Someone will meet the guest on location. Please be prepared to pay the CHECK-IN FEE in CASH directly to your check-in assistant in exchange for the keys. The check-in fee rates: 3PM to 10PM - 35€ 10PM to 12AM - 60€ (upon request) Please note that check-in after midnight is NOT guaranteed. As an exception, you may request a late check-in in advance, and the check-in fee will start from 90€. Apartment is available for long-term stays (starting from 30 days). It will be necessary to provide us with the supporting documents to fulfill the requirements for BAIL MOBILITÉ (Mobility Lease): - 1 piece of identification (required by the Paris town hall) - 1 proof of the reason for the stay (professional or educational) - proof that the occupant has the necessary funds to cover the rent: tax declaration, pay slips, and/or bank account. A mobility lease (Bail Mobilité) will be sent to you by email upon receipt of the requested supporting documents, and an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Edvin (1/5): Never - Ever !!!!!! - Unfortunately, the beautiful vacation in Paris has turned into a nightmare. After three days, I discovered that bedbug colonies had left their marks on both of my legs.” Zero tolerance from the accommodation. They didn’t accommodate us for even one night and even kept our deposit because they assumed we had brought the bedbugs with us. That was probably also the reason why such a beautiful apartment in that location (right near the Eiffel Tower) was so cheap. Fortunately, Booking protected us as best as possible and helped us get our deposit and compensation refunded. However, nothing came from the accommodation itself. The only way they were ‘considerate’ was by saying they had hired someone to clean everything, and we would ‘only have to pay 50% of the bill.’ Ridiculous.”
PIERRE (9/5): Très agréable et central, au pied de la Tour Eiffel - L'emplacement, à quelques minutes à pied de presque tout ! La très grande douche (plus d'1m par 2), très confortable. Pas de nuisance. Un peu de désorganisation au sein de l'équipe, qui m'a demandé des quantités de documents avant le voyage - tout ça pour découvrir qu'ils avaient mélangé les numéros de dossier... La pratique du check-in fee de 35€ en espèces peut surprendre.
