• Medine (10/5): Modern Apartment & Great Support - Really enjoyed my stay here! The building is very modern, clean, and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A big plus is the co-working space on the 3rd floor, which was perfect for working remotely. I actually wanted to extend my stay because I liked it so much, but my apartment was already booked. Luna from Simply Comfort and her colleague were super friendly and helpful — they even came by personally and showed me several other apartments so I could easily extend my stay. The suites are small but functional, well styled, and clean. It’s very central, but not very walkable; best if you’re travelling by car or taxi.

• Celia (10/5): Exceptional stay with an unforgettable view and outstanding service - I had an amazing stay at Upside Living, managed by Simply Comfort Suites and I can only highly recommend it. The studio is extremely well designed and cleverly arranged. There is a huge amount of very well-thought-out storage, which makes the space feel surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and I was very happy to find bathroom amenities and towels provided. The studio was neat and very welcoming. It is also perfectly equipped for full autonomy. The kitchen has everything needed to cook: gas stove, extractor hood, microwave, fridge with a small freezer compartment and complete kitchenware (plates, glasses, bowls, pans, pots and utensils). There is even a washer-dryer machine, which is a real plus! 👍🏼🙏🏼 The TV is smartly integrated into a column near the bed and can be rotated to be watched either from the bed or from the living area. There is also a cozy desk space with a bench seat. Honestly, bravo to the person who designed this studio. It is not only modern and stylish but also incredibly functional 👍🏼 And the view of the Burj Khalifa… simply breathtaking 🤩 I have never had such an incredible view before. Absolutely stunning and unforgettable. I LOVED IT! Last but not least, the most important part of my stay: the quality of service from Simply Comfort Suites, especially thanks to Momen, who was an exceptional host. From the first day until the last, he was always available, extremely helpful, kind and respectful. He truly went out of his way to answer all my questions and take care of my needs. • Avci (10/5): Perfectly - This was my first time staying at both Dubai and Upside Living. I wasn't happy with my previous stay. I found this place through a Google search, and chose it without knowing much about it, based on reviews and ratings. However, the staff, the rooms, the service, and the amenities were amazing. I've never stayed in a place like this in Türkiye; I absolutely loved it. You should definitely come to this wonderful place where I was able to meet people from every country and everyone was smiling. My rating is 10/10. The employee I spoke to constantly was very helpful. He's a wonderful person, his name is Domenic. I didn't like the air conditioning. I was cold; it didn't provide a high enough temperature in the room. Also, the lack of a power outlet at the headboard was a big problem for me.

• Mark (10/5): Schönes Apartment mit Mega-Tollem Ausblick - Tolles Apartment in der Nähe der Downtown Dubai Stadt mit mega-schönen Ausblick. Das Apartment war im 25. Stock und man sah direkt auf das Burj Khalifa. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht: kleine Küchenzeile mit Zubehör, Waschmaschine, schönes Bad, Fernseher, usw..... Im 3.OG des Gebäudes befindet sich ein Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Aufenthaltsräumen, Arbeitsplätzen, Cafe, Tischtennisplatte, Billardtisch, Garten, Pool, etc.... Ein Parkplatz ist kostenfrei pro Apartment mit dabei. Ein eigener Mietwagen oder Taxi-Nutzung ist sinnvoll weil die Anlage nicht gut an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden ist. Man hört außen ziemlich stark die Autobahn wie auf dem Balkon oder am Pool. Innerhalb des Apartments hört man sie auch noch leise. Wenn man lärmempfindlich ist dann sollte man zum Schlafen an Ohrenstöpsel denken oder einfach Musik anmachen.

Так же когда плаваю в бассейне особенно вечером и зажигают башню - это особой экстаз Но есть одно «но» - это lifeguard (надсмотрщик у бассейна) он прямо сидит на стуле у бассейна и за тобой наблюдает, бдит не отводя глаза на секунду, кроме этого (он все время делает замечания, к примеру последней каплей у меня было вот что : нельзя прыгать в бассейн (но я и не собиралась прыгать! Я стояла на краю бассейна и загорала и всего лишь подняла руки на верх что бы вытянуть свой позвоночник, так как в последнее время боли в спине, и я часто вытягиваю руки на верх и это выглядело как подготовка к прыжку в воду , lifeguard (надсмотрщик у бассейна тут же подбежал и говорит нельзя прыгать) то есть чувство что за тобой следят каждую секунду ( это лично для меня нарушение моей свободы) а в остальном всё прекрасно в этом жилом комплексе Lifeguard

They should be removed from Booking.com. After I left a previous review, they falsely claimed that I damaged the property and withheld a deposit. This is completely untrue. There was no deposit required for the booking and no damage occurred. They are lying in an attempt to discredit my honest review. Avoid Simply Comfort in Dubai. They are a rogue operator and should not be trusted Pool

• Vt (10/5): Wonderful and stylish stay with an amazing view - I had a fantastic stay at Simply Comfort at Upside Living! The studio was absolutely stunning, modern, beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was well-equipped with amenities. The studio was also impressively soundproof and the blackout curtains were excellent, ensuring a restful sleep. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view from the studio. Additionally, the space was fully equipped with everything I needed, including a fridge with a mini freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a stovetop, a washing machine with a drying rack, a safe inside the wardrobe, plenty of storage space and a TV. The building itself offers fantastic facilities on the third floor including a co-working space, a gym, a coffee bar, an outdoor terrace and a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a peaceful oasis, perfect for relaxation. There is also a very small supermarket on the ground floor which was very convenient. For those interested, I highly recommend checking out the building’s website (www.livetheupside.com) for more details on its facilities. While these are not directly related to the host of the studio, they definitely added to the overall experience. The communication with the host was smooth/efficient and check-in through the reception was seamless. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful. Since I booked the studio quite last-minute, they needed to do a final check to ensure everything was in order, but the process was incredibly fast and I was able to check in within an hour. I was given a key card for the studio, making access easy and convenient. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again. I honestly have NOTHING really negative to say about my stay. Just a few small details that could make a difference: it would be nice if the trash bins were provided with trash bags. (Btw: you do need to dispose of your own waste in a garbage chute before departure, which I personally found very convenient!) Although the kitchen was well-equipped, I missed having a small bottle of dish soap. Buying a full bottle for a short stay feels a bit wasteful. Some salt and pepper would also be a nice touch. The provided amenities in the bathroom were a great extra, but I personally preferred the dispenser in the shower over the small bottles by the sink. Lastly, I’m not sure if it’s possible, but having larger towels available for use at the pool would be a great addition. As for the location, it's only about a 10-minute drive from the city center but the surrounding area itself doesn’t offer much to see or do. The building’s facilities definitely make up for this to some extent but I did find myself wishing for a bit more in the neighborhood. That being said, Dubai is expanding and developing rapidly, so I imagine this will improve over time. Other than that, this was honestly one of the BEST stays I’ve ever had!
