Klaudia (2/5): - W pokoju bardzo dziwny zapach, wręcz duszący. Dla dwóch osób dostaliśmy 1 poduszkę i 1 małą kołdrę, prośbą o dostarczenie drugiej poduszki, pan powiedział, że dowiezie, jednak to nie miało miejsca. Prosiłam o kontakt w celu zamówienia śniadania, brak odzewu. Pomijanąc aspekt widoku z okna na stary opuszczony budynek, to nie pominę samej czystości okna, coś okropnego. Internet nie działał, prysznic w łazience rozwalony, a sufit na korytarzu odchodzi od wilgoci. Zdecydowanie nie polecam.

Brak żarówki w lampce nocnej. W łazience jedna lampa nie działa. Brak mydła. Kran w łazience rozchybotany, nie do użytku. Kuchenka elektryczna chyba wzięta ze śmietnika. Telewizor nie daje się włączyć. Moja prośba o fakturę chyba poszła w kosmos lub została zignorowana

Danuta (4/5): - Atrakcyjna lokalizacja hotelu Cena za pokój absolutnie nie adekwatna do zaoferowanego standardu. Pokój Apartament Royal 25 Deluxe, za cenę 412,22 zł okazał się rozczarowaniem. Zlokalizowany na poziomie -1, pod schodami, ciemny i ponury. W łazience grzyb pod prysznicem. Taki standard pokoju na pewno nie za taka cenę! Nie polecam!

Szymon (4/5): - Na zdjęciach wszystko wyglądało OK, ale rzeczywistość sporo odbiega od tego co widać w Internecie. Te zdjęcia chyba sprzed dobrych kilku(nastu) lat... Mój pokój nawet w połowie nie przypominał tego z oferty - mała klitka na poziomie -1, żadnego widoku, przepalone żarówki w lampkach i prysznic z ledwo trzymającą się deszczownicą. Brak żelazka, mimo, że w opisie jest na wyposażeniu. Kontakt z obsługą też pozostawia do życzenia...
