Abdelkader (1/5): Un anniversaire gâché par une organisation catastrophique, une attente interminable et une expérience profondément décev - J’avais organisé ce séjour pour mon anniversaire avec énormément d’attentes et d’enthousiasme. J’avais choisi cet établissement pour une chambre bien précise, au point de ne même pas réserver ailleurs. À l’arrivée, la chambre n’était finalement pas disponible. J’ai essayé de rester compréhensif et d’accepter une autre chambre, mais attendre presque 2 heures le jour de son anniversaire pour simplement pouvoir accéder à sa chambre… c’est extrêmement frustrant. Le lendemain matin, aucun petit déjeuner alors qu’il était prévu, impossible de profiter du séjour correctement, et pour finir une personne nous courant après jusque dans la rue pour réclamer une taxe supplémentaire devant tout le monde… sincèrement, je n’avais jamais vécu une expérience aussi gênante et mal organisée. Ce qui devait être un beau souvenir d’anniversaire s’est transformé en une énorme déception. Dommage, car le potentiel était là, mais le professionnalisme et le respect du client n’y étaient absolument pas. ALexander (9/5): - Eine sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Das Zimmer (grösste Suite) ist grosszügig und bietet einen guten Komfort. Michelina, die vor Ort als Mangerin fungiert, ist sehr sympathisch und dem Gast gegenüber zugewandt. Es handelt sich nicht um ein Hotel im eigentlichen Sinne, sondern um eine Wohnung, in der 3 Schlafzimmet mit eigenem Bad und Zugang zur einem Wohnzimmer und einer Küche vermietet werden. Dsa bedeutet unter anderem, dass man morgens zum Frühstück an einem grossen Tisch mit anderen Gästen sitzt. Dieses geht aus der Beschreibung bei Booking nur bedingt hervor und muss man wollen. Problematisch ist der Schallschutz der Schlafzimmer zueinander und zum allgemeinen Bereich. HIer würde ich dem Eigentümer dringend eine Nachbesserung empfehlen.

Karen (10/5): Exceptional apartment in a fantastic location. - We booked the whole of the apartment located on the fourth floor and so we had wonderful big bedrooms and a fantastic spacious sitting room with balconies. Michelina the manager was so lovely and accommodating and Hussain and Fati the staff were top notch. It’s a really high end apartment with exceptional service from the staff. We will definitely be back.

Everything is new, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, modern, elegant, and truly stunning. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. The location is simply perfect. Everything is within walking distance, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. We are absolutely delighted and highly recommend this apartment. A special highlight is the breakfast. The chef personally prepares everything and fulfills every wish.

Anzhelika (10/5): Dream holiday stay - I absolutely loved everything about this stay. The location is fantastic, and the Parisian building itself is beautiful. The property has a super cozy and warm atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious and had absolutely everything you could think of. Ours was filled with natural daylight thanks to the large Parisian windows, and the bathroom was stunning: featuring a beautiful bathtub along with a large shower. One detail I really appreciated was the walk-in closet, which is practically the size of a small room. It includes a full-length mirror, ironing board, iron, and plenty of drawers to keep your clothes organized during your stay. The room also had a very large TV with Netflix, YouTube, and other apps available. Another thing I loved was that the room was actually warm: which isn’t always the case in Paris during this time of year. The temperature could easily be adjusted using the wall display. The shower had excellent water pressure and consistently hot water, which can sometimes be an issue in many places. I also really enjoyed the small modern details, like the remote-controlled curtains that you can open and close with a simple touch on the wall display. Breakfast was lovely as well, offering a great selection that would satisfy most people’s usual breakfast preferences. Finally, I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture of gifting small items such as perfumes and hand creams to guests. It was a very kind and elegant touch. Overall, I loved this place and would happily stay here again. Absolutely nothing!

Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Das Bett und Bettwäsche hervorragend. Es war sehr schön einen Balkon zu haben. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut - wir haben es sehr genossen. Chizuko (7/5): A couple of problems but we are still glad we stayed there. - Location excellent and it is super clean. Pretty straightforward check-in process. The room was very nice and big. Comfortable bed. I had to have a cold shower as there was no hot water!! I specifically changed the reservation to a room with a bathtub last minute so I can have a long hot bath, but ended up just having a cold shower... so that was disappointing. Also, no Wifi was available (the link they sent me just said Wifi available without password but in fact, you had to read a QR code to use it). I texted them but I didn't hear back, which was, again, very disappointing. Communication not too good.

Julien Fitamant (4/5): Des prestations haut de gamme, mais des nuits dignes d’un dortoir - L’hébergement est idéalement situé, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements et les visites. Les espaces sont très spacieux, extrêmement propres et bien entretenus. Les équipements sont de grande qualité. Il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel au sens traditionnel, mais d’un grand appartement avec un espace commun central et des chambres individuelles fermant à clé. Le concept pourrait être intéressant, d’autant que l’hébergement est très bien placé, spacieux, extrêmement propre et équipé avec du matériel de grande qualité. En revanche, la mauvaise qualité des portes nuit fortement à l’insonorisation : on entend très clairement ce qui se passe dans les autres pièces. Lors de notre séjour, une soirée organisée par d’autres occupants, avec musique à fort volume jusqu’à 1h du matin, a rendu le repos très difficile. Le lendemain, le bruit lié à la préparation du petit-déjeuner dans l’appartement, bien que le personnel fasse des efforts pour rester discret, était également très présent en raison de l’isolation insuffisante. Les informations du livret d’accueil numérique manquent aussi de clarté : le petit-déjeuner est indiqué comme étant servi au rez-de-chaussée, alors qu’il se déroule en réalité dans l’appartement. Tout cela crée un sentiment paradoxal d’abandon (personnel peu présent) et de surveillance (présence dans l’espace commun), peu compatible avec une expérience sereine et agréable. Et enfin le Petit déjeuner est bas de gammes.

Rien à redire : au top ! RIEN ! Le séjour était trop court... j'ai visité 2 étages pour découvrir des ambiances des lieux collectifs très différentes et j'aime autant l'un que l'autre.
Olga (10/5): Another Wonderful Stay — Looking Forward to Returning - This was my second stay at 1.75 La Source, and once again, I was very happy with my experience. I love the concept of this place — the comfort and space of an apartment, with a full kitchen, combined with impeccable cleanliness and five-star hotel standards in linens and overall maintenance. The design is stylish and cozy, the location is excellent, and the atmosphere feels both refined and welcoming. Special thanks to Charlotte, the manager — she was incredibly kind and showed exceptional care by helping me with a last-minute request, which I truly appreciated. Pascal, the host, is charming and a pleasure to talk to. He shared lots of great recommendations for museums and added to the warm, welcoming feel of the place. It wasn’t an issue for me at all, but if you prefer complete privacy, keep in mind that unless you rent the full apartment, the common areas are shared with other guests. Also, if you’re a very light sleeper and enjoy sleeping in, you might occasionally hear someone having breakfast in the morning — it’s very minimal, but worth knowing if you’re particularly sensitive. But I was lucky during both my stays to meet lovely, respectful, and interesting people and actually enjoyed that aspect of the stay.

Ivan (10/5): Aangenaam relaxen in een, voor Parijs, ongewoon ruime en luxueuze kamers - Een luxueus, stijlvol concept met veel ruimte en licht. Super vriendelijke ontvangst en hyper afgewerkte kamers. Dit is het nieuwe vaste adres voor al onze toekomstige Parijs bezoeken! Zalig.

Kateryna (10/5): - Living room and kitchen are shared between 3 rooms, but it is not what you think. It is such a cozy and comfortable space to share. I was there with my friends, so we occupied 2 rooms. Everything is clean and just telling you to relax and enjoy! Breakfast was good. The host was a lovely lady, who was always trying to help and support if we had any questions. Location is fabulous, very clise to metro. Definitely recommend!
Zoe (10/5): A little gem! - An extremely comfortable room, plenty of space, a large wardrobe area and a comfy bed with breakfast included, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The hosts, Charlotte & Pascal, were lovely too so I would both recommend to others and stay there again myself. N/A

Veronika (10/5): Amazing place - It was amazing place. It is like a mini hotel with common areas. The breakfast style is amazing as well as breakfast staff that prepares everything. It was different experience the whole place and structure of coexisting. Wine bar with free welcome glass, kitchen and dining areas. Staff available whole day. Suggestions etc. Everything was great. Spacious and modern rooms. Balconies for chilling and smoking. Not sure what not to like about this place.
ayesha (8/5): Great location and clean apartment, but limited service and overpriced - I liked the location, and the apartment was clean and nicely organized It is more like an apartment than a hotel, with three bedrooms each requiring a separate key card, so the living room feels like a shared space. Bathroom amenities were only provided once upon arrival. The price is quite high, and service is only available until 3:30 PM. After that, there was no assistance, even with luggage—we had to handle everything ourselves.

callum (3/5): If you’re looking for comfort, service and peace of mind, I wouldn’t suggest this hotel. - Location The AC didn’t work, it was an extremely uncomfortable night. There is no staff after 4pm, The “24/7” customer number they provided didn’t work and the concierge never bothered to respond. We were promised a 50% refund to make up for the service which never came, even with multiple follow ups.

Santi (4/5): Poor price-performance ratio - Close to the metro. There are better apartments that cost less. It is not a hotel. You have to prepare breakfast yourself as there is not always someone on site. The accommodation is only 3 months old, it is already not clean (bedspread stained, toilet not clean, no toilet paper holder, no toilet drain). I wonder what the accommodation will look like after a year if there are already hygiene problems.

Bruce (8/5): Our stay was superb as was the weather . - A unique layout , virtually completely tastefully renovated . Even a wine dispenser. 15min Walk to La Fayette . Couldn’t fault it . The breakfast tables were all in a row . May have been more privacy to had the tables separated. Not a biggie .
