• joanne (10/5): - We arrived to a very friendly welcome. We were given a welcome drink while the assistant manager gave us some great suggestions on places to eat and visit. We were taken to our room shortly after, and we were not disappointed. Our hotel room was lovely, very spacious with everything you would need. The hotel is impressively clean and smelled wonderful. The hotel did not disappoint in fact the pictures don't do it justice. On our return from our evening out we went to the peaceful rooftop before returning to our room. We had been left a small welcome note and some cookies from the hotel staff which was another lovely touch which was appreciated. Our breakfast was included in our booking and once again we were not disappointed. The hotel had a great selection of hot and cold food and drinks. Our checkout was quick and easy. We would like to thank the staff at BH hotel for such a warm welcome. Every interaction we had with a member of your team was a nice one. We wished we could have stayed longer! The rooftop is beautiful and very peaceful but it would have been great if there was a small bar. Its a perfect spot to sip a cocktail while overlooking the city view.

It is a small hotel with personalised service in a good location close to Rome Termini There are stairs to the lift and also down to the breakfast room which would be an issue for people with mobility problems. The staff offered to carry suitcases up the stairs to the lift level.

Al bij al waren de mensen super vriendelijk en super behulpzaam Eigenlijk was het perfect Ook de bediening. C'est un peu "petit". dommage. manque un miroir pour se raser et éclairage spécifique dans la salle de bain.

• John (10/5): One of the best hotel experiences - The reception staff and every other staff member were exceptionally courteous and professional. Room was exquisitely clean and cleaned daily. Mater at the reception was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional -- a plethora of food variety, tastefully presented, and served, often single handedly by Ileria. Her special touches, including personalized messages on our coffees were a great start to the day. The Happy Hour offerings were a welcome break, after a long day exploring. The inner courtyard and the rooftop terrace offered spaces to enjoy the Happy Hour. In our case, we were welcomed by a bottle of wine and sweet treats on arrival, and a fresh fruit dessert the night before we checked out. The hotel location was only an 8 minute walk from the Rome Termini station and very safe area near at least 3 embassies. Lots of ethnic restaurants nearby. Nothing to be critical about. Keep up the good service and continue to maintain the high quality standard.

• Ian (10/5): Perfect- that’s it. - What a stay. The hotel itself is in a lovely part of Rome, with most places being in comfortable walking distance. It is easily served by local taxi services for those days where the walk isn’t something you want to think about. The staff at the hotel are superb. My now wife and I got married whilst we stayed at BH Hotel and Roberto, Marat & team could not have done more for us. They really made sure we felt comfortable in our stay and went as far as they could to provide every possible comfort and service they could. We’ll absolutely be staying at BH Hotel again and would like to thank Roberto & his team for making our stay an exceptional one. Nothing at all.

• Jo (9/5): Beautiful hotel with amazing staff - A beautiful hotel in a great location for getting around the city. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful in answering our questions about the hotel and Rome generally. The roof terrace was a nice, peaceful space to relax after a busy morning sight seeing. The breakfast room was quite small but the food selection was good and the welcome drink was an added bonus which we enjoyed in the lovely little courtyard. We had to request more toilet roll and water which hadn’t been restocked mid-stay but they bought it quickly once requested.

• James (8/5): Wonderful hotel in a good quiet location within easy reach of all of Rome's attractions. - The hotel is setting a lovely building which has been very well renovated, rooms were spacious and clean. I have to say the staff were incredibly helpful both from reception in recommending places to eat and organising tickets if you wished, to the breakfast staff who responded quickly to requests in a polite and cheerful manner. The location albeit slightly outside the centre of Rome is in the diplomatic area however there are plenty of restaurants ranging from upmarket eateries to pizzerias. If I had one criticism of the hotel is that the soundproofing is not the best and quite easily people flushing toilets and muffled voices could be heard. However this is a boutique hotel with a small number of rooms on each floor and guests generally during our stay tuned to be respectful.

Das Personal am Empfang, sowie beim Frühstück,oder Services sehr herzlich und umsichtig. Das Frühstück umfangreich und würde im wieder neu aufgefüllt. Wir haben um einen Balkon gebeten und erhalten. Im Zimmer ist wenig Fläche zum Einräumen,so dass wir aus dem Koffer lebten..das hat seine Vor und Nachteile😁

• Nana (10/5): Best Home away hotel in Rome - This an amazing cute hotel, its a getaway from home. The staff are exceptionally polite and readily available to assist you any way. A front desk officer can leave his post to make tea for you, because his colleague at the kitchen is probably busy attending to someone else. They staff just multi task in every sphere. This a must stay hotel for anyone visiting Rome. 5mins walk from the train station and a minute ride with the white taxi's outside the train station. Dont hesitate to book BH Hotel in Rome. Everything about the place is exceptionally perfect.

• Viktor (10/5): Great stay in Rome. - It was our second time in this hotel. Great stay. Quiet, green area, that is not normal for Rome. You can listen to birds in the morning. There are embassies across the street, so area is very safe. Good breakfast. Hotel is not big and that is what we like.Rooftop terrace where you can sit with a glass of wine. Free snacks at 17.30. A little bit far from the main historical places, but it was not a problem for us. Walking along the Rome you can find a lot of places of interest. Besides, there are several “must visit” places close to the hotel. Special thanks to the guys at the reception. Very helpful, friendly, ready to support with any requests. Next time we definitely stay here again. Highly recommend hotel for all guests of Rome. Nothing.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful - especially Marat who sat and explained the best way to see Rome with us at check in. Each member of staff went out of their way to help us, and we appreciated it greatly. The rooms were beautiful with incredibly comfortable beds, housekeeping staff excellent and the breakfast was very tasty with a great selection each morning. The rooftop bar - and the happy hour drink each evening - was perfect to sit and enjoy the sun. The area around the hotel felt very safe and was super close to a metro station to allow us to explore the city. We would highly recommend this hotel - 10/10! Nothing - we had no issues during our stay and loved every minute!

Staff was very lovely, accommodating and helpful, room was bigger than expected, super clean, with everything you needed - & great soundproof. Exactly what I needed for one transit night. It's walking distance to Termini train station (a bit annoying with a suitcase, but definitely feasible). Also not too far from Villa Borghese for those enjoying a morning run :). Nothing I didn't like - the only down is that the breakfast room is quite small, therefore it may be packed in the morning & you may have to wait for a table to free up. It wasn't an issue for me as I could wait outside, but worth noting.

Останавливались на неделю вдвоем с мамой, у обеих отличные впечатления от отеля. Есть лифт, на 4-м этаже есть терасса, где можно отдохнуть с чашкой кофе или сделать аперитив. Номера уютные, есть все необходимое: фен, чайник, кофемашинка, утюг предоставляют по запросу. Уборка ежедневная. Отдельно хотим отметить гостеприимство менеджеров на ресепшн (особая благодарность от нас Марату за помощь и рекомендации во всех вопросах) и улыбчивость и добродушие бариста и хостес на завтраках. Завтраки отличные: разнообразные (яйца в разном виде, овощи, рыба, сыры, соки, круассаны и булки) и сытные. Обязательно вернемся и будем рекомендовать друзьям!
• Magdalena (10/5): Herausragendes Hotel zum Wohlfühlen ab der ersten Sekunde - Ich komme beruflich und privat viel rum, daher kann ich nur betonen, dass dieses Hotel absolut herausragend ist. Von der ersten Sekunde fühlt man sich willkommen und die Zimmer, das Frühstück und die Drinks sind erste klasse! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal. Direkt nach der Ankunft bekamen wir bei einem gratis Drink viele tolle Tipps für Besichtigungen, Restaurants, Rooftops, lokale Spezialitäten etc. Jederzeit waren alle Mitarbeiter freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben alle Wünsche erfüllt. Kommunikation ist super einfach über WhatsApp wenn man möchte. Das Hotel hat sogar ein eigenes Rooftop das jeder nutzen kann. Wenn man einen Drink an der Bar bestellt wird er dort hin geliefert oder man bringt selbst etwas mit. Die Umgebung ist sehr sicher und die Anbindung an Bus und U-Bahn sehr gut. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

• Fernanda Lintomen (10/5): Conforto e localização conveniente para explorar a cidade. - Quarto novo e moderno, com as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia confortável. Pessoal extremamente atencioso e gentil, sempre se colocando à disposição para ajudar. Boa localização, rua segura e agradável e próximo a estação de metrô. Tudo correu muito bem. A única sugestão é que se acrescente presunto e outros frios no café da manhã, para os hóspedes que não comem peixes.

Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I can not say enough about the team there. Especially with my 7 year old son. They were more than accommodating.

• Ralf (10/5): Wir kommen wieder! - Extrem freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr aufmerksam. Die Ausstattung und die Terrasse waren super. Ob vom Frühstück bis zum Happy hour, es war einfach sehr schön. In der Umgebung waren sehr gute Restaurants. Es gibt nichts zu meckern.
