• Franck (3/5): Cheap, but still need to upkeep it! - The bed was just ok The room was large Oscar in housekeeping tried his best to make us comfortable Grand size TV gave away our room, even after I let them know we were arriving later After they made a big deal- found us a room that had been unoccupied for awhile…. Full of MOSQUITOS & NO SEE UM bugs all over the property & ROOM. Horribly dirty carpet & broken down bathroom with a completely lime scaled showerhead!. Smelly stale towels & subpar refrigerator. Could not exit our room w/o bringing in new bugs. Pool looked beautiful but was closed. Really need to spray & clean the area before opening to the guests…..

• Marlowe (1/5): Abandoned by desk clerk late night w/ bad room keys, 3 sets of guests forced to find another hotel. - Zero Long story short: Abandoned by desk clerk who went home unaware he gave us a bad room key card, forcing us - and two other sets of guests - to find another hotel late at night. Details: We phoned Las Palmas at 7:30pm and left an answering machine message we would not arrive until 10pm. We show up at five minutes before ten, and the front desk clerk is waiting in his car at the office lobby door. He gets out when we arrive and opens the office and tries to find our reservation, but their system is down. He says he never got our voice message from earlier and he was just about to leave. I asked if they served any breakfast and he says the motel is under new management and they've not worked out such details yet. He xeroxes my driver's license and gives me two key cards for the room and directions how to park and walk in to the complex. My wife and I drive down a few hundred feet and park and carry our bags across the courtyard to the room …and the key cards do not trigger open the door. Red light-red light-red-light. I dropped the bags and ran to the office - but the clerk had already left. The another car of guests - two women and two kids who did not speak English - drove up to the locked office. The phone number on the lobby door led to an answering machine and a Spanish voice greeting. The phone number on the property map to another answering machine. The phone number on the email reservation receipt was for MEXICO! Another man walked up with a backpack and he was out of luck as well. So at 10:30 there's THREE sets of guests with reservations who are ABANDONED and forced to call about for new lodging after 10 at night. UNCONSCIONABLE! Three sets of guests with reservations left STRANDED with not even a way to reach anyone on the property, let alone by three different phones! We phoned a Red Roof nearby and they had a clerk at her counter ready to give us a room. How can your site represent a business that CANNOT FUNCTION?? We'll never use...

For at least almost a year they have been amazing friendly always willing to help and resolve any issues you may have. Have nothing negative to say. Its ALWAYS been a pleasure to stay here!

It was spacious and there were several places where a person could get ready..I felt it was a good value for what I paid. When the neighbor went out to smoke a cigarette, the smoke would blow in though my ac/heat unit. It would be great if there were more snack and drink options in the lobby. I bought a generic bottle of water and a can of sprite for $4. There was only cup-o-noodles for food. I wish the jacuzzi had been in operation

• Cheryl (4/5): Bad Experience - Beds were ok. Sliding door lock was broken and a bar was put across the middle of the door to secure it. No drain stopper in bathroom sink and tub. Some of the tile on bath tub wall was either dirty or mole. Entry door was not sealed. You could see light on the top, side and bottom of the door in the morning. Phone didn't work and loss wifi for about 24 hours. When checking with the office I was told that a reset was done and part of the building didn't work and the manager was contacted about the issue. That next morning I went to the office to check on the status and was told there was a reset last night and all the rooms were supposedly ok. I informed the lady in the office that my room was still having problems with the wifi still being out. A maintenance guy stop by about 10 minutes later and fixed whatever was going on with the wifi. I told him not to worry about fixing the phone because we were leaving in the morning. He could fix it later
• Kelli (5/5): Ok place, no staff availability in the mornings til 10 - They request a cash deposit of $100. Fully refundable upon checkout. However, the office is locked until 10 am and I needed to leave out of town by 8am. I called the number on the door it says to call and I called the number on their site. No one answered and no one responded to the messages I left.

I bet every room might be gamble, but we lucked up with a room that didn’t smell at all like cigarettes (which is my biggest fear) , cold ac, hot shower, tv, and was clean!! Definitely will be staying here again if I ever pass through.

TVs only have antenna channels which is really sucks if there was at least an option to do Netflix or something it would be too bad. Pool is never open which sucks cuz it hit 100 degrees already ;(

• Keltner (10/5): Exceptional - The front desk manager was amazing she tried to change our reservation for us and got it done so we could get a bed downstairs since I was having surgery the next day she went above and beyond to help us very pleasant lady we will stay there again Can the only little problem was the people upstairs had the shower running for like 4 hours I don't know what they were doing but they finally turned off
