- charlotte (1/5): Not fit for purpose. - Nothing Stank of cigarette smoke. So bad we couldn’t even stay. Interiors look tired and worn floor broken away in parts. Dodgy looking light switches. Soft furnishings stank. Yellowed net curtains. Not a very nice area. We left and checked into a hotel instead. Company has refunded us and did apologise. This property should not be rented. Good attempt at trying to cover the ashtray vibes with a plug in air freshener. Lol.
- Zaya-Lmese (4/5): Could do better for that price as it is expensive and there’s a lot of things that need to be checked over and my cleans - The bed look presentable when I went in Stains on bed and couch
Cups and cutlery wasn’t cleaned properly
Cooker knob broke of which was already broke
Stains on couch
Old food and popped ballon’s and confetti underneath couch and old food which I had to hoover up
Needs to be more cutlery
Had to wash bed sheets
I had to clean before I even got to relax to feel comfortable
Outside needs to be more presentable

- Judith (1/5): A waste of £210 we didn’t stay the complete stay it was that uncomfortable we went home early - It would be better if you were given the key as a hand over on arrival we had the lock box and no email was sent no message was sent about the key we were kept waiting 3 hours and we were bother freezing cold and tired my partner drove from Barnsley and I drove from Bristol in the end we were sent an email with the code for lock box on why the hell couldn’t they have done this at the beginning . There wasn’t any tea spoons they had a very low bed about twelve inches above the floor . No PAT testing had been done on there electrical kitchen items . Filthy pots and pans in the kitchen . Floor covering in the kitchen was ripped . The lists go on . Avoid Avoid Everything there was nothing good about this place
- Kathleen (5/5): - It was clean, and the kitchen was more than adequate to cook meals. The bed clean was towels and was very clean and presented nicely. There is no mention that it was up a flight of stairs and the bed, which was extremely low, and as a 75 year old with slight mobility issues, it was problematic and I ended up sleeping on the settee most of the time there.
The outside of the property was neglected and the niebourghs seem to use the entrance to the property as a dumping ground, there was rubbish outside the front door and paths had not been swept so piles of wet leaves made walking slippy.
There is no defined parking spot and was verbally abused by a niebourgh. we did contact the company agent who suggested we park, and this should have been advised about where to park on checking in. We also had debt collectors call re gas and electricity bills not being paid, which was embracing.. we would appreciate comments back from the company on the things highlighted.
