• Manolis (1/5): Δυστυχώς πολλά προβλήματα το σπίτι, μόνο η περιοχή του είναι καλή - το μόνο καλό ήταν η τοποθεσία. ήταν στο κέντρο της επώνυμης περιοχής των Αθηνών και δίπλα στα πιο πολλά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Είχε κοντά όλα. Κατ αρχήν δεν είχε πετσέτα προσώπου, μόνο μπάνιου, τα εξωτερικά παράθυρα δεν ασφάλιζαν, το wifi με πολλά προβλήματα με αποτέλεσμα να πρέπει να βγαίνεις έξω για να έχεις επαφή με τον ιδιοκτήτη (το σπίτι είναι υπόγειο και δεν έχει καθόλου σήμα). Η καθαριότητα ανύπαρκτη ειδικά ο χώρος του κήπου ήταν δραματικά χάλια (συνοδεύω φωτογραφίες), και στο μπάνιο δεν είχε καλή καθαριότητα και δεν είχε ένα χαλί με αποτέλεσμα να ήταν επικίνδυνο να γλιστρήσεις. Το κρεβάτι από τις φθηνότερες κατασκευές έτριζε σε κάθε μετακίνηση. Η κουζίνα ένα χάλι και το αποκορύφωμα είχε ένα (1) κουταλάκι του γλυκού... Γενική μεγάλη απογοήτευση η διαμονή μας.
• Marcin (8/5): - Lokalizacja jest największym atutem tego noclegu. Bardzo blisko plac Syntagma gdzie dojeżdżają autobusy z lotniska. Blisko do sklepów. Na plus bezpieczna dzielnica. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Możliwość samodzielnego zameldowania o dowolnej godzinie! Mieszkanko dwupokojowe zaadoptowane chyba z piwnicy. Brak zasięgu telefonów komórkowych, na szczęście jest wi fi.
• Léa (8/5): Très plaisant - L'emplacement est proche du centre et dans un très bon quartier. L'appartement est sympa et confortable et était très satisfaisant pour notre séjour. La terrasse est particulièrement appréciable ❤️ Le canapé-lit est cassé et quelques mugs et cuillères en plus ne seraient pas de trop :)
• Angeliki (7/5): Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία & ευγενικός οικοδεσπότης - Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Δίπλα σε όλα . Υπάρχουν καφέ σούπερ μάρκετ και atm ακριβώς δίπλα . Το σύνταγμα βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια . Ο οικοδεσπότης εξαιρετικά ευγενικός . Απαντά πάρα πολύ γρήγορα Ενημερώστε από νωρίς τον οικοδεσπότη ότι θα χρειαστείτε το WiFi ώστε να μπορέσει να το ενεργοποιήσει . Δυστυχώς λόγω υπογείου δεν έχει καθόλου σήμα για τηλεφωνικές κλήσεις επομένως το WiFi θα σας είναι απαραίτητο . Επιπλέον ακριβώς για τον ίδιο λόγο το κατάλυμα δεν έχει ήλιο κ είναι λίγο κρύο . Φαντάζομαι το καλοκαίρι όμως αυτό δεν θα αποτελεί πρόβλημα καθώς θα έχει δροσιά .
• MARIE JOELLE KARINE (8/5): It is an unforgettable and memorable stay overall, at the property and in Greece - First of all the owner was very nice and always helpful even before our arrival in Greece. There was a supermarket in front of the property and some in the surroundings. Syntagma was not far from as well. There were shops all way long. The most important it was a very peaceful area. Everyone was nice to us. Was easy to communicate with them. Good location and the property was worth it but there can still be improvement. It is not a negative point or rate.

• elale (7/5): Estudio muy bien situado - Estaba muy bien situado, con la plaza Syntagma a 8 minutos andando. El alojamiento es amplio y comodo. Tiene un supermercado justo enfrente. Por decir algo, al ser un bajo es bastante oscuro.

• maria de la paz (8/5): Muy buena ubicación y lindo apartamento - Está muy bien ubicado. Especialmente si llegas tarde por la noche, muy buena comunicación con el aeropuerto ya que está muy cerca de plaza Syntagma. Barrio seguro. Por el precio está más que bien. El baño está bien, la ducha siempre caliente. Tiene aire acondicionado que no usamos. La dueña muy predispuesta. La cocina estaba muy desprovista. No había tazas, solo vasos. No había sartén para hacer unos huevos. Comimos siempre fuera , pero el debería equiparse al menos con el mínimo.
• Marta (8/5): - La ubicación, que llegas andando desde el transporte público de la plaza Sintagma y también puedes ir andando a todo el centro. Las fotos son realistas y muestran lo que es. Es un bajo y por lo tanto tiene poca luz natural. La cocina es muy justa, la ventilación también. Había bastantes ruidos del patio interior (máquinas que se ponen en marcha y se paran, no las del aire acondicionado nuestro, que no pusimos en marcha).

This was actually my second time staying here. The first time was through Airbnb, and this time I booked it on Booking. The highlight of the house is definitely the little courtyard — so cozy, peaceful, and full of good energy. It’s the perfect place to relax.

He ensured that our stay was comfortable from start to finish and communication was seamless. The apartment was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. We especially loved the cozy garden, perfect for our afternoon tea and breakfast. The location is perfect for exploring the city and ideal for our trip. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! Thank you Sam for a wonderful stay!

• Mehraban (10/5): A perfect one-night stay; clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed. - I stayed one night at this apartment and everything was perfect! The place was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive. I wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!
• Akos (6/5): it's okay for a 1-2 nights - You get what you pay for. Don't expect too much, though. It's in a basement. Okay for 1-2 nights. Nothing fancy. The little garden is nice. AC works, that's very important. 10 mins to Syntagma. There was no charger for the Wi-Fi, so the internet was down after a day. I'm sure this problem will be addressed. The sofa bed wasn't made when we arrived.
• Behzad (10/5): A beautiful night in kolonaki - Everything was very clean and the house smelt good and I really loved the backyard it was small but cozy and cute, especially in the night with the Christmas lights turned on will definitely go back again
• Alida (6/5): Some problems with bed and check in but good for the price and location - Very good location but the apartment is downstairs in basement. It has windows that open to a small garden so you get some fresh air. The bathroom small but ok. Kitchen Ok. Big room to Watch TV. Good for the price. The bed. The cushion esa very thin and the linen was old and bad quality . Only one sheet and a small cotton blancket . We had problems to get into the apartment with the self check in. We had to wait half hour at midnight for the owner to come and open the door. I sent him several messages two days before and tried to call him but he never answered. He only answered the phone at the time we reached the apartment and so we had to wait for him. We also called Booking who helped us to get in touch with the owner
