• Mark (9/5): Fantastic location and very comfortable apartment. - Great location. Very clean and modern. Loved the balcony and would definitely rebook if we’re ever in the area again. The only challenge was that the city was having a festival so we could not use the apartment parking. This was beyond the control of the host and we had to park a few blocks away. Normally the parking would be right at the apartment so this won’t be an issue for any other guests.
• Yannick (10/5): - De ligging en het uitzicht waren top. Het bed was naar onze smaak iets te hard.
• Alexandra (7/5): - Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist unschlagbar, direkt hinter dem Kaufhaus Peters, besser geht es kaum und der Balkon mit Blick auf den Baum ist sehr schön :) die Gastgeber scheinen sehr nett, man bekommt auch ein kleines Gastgeschenk in Form von Honig dazu. Die Wohnung hat an sich viel Potential - mit ein wenig TLC Die Dusche im Bad läuft aus, es lag ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch in der Wohnung (später haben wir einen Febreeze Stecker gefunden und ausgesteckt), die Küche ist nicht gut ausgestattet (z.B. Schneidemesser fehlen) und bei den Matratzen spürt man leider wirklich jede einzelne Feder, was die Nächte ziemlich unbequem gemacht hat. Alles Dinge, die mit relativ wenig Aufwand jedoch behoben werden könnten. Für den vergleichsweise hohen Preis würden wir sie nicht nochmal buchen.

• Monique (9/5): Excepcional, cómodo y nuevo - La casa está situada en una calle céntrica pero tranquila de Oberkirch, un pueblo bonito a la vez que tranquilo. Dispone de plaza de parking para dejar el coche al lado de la entrada. La casa está recién reformada con vistas a un jardín. Prácticamente no hay vecinos. Dispone de tiendas y supermercados cerca. Tuvimos un pequeño regalo de acogida. Nos gustó todo, pero ganaría comodidad si tuviera microondas y lavadora.

• Majkowska (10/5): - Ferienwohnung Haus 87a to bardzo komfortowy i nowoczesny nocleg, który rezerwowaliśmy przez Booking.com. Apartament posiada 3 duże pokoje z szafami, bez problemu pomieści nawet 7 osób. Na duży plus zasługuje świetnie wyposażona kuchnia oraz przestronny salon. Do dyspozycji jest telewizor z Netflixem i YouTube, a także duży balkon, idealny na poranną kawę. Wystrój nowoczesny, bardzo estetyczny i zadbany. Okolica spokojna, a jednocześnie blisko do wszystkiego, co potrzebne. Ogromnym plusem jest również parking. Zdecydowanie miejsce godne polecenia.
• Christina (10/5): All in all it was a very nice stay and the property owner was responsive. We will come back again. - It was spacious and modern. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything we need for cooking and some basic ingredients except for salt. The living room was spacious. The location is perfect for us, right in the city centre. Check-in and out were easy. We couldn’t figure out how the heating system works and the night time felt cold inside. All of the instructions inside the property were in German, not cater for international guests. They need to put small waste bin inside the bathroom. A lock inside the bathroom for privacy is needed, especially when you are sharing the space with friends. The property owner said no lock in the bathroom due to child safety but if the lock is a removable lock, then a family with little children can remove the lock, then the little kid can’t lock his or herself.
