• Michaela (7/5): Poměr cena kvalita je odpovídající - Snadné a účinné předávání klíčů, komunikace před problémy dobrá. Pohodlné postele a příjemné ložní prádlo. Ne vždy bývá ručník součástí a tady byl, super, když řešíte každé místo v baťohu do letadla. Myslím si, že by si ubytování zasloužilo alespoň hodinu se šroubovákem. Vím, že jsou lidé p..., ale zde některé uvolněné šrouby byly vážně hazardem na zdraví. Dotáhnout a opravit povolené šrouby a vyměnit kolečko u dveří na zavírání není zas takový problém.

• sadat (5/5): - It was clean and tidy. The location is very bad, right on the junction of a very busy and noisy road. On the high street indeed. You can't relax or sleep peacefully at all. The hot water wasn't working properly which is a huge negative.
• Kamila (8/5): - Typowo angielskie mieszkanie , bez szału ale za tą cenę posiadało wszystko co potrzeba . Mieszkanie było posprzątane , każdy dostał świeżą pościel i ręczniki. Mi to wystarczyło. Super okolica dużo restauracji, świetny pub, blisko Tesco . Można by się doczepić do samego wejścia do budynku bo jest na tyłach w ciemnej uliczce ale nas to bardziej rozbawiło niż zmartwiło. Blisko przystanki autobusowe i stacja pociągu która prowadziła do metra więc poruszanie się było bardzo szybkie i łatwe . Dużo takich niedociągnięć w mieszkaniu jak pięknięty szczebel , dziura w ścianie , krzywy karnisz ale nie wpływało to na funkcjonalność . I tak tam tylko nocowaliśmy a cały dzień zwiedzaliśmy .
• Birute (8/5): Great location - Great location and comfortable stay! The apartment is in an excellent location – nice neighborhood with shops, restaurants, and the train station nearby. It has two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet. The beds are very comfortable, and the kids especially loved the triple bunk bed! There is hot water, and the bed linen and towels were clean. Overall, a very pleasant stay. The apartment could use some renovation (though in that case, the price would probably be higher). It would also be nice to have a broom and dustpan or a small vacuum cleaner available. Thank you!

• Charlotte (4/5): The review I wish I would have read before booking - Location was very close to a metro stop. However, the metro stop was generally 30 minutes from popular tourist attractions in London. The place was very clean. There was an awesome washer and dryer. I liked that there were lots of beds and the bathroom worked fine. First impression was bad. Entrance was behind businesses and through a narrow, dirty alley that was very dark at night. Never had WiFi throughout our stay even though we asked several times. Beds were extremely firm and a step on one ladder was broken and twisted when stepped on. Electricity was out for part of a day. Owners eventually responded to concerns but not quickly. Didn’t like the fire doors to the bedrooms and kitchen that closed automatically. Overall disappointed.
• Manuel (1/5): ÚNICAMENTE BUENA UBICACIÓN - Ubicación, a 3 paradas de tren de Waterloo. Apartamento muy muy sucio, camas sucias, sábanas y colchas ya usadas, sin lavar. Algún bicho. Sillón lleno de suciedad. Nos quedamos sin luz y tuvimos que bajar al contador para activarla siguiendo las indicaciones del propietario, no podíamos ni ducharnos... En fin... Deberían invertir un poco más para poner este apartamento en buenas condiciones, pues potencial tiene.
• Tiphaine (2/5): - La seule bonne chose de cet appartement est sa localisation ; proche d'une station de train, à 15-20min du centre ville - les photos datent de plusieurs années, tout est abîmé, cassé voir inexistant - pas de wifi - pas de tv qui fonctionne - pas d'eau chaude !!! Nous avons dû réparer NOUS MEME la chaudière !!! - très mal isolé du bruit et du froid (mais c'est malheureusement courant en Angleterre) - correspondants par téléphone qui ne répondent pas, pas de service client

Diese Wohnung bestand lediglich aus einem Zimmer, in dem ein Etagenbett, eine Couch und eine Miniküche waren. Es lag nur ein Handtuch bereit, Internet, Herdplatten und Fernseher gingen nicht. Da wir erst spät abends angekommen sind, haben wir alles am nächsten Morgen über die WhatsApp Nummer, die uns zugesandt wurde, beanstandet. Als Antwort wurde uns nur nochmals das Passwort für den Router geschickt. Kein Kommentar zu unserer Wohnsituation. Am nächsten Tag haben wir festgestellt, dass das Kabel vom Router durchgeschnitten war. Die Wohnung sowie das Treppenhaus waren außerdem in einem sehr verdreckten Zustand. Zwei Sprossen der Leiter zum Hochbett waren lose, die Couch war voller Flecken und die Halterung des Duschkopfes war defekt. Trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung hat sich niemand gekümmert, wir bekamen von der angegebenen WhatsApp Nummer nur die Antwort, dass sie gar nicht mehr zuständig sei. Wir haben gegen Ende in die Wohnung unter uns gesehen, die, wie auch unsere bei der Ankunft, nicht abgeschlossen war. Diese war deutlich besser ausgestattet und sauberer und wäre offensichtlich unsere gebuchte gewesen. Allgemein war die Wohnung in einem schmutzigen, demolierten Zustand, der absolut nicht dem Standard entsprochen hat, für den wir gezahlt haben. Diese Situation hat unseren Urlaub extrem beeinträchtigt und wir fordern mindestens zwei Drittel unserer Kosten zurück. Sollten Sie Beweisfotos wollen, schicken wir Ihnen diese gerne zu. • maria (8/5): - clean and fill safe noise coming from the upstairs apartment. There were other tenants there, but I am not sure if they belong to the same owner.
• Jennifer (5/5): - La proximité de la gare. Le prix. Le logement n'était pas propre. Il manque des couverts. Le réfrigérateur derrière la porte de la cuisine ainsi que l'interrupteur pour la lumière, pas pratique du tout. La porte de la salle de bain qui ne se verrouille pas de l'intérieur. La petite quantité d'eau dans le ballon d'eau chaude (3 enfants prennent la douche + un peu de vaisselle et plus d'eau chaude). Le mobilier de lit cassé à certains endroits. Logement loué pour 10 personnes sur l'annonce mais à 4 adultes et 3 enfants c'est déjà juste : table pour 8 pas plus et les pièces sont petites.
• Anthony (1/5): Nowhere near the standard that is portrayed on the booking.com site - The location is great. Close to the station and lots of restaurants nearby The bunk beds were both broken, with damaged steps, screws missing and wood chipping off. Bed clothes were all creased. There was a debt collection letter in the kitchen for £2600 for unpaid gas / electric. Hardly a professional outfit! Paintwork tired and holes in the wall. Overall, not happy with the accommodation
• Urszula Q (1/5): - Localization. Awful place. The entrance to the building is from the back, the door to the bay is broken, it looks like some kind of den. The apartment is dirty, the floor is sticky in the bathroom and the rest of the apartment. The furniture is sticky. The bedding is crumpled, looking like someone had already slept in it and hadn't been changed. There was hair on the sheets. The sofa had terrible stains, the bunk bed step was broken, and the towel was dirty. It was a complete misunderstanding. We didn't sleep there; we found another place to stay, because the conditions weren't suitable for sleeping, even for one night. Poor communication with the owner; he didn't respond to messages. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

• Łukasz (9/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, przejrzyste instrukcje zameldowania. Sklepy oraz bardzo dobre restauracje w pobliżu. Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Wrócę na pewno. Bardzo duży stół w jednym z pokoi można byłoby zamienić na mniejszy, przez co byłoby więcej miejsca, na przykład na szafę na ubrania, której brakuje.
• Vivek (10/5): Exceptional - A Fantastic Family Getaway! Our recent stay was absolutely wonderful, and I can't recommend this place highly enough, especially for families. We travelled with our two children and were so impressed by the spaciousness and cleanliness of both the kitchen and bedrooms. The kitchen was a joy to use, offering ample room for preparing family meals. The bedrooms were equally generous in size and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing haven after a day of exploring. We were actually surprised by the sheer number of beds available – more than we could possibly need! What truly stood out was that absolutely everything within the property was in perfect working order. This attention to detail made our stay seamless and stress-free. Most importantly, my entire family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It felt like a true home away from home, and we've made some lovely memories. We will definitely be looking to book again in the future! Nothing
• Devalsir (10/5): Good everything - I told the property manager that I would arrive at 5pm, but I arrived later, around 8pm, and the cleaning lady was still cleaning, so my family and I waited in the other apartment. What if the other apartment was occupied? Where would we wait after a 5 hour journey?
