Diane (2/5): No care or attention to this property. - The location was ok. Once we found where it was. The apartment could be lovely, but there were so many faults. We had trouble finding the property. Google maps sent us the wrong way. So it wasn't the hosts fault. But the access information wasn't great. The key safe was in a bin store. I tried to contact the hosts a few times, we were stuck outside, so then I had to contact Booking.com. I spoke to someone there eventually, after AI. The outside was filthy, the photos showed balconies with outdoor furniture. In the photos, these all looked lovely, but there was pigeon poo everywhere on the balcony. The furniture was dirty, dusty, never cleaned. Not possible to sit outside at all. The shower was a little dribble, no spray. We couldn't get the light on in the lounge or kitchen. We have to leave, find another place to stay after one night. Luckily Booking.com sorted out a refund for me. On leaving the keys back in the bin store, the bins were full to bursting with full bags of rubbish. We could hardly get in to put the keys back.
