- Marcelo Gouveia (1/5): Muito grave - De nada. Não nos entregou a chave, nem códigos e mentiu o tempo todo. Mandou esperarmos até às 20h... às 20h disse-nos que a senhora da limpeza teve um acidente e já não conseguia nos entregar a chave... só pelas 23h arranjamos um pequeno hotel para ficar a primeira noite. O Booking como pode aceitar a presença de um proprietário que nada prestigia a plataforma. Depois de reservar, cerca de 3 meses depois e antes de irmos para Londres, dos últimos 3 comentários, 1 deles foi semelhante. Com 2 bebés e 2 jovens.... sem local para ficar até às 23h. Muito grave esta situação!!!
