• Carlota (10/5): Amazing stay and very helpful host! - we stayed at Salvatore’s place 3 nights and we found the appartment was perfect and aligned to the photos. It is a renovated wide appartment with a great kitchen and batroom. You can also enjoy a huge sunny balcony and you have some supermarkets around. Special mention to Salvatore who was very helpful and responsive everytime. He was a key help as he arranged the transport from the airport to the appartment. I definitely recommend this place, thank you Salvatore! Nothing

• Florentyna (10/5): - We arrived quite late, but our host Salvatore was super friendly and made everything really easy for us. The flat was spotless, and very comfortable to stay in. The bathroom is a great size, which was really convenient. We only stayed for 1 night since we were going to the port for a cryise the next day. Overall, we felt right at home and would definitely stay here again! Nothing
• Elysia (10/5): - Great facilities, best shower we had in Italy! Salvatore was extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home. Salvatore was proactive in contacting us and making sure we were enjoying our stay. Comfortable beds, air-conditioning, large bathroom, tea and coffee. Helpful with transfers to get to the airport and to Rome city centre. Also helpful with suggestions for groceries, parks and restaurants suitable for my toddler. Highly recommend staying here. Nothing! Everything was wonderful.
• Tina (9/5): Overall great location with gracious hosts. - Location was excellent, right near the airport for an early morning flight. A private shuttle was arranged for the flight with no hassle, and excellent service. The host, Salvatore, and his business parter, Luigi, were incredibly kind and hospitable. Also, the location was in a quiet neighborhood with great pizza right around the corner and a supermarket for eating needs. The dining area and living space were very roomy and spacious, and the bathroom was very nice and clean. The bunkbed was a bit uncomfortable and stairs needed to carry heavy luggage was inconvenient.
• Carol (5/5): Very clean but I Would not go again. - Very clean. Son was mad at check-in because I didn’t see his question on What’s app, which I am not familiar using. He kept scold me which I really didn’t need after 2 very stressful weeks of travel in Italy. His mother met us and kept trying to communicate in Italia when I told her only English. Also daily city tax had to be paid in cash which I don’t remember being disclosed.

• Yevgeny (10/5): Good host, good apartment and very good price - It was a misunderstanding about our arrival time, but when I told that I arrived, the host came and gave me the keys, showed me the apartment, gave a restaurant recommendation and very helped me to get to the airport next day! Everything was perfect

• Stanisław (10/5): - Pomimo później pory gospodarz odebrał nas z lotniska za niedużą opłatą i powiedział nam jak możemy następnego dnia dotrzeć do Rzymu. W apartamencie czekała na nas zimna woda w lodówce i małe co nieco do przegryzienia :-) Za rozsądną cenę gospodarz przechował nas bagaże i przywiózł je nam wieczorem na lotnisko przez co mogliśmy bezproblemowo spędzić dzień w Rzymie.
• Abdul (8/5): They proapaty was ok and clean enough. There was small things the they could take care to make the stay easy . - The place had the air conditioning that was a good point in the time , that we stay . Since it was extremely hot . In general the place was ok . But the shower water was not worm , we had to take shower with cold water. We stay there for one night and had to take shower early in the morning and not able to ask anyone to fix it . And I guess the host should check everything before we arrive. To avoid this kind of situation.
• Bruno Scharff (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf. - Het was kraaknet, nieuw. Heel warm welkom door Salvatore. Hielp ons met alles wat we vroegen. Lekkere koffietjes en badjassen die klaar lagen, flesje koud water in de frigo. Leuk om s avonds op het terras te zitten, vlakbij zee en luchthaven. Niets.

• Denise (10/5): Clean and convenient. - Property was close to the airport had an air conditioning in the primary bedroom and the living space. Nice big shower. No AC unit in the second bedroom with the bunkbeds. She left the door open and was able to stay cool.

• Rose (10/5): Good old fashion service! - The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay whilst in transit. Newly renovated, spacious with exceptional flexibility and assistance from the owners. We were even provided with water, breakfast, and most importantly, coffee! Exceptional and comfortable beds, ample linen, and bathroom necessities. All important touches when travelling. We didn't spend enough time in this location yo have an opinion.

• Dimitry (10/5): Great one night stay before our flight back - We loved everything about our one night stay in this property. The owner is amazing! For additional charge, he met us from the Roma Termini (rail station) and took us to the apartment. Also, we arranged a super early morning pick up to the airport. He made our stay very convenient and comfortable. He showed us around and explained how to get to the beach, suggested some amazing restaurants. We felt very welcomed. The apartment itself is newly renovated, spacious, and nicely furnished. Bed is comfortable, very spacious shower and bathroom, good internet; kitchen with all essentials for your stay. We loved it! none is applicable.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need — even bathrobes in addition to towels, which was such a thoughtful touch. The place is very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. It’s located on the second floor and has a lovely terrace, which made our time there even more enjoyable. I would also like to give special thanks to the host, Salvo, for his kindness, attentiveness, and understanding. He patiently waited for us at the airport while we were meeting my grandmother, and treated our whole family with genuine care. Thank you for everything — we truly hope to return soon! Nothing to complain about — everything was perfect!

• Dance589 (9/5): Spotless clean. Shuttle costs extra - The place is spotless, clean and new (May, 2025). The bed was comfortable and the kitchen is nearly fully equipped. The location is quiet and close to supermarkets and restaurants. It was almost perfect so these are just additional thoughts: - it can have a hot water cooker because boiling water in a pan to make tea can be hassle - airport shuttle service (40 euros) + city tax (5 euros). I found the shuttle service a bit expensive but maybe there is a local bus available from the airport

It had all the amenities needed for a one night stay. Our kids (5 and 8) even played outside with the owners kids (swings and football). Very sweet.
