• Gil (8/5): It was good, but it could be excellent… - The location is great, the equipment is excellent, and the apartment is comfortable, with lots of space. There was no terrace, although mentioned in Booking.com. The apartment does not correspond to the photos shown in Booking. The view is to a Mini car stand, with incredible flashing lights running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which are not blocked by the curtain shades. There isn’t any user’s manual for equipment or garbage and recyclable waste disposal. There is a TV set, but no channels available. Bath towels are ridiculously small. No cleaning for a 7 night stay, though we pay a cleaning fee of 100 GBP. No luggage storage, before checking in or after check out.
• Jill (1/5): Last minute cancellation had a scrambling for housing and haven’t received reimbursement yet - They canceled on us one hour before we were supposed to arrive due to “maintenance issues” so I can’t say what I liked about the property. They canceled on us one hour before we were supposed to arrive due to “maintenance issues“ and we had to scramble to get new accommodations in London. We still have not received our money back and it’s been at least 10 working days since they canceled on us. To be fair, I don’t know if it’s the property’s slowness or Booking.com that we haven’t received our reimbursement yet.
• omar (1/5): Absolutely WORST experience ever with booking.com EVER! - The property is actually nice even though i never saw the apartment itself. the building and location are good The host canceled my stay 5 minutes check in after we had been communicating for days before arrival and even on day of arrival. He stated a leak at the apt but i was in the lobby and the lobby staff informed me that there was already someone staying in my apt and there was no leak. SO PICTURE a family of 6 sitting and waiting in the lobby for 2 hours after an international flight, having been promised a place to clean up and stay at 3pm local time, being told at 255PM that they have no place to go and no alternatives! They should be removed from all hosting sites!
