- Nickolas (5/5): Nice Apartment, Difficult Entry, - Nice, comfortable apartment, close a park and short walk to town. I didn't like that the front door required me to use my phone. I was very worried about my battery when hiking etc. I also had a nightmare getting into the apartment. The host told me she would be at the apartment when we called and 30 minutes later she was not there. I had to connect to wifi outside the apartment to get the necessary information to get in. The neighbors were very helpful but seem to deal with frequent issues from this short term rental property and lost visitors with poor instructions. I also didn't like that the host made me make a 500 euro deposit last minute,

The fan was saving my life in the heat as well, so I'm very appreciative that was included in the apartment. Emilie was a great host and communicated all the instructions and information perfectly, which made everything even easier. Would recommend to both solo travellers and groups!

However, I can’t give five stars because of the unexpected €500 security deposit, which I wasn’t clearly informed about in advance. The delay in the refund is seriously affecting the final days of my trip in Europe. Almost a week after check-out, I still haven’t received it back, and the uncertainty of when it will be refunded has impacted my travel plans and budget. I understand the need for a deposit—it’s a lovely apartment—but I believe the host should use a different type of guarantee that doesn’t financially tie up the guest for so long. Also, the bed is a bit unstable and squeaky, and there are some tiny ants in the living room/kitchen. Despite that, it’s a very good apartment Decoration €500 deposit refund delay seriously impacted the end of my trip
