- Isabel (1/5): Eine Zumutung - Außenanlage und Zugang zum See Die Wohnung braucht dringend eine Renovierung und muss gründlich gereinigt werden. Im Rollo waren die toten Käfer, das Sofa durchgesessen und voller Flecken, alle Lichtschalter verklebt und das Bett hat gestunken. Zusätzlich hatten wir noch einen Nachbar der seit dem Zeitpunkt der Ankunft non-stop gebohrt hat, da er seine Wohnung renoviert hat. Auch wenn die Firma die die Wohnung betreut höflich war und immer sofort geantwortet hat, haben sie auf unsere Beschwerde nur geantwortet dass es laußerhalb ihrer Macht liegt und beim Versuch eine andere Unterkunft zu bekommen wurde auf Booking verwiesen und Booking hat auf den Vermieter verwiesen. Wir sind ausgezogen und haben bei Airbnb eine andere Unterkunft gebucht. Ich würde hier nie wieder bleiben.

- LICIA CLAUDIA (10/5): Minha segunda casa 🏠 - Foi muito agradável estar por 1 semana no apartamento, todo mobiliado, me senti em casa. É um resort. Tive acesso a piscina externa e a área do pier com a tag que estava no apto. A área verde e a diversidade de pássaros e cânticos, a vista do quarto ao acordar...belíssimos...amei. Cama e sofá confortáveis. Infelizmente nao tive acesso a piscina coberta, aquecida nem a academia...tive que correr ao redor do condomínio um trecho curto por muitas voltas. Por alguma razão a tag nao funcionou ou como hóspede nao temos acesso a estas areas. Mas consegui me virar com a área livre ora correr e a piscina externa. O ar condicionado está com uma demora ao ligar, talvez seja o controle,pilhas...
