Elena (8/5): Good place near the train station - Great location close to the train station, super friendly staff, shared kitchen available, beautiful lighting in the room. The only place where the AC was turned on before my arrival—much appreciated! The only aspect to mention: poor sound insulation. Your sleep will depend on how quiet and considerate your neighbors are. I was lucky and had no issues, but for families with kids, this might be something to keep in mind.
Hoepner (9/5): Superb - Our stay at Nice2CU was perfect. The Check In was very easy and with the instruction videos we had no problem at all! Also the Check Out couldn't be easier. The room is small but has everything you need! The bathroom is well equiped. We loved the window at the ceiling of our sleeping area. We even could shut it down to have fully darkness at night. Everything in this room has been thought of! For us it was important to be close to the train station. But with busses you reach everything in minutes. There are some other rooms and you can hear the other guests talking when they are in the kitchen area. Nothing bad, but if you want more privacy you should take that into account.

The room was clean, and you can get to Colosseum, Santa Maria Maggiore or Piazza Spagna also on foot. Quiet building with local people, I felt really safe also in the evening. nothing
