazienka.

Impossible de régler ou éteindre la climatisation (trop frais dans la chambre) Pas de sèche cheveux, pas de verre, pas de machine à café, pas de bouilloire, pas de thé ou café. Salle de bain très petite. Cela ne vaut pas 180€ la nuit, c'est sûr. Emplacement pas idéal, environnement peu sécurisant.

Après discution nous avons obtenu une chambre au rez-de-chaussée plus confortable. Mais nous n'avions pas d'eau de chaude

• Giorgio (7/5): - Il fatto che le camere si trovano in piccole case distribuite lungo tutto un lotto di terreno, compensivo di piscina e di aree per il picnic. Ogni casetta aveva al suo interno 2 o più stanze. Il bagno non va bene. Il lavandino è attaccato al muro e quindi non ci si può lavare il viso perchè si sbatte il gomito al muro. Solo le mani. La doccia non ha aveva un tappetino all'esterno che consentisse di assorbire l'acqua gocciolante una volta usciti fuori, per cui si bagna poi tutto il bagno e di conseguenza si porta inevitabilmente l'acqua nella camera

Nosotros lo descubrimos buscando algo para comer!. Poco espacio para parqueo, aunque sobre la calle se puede! Qué no incluye desayuno, por lo menos deben tener cafetera en las habitaciones!

From the bed you could directly see the toilet. The AirConditioning couldn’t be turned down and in our room it was really really loud, like a annoying whistling sound.

• Meri (5/5): Glad we only stayed one night! - The grounds are beautiful. Really nice, pretty bar. Lovely landscaping. Great location. We stayed in the blue house. Right next to the river and the bridge and the gate alarm. Between the gate alarm going off all night and the loud cars (very loud) we got very little sleep. The room was just ok. Very small and hot. No way to adjust the temp in the room. Small and outdated bathroom.

• Yeni (4/5): Não recomendo - 😏 Este alojamento deixa um pouco a desejar… São várias casinhas de madeira com vários quartos… Temos que subir escadas o que com malas não é muito agradável. O quarto tem mobília antiga tem espaço normal de um quarto.. Não gostei nada deste alojamento devido: Não tem isolamento nenhum ouvimos tudo como se não tivesse janela tem um bar com música que se torna desagradável quando queres descansar ouves os avios os carros etc… No quanto tinha aranhas no teto não tinha lençol superior era um edredão que não deve ser mudado de cliente para cliente porque estava sujo O autoclismo não funcionava. Não recomendo nada

• fatima (1/5): PÉSIMO NO GASTES TU DINERO - Lo único bueno que tiene el hotel es el hombre de seguridad que es muy amable Este hotel es PÉSIMO, nada que ver con las fotos. En menos de 16h pasamos por 3 habitaciones diferentes, en la primera el ruido del aire un pitido muy fuerte era insostenible, decían que no tenían nada libre, que nos podían dar tapones para dormir…. Esto es de pena! A los pocos minutos nos cambiaron de habitación a las 2 de la madrugada, a una que estaba sin limpiar y la cama sin hacer por un huésped que se había ido, a las 2 de la mañana? De repente? Hicieron la cama, dicen que limpiaron el baño y dormimos ahí sin más opciones. Al día siguiente nos sacan de esa habitación para darnos otra porque esa estaba reservada. Manchas en las sábanas, edredón amarillo, muebles viejos, todo descuidado, habitaciones que se notaba estaban sin limpiar. Una pena no poder incluir El vídeo para que se escuche el aire, hasta ellos dijeron que era imposible estar en esa habitación.ES LAMENTABLE ESTE SITIO
