Das Apartment ist in einem gepflegten Haus und an sich sehr schön eingerichtet sauber und komfortabel. Leider verfügt das Apartment über keinen Parkplatz. Wenn man mit dem Auto kommt, kann man etwa 7 Gehminuten entfernt in einer öffentlichen Tiefgarage parken. Das sollte man berücksichtigen, gerade wenn man viel Gepäck hat.
• Anju (7/5): As per price, it doesnt give a luxary vibe. It feels like u r stying at someone else house. - Bed was super comfortable, Location is close enough for bus and ferry. Host was approachable and friendly. Has a nice view of city and mountains. There was not any soap, shampoo or conditioners available in bathroom. There was a body wash which was running very low, looked like previous guest's left over, same with laundry supplies. Needs more lighting in living area, it was very deam, one off the swich was not working. One chair in dinning was very unsteady, we nearly had an accident.

• Anita (10/5): Cosy apartment with a great view! - The apartment located on the 41 floor has a great view of the city! There were all things that you can need during travel (incl. washing machine and dryer!). We used a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym - everything was located on the 5th floor and it's easily accessible. There is a shop close to the apartment. We recommend this apartment!

• Seigo (1/5): that was so bad, and want you give the refund back. - it is located brisbane cbd, so easy to go such as riverside and etc. We couldn't check-in at check-in time (that was 30mindelay, even owener told he can given us earlier check-in at 1pm, we have waited for 2 hours at lobby.) The bed sheets were not clean, it had dust and hairs. we found the stuffs in sink towels Cruelty , and etc bath towel were not clean The stuffs were still in washing machine

• Kylie (6/5): Great Host but Average Stay - Location is good provided you don’t have a vehicle. Easy access to public transport. Host was easy to get hold of, prompt with what needed amending & the after service (when my daughter left her teddy bear behind) was fabulous! I wouldn’t say it’s value for money - the apartment wasn’t cleaned properly, the sofa bed wasn’t made (booked for 4 people) & the furniture could do with replacing.
• Jacob (8/5): - Location and view from the apartment was excellent. Gaining the key was a bit hard but this also my fault. I had received around 6 emails before the booking and one of them had photos. No coffee and the pillows were very thin.

• Yuko (7/5): 残念なことが多かった - 都心で船着場からも近くよかった。 41階なので景色はよかった。 まず、鍵の場所がとてもわかりにくい。 また、清掃が行き届いていない。 ﾌﾗｲﾊﾟﾝも油がついたままの状態でしまわれ、鍋は焦げ付いたまま。 ベットリネンはシワだらけで、アイロンもされていないのは初めての経験だった。 電球は三つ切れていて暗い、トイレは二日目につまり、キッチンのスポンジもなかった。 その点は、オーナーに連絡して、直ぐに直してもらえた。 3日目にはキッチンのIHが作動しなかった。 プールは使用できなかった。 コーヒーメーカーもポーションが一つだけおいてあり、不衛生に感じた。 残念ながら、全体的に満足度は低かった。
