• Charbel (1/5): Huge disappointment - I stayed in this apartment for 6 nights, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The Apartment: The property is located on the ground floor and does not match the listing photos. The photos appear to be heavily edited and do not accurately reflect the current condition of the apartment. Cleanliness & Hygiene: The apartment was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There was a strong, persistent smell of cigarette smoke that never went away—even after leaving the windows open. The odor stuck to our clothes and luggage, which made the stay very uncomfortable. There was dust everywhere, and surfaces were poorly cleaned. We even found a spider in the toilet. The shower door does not close properly, leaving a large gap that causes water to leak all over the bathroom floor when showering. The balcony was extremely dusty, with neglected artificial plants. Cleaning supplies were stored in a visible corner behind a small curtain. The worst part was finding coffee capsules stored in a dirty drawer alongside non-food items like sheets and towels. The bed linen was stained and had holes, and one of the cushions placed on the bed was visibly dirty. Safety: There was no fire alarm in the apartment, which is a serious safety concern. Amenities & Service: Despite booking for 6 nights, basic supplies were insufficient: - No laundry detergent provided - Only one toilet paper roll, which was already dirty and stained - Only two coffee capsules for the entire stay Overall: This apartment has no positive aspects. It falls far below acceptable standards in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and safety. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone.
• Peggy (2/5): À éviter : nuisances sonores et aucune intimité - La proximité avec le Vieux-Port. Appartement en rez-de-chaussée avec barreaux aux fenêtres et vue directe sur le parking de l’immeuble. Intimité inexistante : stores et rideaux obligatoires en permanence. Isolation phonique très insuffisante : bruits de pas et d’usage des appartements voisins clairement audibles (en particulier lorsqu’ils utilisent leurs sanitaires), en plus des allers-retours dans les parties communes. La porte d’entrée de l’immeuble, particulièrement bruyante, grince à chaque passage dès 6h du matin, rendant le repos difficile. Salle de bain et toilettes extrêmement exiguës (moins d’1 m² chacune). Ces conditions ne nous ont pas permis de poursuivre notre séjour ; nous avons dû partir et nous reloger dans un autre logement plus acceptable.
• Cedric (8/5): Chouette séjour à Marseille! - L'emplacement au bout du vieux port, près de Cosquer, Mucem, Major, Panier, ferry... L'accès (bonne communication avec le/la propriétaire), la loggia, l'orientation nord avec soleil le matin. Tuyau de douche à remplacer, il fuit. Brosse des toilettes à remplacer également. Cabine étroite, à savoir.

• Valeria (4/5): Sporco, poca attenzione al cliente. Posizione buona - Ottima posizione, ben collegata e abbastanza sicura e silenziosa. Si possono raggiungere a piedi la maggior parte delle attrazioni. Il pavimento era molto sporco, le lenzuola erano macchiate. Abbiamo trovato uno specchio completamente rotto, pericoloso da tenere in quelle condizioni. Abbiamo chiesto all’host di pulire e ci ha risposto di farlo noi.

• Thanh (7/5): Short stay by the Harbor. - It was roomy. It was on the first floor so I didn’t have to go through stairs for our luggages. TV worked. Wifi was good. The hostess was kind to extend the check out till noon for me. Warming that there are a lot of rats running everywhere around the city near the building. Bring your own soap, shampoo and conditioner. We could not use washer/ dryer because we couldn’t find any detergent to use. It was inconvenient for us to have to return the key back to another location.
• Beata (8/5): - Kompletne wyposażenie kuchni, lokalizacja, wygodne łóżko. Przerwa w dopływie prądu - jeden dzień z problemami z powodu zbyt małej zamówionej mocy .
• EVA (8/5): - La ubicación es excelente, incluso si se llega en coche (no hace falta entrar hasta el centro). Cama muy cómoda pero la almohada no. Comunicación con la anfitriona ágil y buena, estuvo atenta todos los días de cómo iba todo. La limpieza es un poco deficiente, y más teniendo en cuenta que te cobran 50 eur por ella. Faltan algunas cosas básicas como papel de cocina, bayetas, trapos limpios... en el caso que se quiera utilizar la cocina.

After reaching out to the owners they informed us that it has not been working for a while and is just a free add on they grant to the customers i.e. they won’t and don’t have to do anything about it. Feels like wrong advertisement. Bed was squeaking. Couch was uncomfortable. Water in shower drains poorly.

• Imogen (7/5): Fantastic location - Fantastic location. Everything you need. Expensive relative to facilities but such a fabulous location. Unfortunately washing machine not working which was one of the principle reasons for booking this spot.
• Peter (6/5): Good location in an historical port - Location. A bit far to walk from station but only 10 euro taxi. Had a Maintenance issue which was immediately rectified. Good restaurants nearby and main attractions. Toilet and shower very small but manageable.

• Francesca (6/5): Nice stay, neither perfect nor disappointing - Central location, possible to park the car for free, self-check in, complete with all facilities (washing machine, stove, sofa, tv, etc). The flat didn’t feel super clean, the bathroom was extremely small and equipped with just few soap and two rolls of toilet paper. The apartment was a bit cold (we were there in the beginning of spring) and the coffee machine came with just four coffee capsule. It felt like the just gave us the minimum possible.
