• Nathalie (7/5): Agréable découverte d'Annecy à vélo - Le prêt de vélos de qualité qui est un grand +, le confort du lit, l'emplacement du logement et sa chambre au calme côté cour, l'espace à vivre (pour 2), présence de café/thé/condiments La vétusté du logement: les photos présentait un logement qui semblait fraichement rénové alors qu'il est en réalité défraichi. Ménage loin d'être fait en profondeur, dont certaines parties non faites depuis longtemps ...
• Saida (8/5): Super appartement! - La proximité avec le centre ville à pied ainsi que la disponibilité d’un équipement très complet. Le bruit lié aux personnes résidents au dessus.
• Davies (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay, thanks - The location of the apartment was excellent, easy to access transport and to all of the sights of Annecy. We loved that we had access to bikes, that was a great bonus. The bed was super comfortable, one of the best on all our travels. It was also nice and quiet. The explanation for access to the apartment was confusing and we struggled to work it out but once we got it sorted it was fine. For clarity for English speakers: the code for gate and key box is fine. The apartment is on the right once in the gate (with wooden door) and access is with an actual key, not using the fob. We couldn’t get out of the gate so we used the key code on the outside of gate to open it. Some other things in the apartment needed some updating (bathroom draws and the dishwasher) but overall it was a great stay

Near city Center and bus station. Very clean. Would like more bed pillows please and blankets for the colder nights. More pillows and blankets for the colder evenings
• Gail (9/5): Great location for a relaxing stay in beautiful Annecy - Ground floor, well located within easy reach of the old town and the lake. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, excellent kitchen facilities ,very clean. Would be good to have a grab handle to assist in getting in and out of shower as there is quite a step up to the shower.

• Susan (7/5): Very pleasant stay in a location close to station, buses and all the attractions. - It was quiet with a very comfortable bed. Great to have Apple TV available for evening. Good heating system. Ground floor. Nice to know bikes were available. Lack of extractor fan in toilet. No oven glove, surface cleaning cloth or dustpan and brush provided so hard to clean up crumbs etc. it would have been good to have a little oil left for cooking and salad dressing.

• Vincent (10/5): - Un appartement confortable et bien agencé. Très pratique, proche de la gare et du centre ville. Le plus les vélos à disposition. Nous avons pu faire un tour au bord du lac.
• céline (10/5): Absolument Top ! - Tout était parfait, logement super agréable et spacieux en plein cœur d'Annecy. Hôtes hyper accueillants et réactifs. Je n'ai qu'une envie, pouvoir y revenir au plus vite.

J appréhendais un peu les parkings mais vraiment à proximité et confortable d être en souterrain car nous avons eu la neige qui s est invitée lors de notre séjour. La literie est au top et les espaces hyper agréables. Un grand merci à nos hôtes très réactifs car je ne maîtrise pas trop l application booking…
• Nuria (8/5): Apartamento agradable y bien situado - Ubicación excelente para ir andando al centro. Pudimos aparcar sin problema en la calle. Las estancias son amplias. La cocina es grande. No tienen mesa de comedor pero si una isla alta con sillas pero cómodas. Tiene muchos utensilios. El sofá cama tenia un sobre colchon para estar más cómodos. Es entrada autónoma y nos dieron un código de entrada incorrecto, les llamamos y en menos de un minuto nos mandaron el correcto. Por suerte fue a media tarde y nos pudimos comunicar con ellos sin problemas. La ubicación del lavaplatos hace que no sea nada comodo de usar. Optamos por lavar a mano lo que utilizamos. Aunque esta reformado le harían falta 4 arreglitos y limpieza a fondo de armarios de cocina. A tener en cuenta cuenta que aunque esta situado en planta baja hay unos 5 escalones para acceder y el baño no es accesible a personas con movilidad reducida

• ANTONIO (10/5): Idéal pour profiter de la ville de Annecy - Appartement très bien situé, proche du centre. Le charme de l'appartement est incontestable , il est au calme et bien équipé RAS
• Isabelle (9/5): Super adresse pour découvrir Annecy : au calme et néanmoins à proximité de toutes les commodités - Logement très bien situé : rue et résidence calme, mais à deux pas du centre-ville, des gares SNCF et routière, des commerces et du lac. Parking souterrain à proximité si besoin. Appartement spacieux, très confortable, bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Ambiance chaleureuse. On s'y sent comme chez soi. L'accès douche un peu haut pour une personne âgée et de fait un bac un peu glissant à la sortie. Nous n'avons finalement pas utilisé le lave-vaisselle dont l'accès en hauteur n'était pas des mieux adaptés pour nous. Une petite notice pour l'utilisation des appareils électro-ménagers serait un plus : micro-ondes, robot notamment.

• Liz (8/5): Séjour très agréable ! Je recommande ce logement près du lac, de la vieille ville. - Très bel emplacement pour visiter Annecy, son lac et sa vieille ville. Le logement était bien équipé, avec toutes les infos concernant les installations, lieux à visiter, restaurants etc. Les propriétaires très réactifs et pleins de bons conseils ! L’évier de la salle de bain et la douche s’écoulaient mal mais les propriétaires sont prévenus.
