- Adventurer (10/5): - All good, on site staff during the day were very helpful. Bathroom shower is small but it is as per the photo. The linen pack included one pillow and so I asked the staff for a second one and this was provided immediately.
- Regina (8/5): A nice stay overall - The space is generous for 2 persons, it’s originally for 2 students. Very closed to Nottingham University as we were attending our son’s graduation, so it’s very convenient and ideal. It’s a short walk to Beeston for more choices of food and a Tesco there. The shower is super small even for my small size. My husband was really struggling having his shower there with the shower curtain closed.

- Jackie (9/5): Overall, very comfortable very pleasant stay, staff at reception were fantastic, defo return here. - The location was excellent. The room and the Furniture were in pretty good condition. The grounds were really lovely. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. The launderette was very well set up. There was even an ironing room. I would definitely use this again only a couple of very minor things listed below that really did not impact on the enjoyment of my stay. They were just a couple of things missing from the list of things that were supposed to be in the apartment. So I didn’t bring toiletries with the intention of buying them the following day but because there were supposed to be toiletries in the room, I wasn’t worried that I was arriving very late at night. I thought there would be something to tide me over. But there wasn’t. There was also supposed to be a toaster in the room there wasn’t I used the microwave grill but it took about 10 minutes to toast a piece of bread! However, I did ask about these things and a response was very quickly given to me and the staff tried to remedy the situation, I was in the room for 11 days but towels were only changed once, sheets were not changed at all and the the room was not cleaned. It was never made clear whether it was something that was included either I got towels once because I met the cleaners outside otherwise there were no bin bags or toilet paper or anything like that delivered to the room - again if I was supposed to collect those from reception I’m not sure that that was made clear. These things didn’t detract from the visit though, they weren’t major.

Falto TV. No me dieron ropa de cama sólo tenía cubre colchón y acolchado. Tuve que pedir aseo personal champú crema enjuague y solo me dieron en dos ocasiones. No había escoba ni pala para poder mantener el aseo que estuve once días. Artículos de cocina no había nada , ni detergente ni esponja nada. Los platos vasos y tazas de plástico me parece de muy mal gusto . Lo pedí muchas veces a booking pero no tuve respuesta positiva. La tabla de planchar y la plancha estaba en una habitación con cerradura. El lavadero tenés que pagar.

- Daniel (5/5): A good cheap location but lacking in amenities. - A great location based on being so close to Beeston Town centre and being a 5 min walk to a tram stop giving easy access to the city centre. It is student accommodation during term time so it's exactly what you'd expect, but it was clean and bedding and towels were provided. Score would've been much higher if they could sort the amenities issues out. Amenities were lacking. On arrival 2 of the 4 flats we had booked had no toilet roll.(Each flat contained 3 rooms with an en suit.) All four had no hand soap. Shower products in every room were a lucky dip of whether you got shampoo or body wash. One room had 3 shampoo, no body wash. Another had 1 body wash no shampoo. There were a total of 12 rooms across 4 flats and every room was the same story in this sense. I had messaged the booking team on multiple occasions to try and get it sorted, who did appear helpful, but all that ever turned up was one toilet roll in one of the 6 rooms that didn't have any. A small box of kitchen utensils was supplied in 3 of the 4 flats. But no washing up liquid or a tea towel or anything to remove hot items from the oven.

- Attenborough (6/5): Clean but hot! - Nice & clean & tidy. It was hot! Really really hot & there were no fans offered, no ac installed, werent allowed to open the windows more. We were sweltering!! Probably wouldn't stay there again especially in the summer! It was like a sauna!!

- Lorna (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, rooms cleaned well, mostly quiet and peaceful Very difficult check-in and communication systems. Property not as advertised on the site - essentially dorm-room situation when it is advertised as a shared apartment. Also advertised as having kitchenware but when we arrived the kitchen was completely empty and it took a lot of phone calls, messages and arguing to receive kitchenware, which was then delivered filthy.

Its a bit bare-bones. On arrival there were no bedcovers, towels or toilet paper, which felt a little minimalistic. Broadgate reception was very helpful, more so than the booking team.
