• VladaVilimane (10/5): - Very cozy and thoughtfully designed! Carpets, blankets, beautiful pillows, there are even candles!! The host prepared a small gift, which was a lovely touch. The kitchen also has everything you need for cooking. There's also oil, spices, tea, coffee , sugar, and salt. I was glad they had robes! I recommend bringing slippers, as there's a lovely balcony where you can enjoy a glass of wine or coffee in the open air, but the floor is cool (tiles). There is also an iron and a hair dryer. It's also great that there are navigation instructions. I absolutely loved everything! If I come to Athens again, I will definitely stay here.
• Christina (9/5): Excellent base for a couple exploring Athens - It felt like a real apartment, like staying with a friend. We enjoyed being in the Koukaki neighbourhood. 'This Is Loco' breakfasts - yum! The furnishings were good, with lots of thoughtful touches. Very central location, but windows well insulated from traffic noise. Useful guide books, very helpful host. The shower needed a bit of maintenance, but was okay.

The location was perfect, 15-20 min on-foot from the main attractions of Athens. There is everything you need nearby, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, markets etc. The bed was really comfortable, the balcony was a nice addition. The host was extremely attentive and quick to answer any question and help us when we needed something. Overall it was a great experience. -

• GEORGIOS (9/5): Περάσαμε όμορφα! - Όμορφο και περιποιημένο διαμέρισμα πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος στο κέντρο της πόλης. Πολύ εξυπηρετικός ο διαχειριστής με αναλυτικά μηνύματα σε κάθε μας απορία. Θα ήταν χρήσιμο να υπάρχει και ένα έπιπλο (τραπέζι με καρέκλα) για να μπορείς να δουλέψεις με λάπτοπ με άνεση. Κάπως δύσκολη η εξεύρεση πάρκινγκ.

Από τη στιγμή που έφτασα, ηΑλίκη με υποδέχτηκε με μεγάλη ευγένεια και φροντίδα, κάνοντάς με να νιώσω σαν στο σπίτι μου. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, τα πάντα τακτοποιημένα και προσεγμένα μέχρι την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια — φαινόταν ότι η καθαριότητα και η άνεση των επισκεπτών είναι προτεραιότητα. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξω ξανά στην επόμενη επίσκεψή μου στην Αθήνα — το Cozy Athens είναι μία από τις καλύτερες επιλογές για διαμονή στην πόλη. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

• Sandra (10/5): Excepcional !!!! - Me gustó todo!!! Un lugar hermoso, muy cómodo y acogedor, con todo lo que se necesita. Cerca de todos los paseos. Y su anfitriona un encanto.
• Lucija (10/5): Highly recommended - Although in the old building the apartment is nicelly decorated, clean and comfortable. The host is super attentive taking care of some many details to make your stay pleasant. The apartment is well located, on walking distance to main attractions and in the street very you can find many rent-a -car agencies if needed. Metro station and parking place are aslo very close. Very noisy street, the balcony can not be used

Oltre ad essere arredato con gran gusto, l’appartamento é dotato di tutto ció di cui si può necessitare, dallo spazzolino alla crema corpo. La bottiglia di benvenuto é stata la coccola più bella. Illuminazione insufficiente, per accendere il phon bisogna attaccare la presa a una ciabatta col filo corto, piuttosto scomodo.

• Ivan (10/5): It was more than I expected. Love this place. - Koukaki is a great neighbourhood, close to all cardinal sights. I loved this appartment a lot, the cleanness is remarkable, sheets and towels smell beautifully. The owner provided good insightful hints for our stay and managed easily all arrangements.
• Susan (10/5): Wonderful place to stay in Athens, good quiet location with beautifully decorated and comfortable rooms. - This is the sweetest well decorated apartment that was quiet and made is feel right at home! Very attentive host that helped us navigate food delivery. The white wine was a nice touch! The host even went to the effort to set up the lounge sofa for my daughter. We also felt very safe because there was a police car parked right outside the whole time and a security guard at all hours of the night patrolling across the road. The balcony isn’t very useful because the traffic is very noisy most of the time.

• Theodora (10/5): Αξέχαστη διαμονή στο Κουκάκι - Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα της κας. Αλίκης στο Κουκάκι ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχη! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν. Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική. Όλα στην κυριολεξία σε 5 βήματα, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και σε μέσα μεταφοράς. Η κα. Αλίκη ήταν ευγενική, εξυπηρετική και πάντα διαθέσιμη για ο,τιδήποτε χρειαστηκαμε κατά τη διαμονή μας. Μας παρείχε πληροφοριες κυριολεκτικά για τα πάντα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά.

The apartment was recently renovated, spotlessly clean, with beautiful decor and a very comfortable bed that made for a restful sleep. A big thank you to Aliki for her warm hospitality and for being available to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend it!
