- Bente (10/5): Een aanrader voor de heerlijk weekend in de champagnestreek - Mooi ingericht en groot appartement. De locatie is top en fijn dat de auto gratis geparkeerd kan worden. De douche is open waardoor de hele badkamer nat wordt.

Op 1 slaapkamer lagen er handdoeken en doekjes opgepropt in een la, leek daardoor niet schoon en hygiënisch. De stralen van het bubbelbad (bodem) waren veel te hard, maar dat is natuurlijk ook persoonlijk.

- Bas (3/5): - Een uur voor inchecken werd er afgebeld omdat er een dubbele boeking zou zijn. Terwijl in de ochtend mijn inchecktijd nog goedgekeurd is. We waren al 4 uur onderweg dus moesten we lastminute iets anders boeken.

- Aurelie (8/5): Emplacement exceptionnel - Très belle situation de l’appartement, avec de beaux volumes et une décoration soignée et agréable. Il serait appréciable d’ajouter des oreillers et une couette supplémentaires, ainsi que davantage de grandes tasses (deux tasses seulement pour un logement de quatre personnes). Une extraction d’air dans la salle de bain serait également un vrai plus.
- Frédérique (9/5): - Appartement cosy et très bien équipé. Linge de lit et de sdb propres. Le chauffage allumé à notre arrivée, non négligeable par -2°, proximité de tout et tranquillité. Dans l'ensemble tout ok mais s'il y a une remarque à faire, ce sont les poussières qui n'avaient pas été faites depuis un certain temps et le manque d'isolation thermique et acoustique.

- Frank (4/5): die ganzen Erklärungen waren sehr unglaubwürdig - die Lage war echt top es war sehr dreckig , keine Reinigung vor der Ankunft , Bettzeug waren noch von den Gästen vorher, gebrauchte Handtücher in der Badewanne.Der Zugang zur Wohnung war sehr verspätet weil es anscheinend Sanitär-probleme gab. Nach der Reklamation sollte jemand binnen 15min vor Ort sein, es hat real 35min gedauert. Die Person war sehr unfreundlich , hat angefangen zu diskutieren und dann kurz vor 19h vorgeschlagen : er zahle uns zurück und wir könnten ja was andres suchen !?!? Letztendlich hat er dann gereinigt und eine Rückerstattung eines Teilbetrages veranlasst.

- SEVERINE (5/5): Conciergerie à revoir - Décoration sympa Pas de tv fonctionnelle car télécommande HS. Douche non fonctionnelle. S’écoule mal. Conciergerie qui dit ne pouvoir rien faire pour la télécommande ce qui est dommage et ne répond pas aux messages afin d’avoir les consignes de départ ni au message pour informer du souci de la douche pour les prochains hôtes.

Comfy beds, piping hot water, good seating / relaxing area and excellent value - Location was amazing- easy walking distance from everywhere we wanted to be The shower was very powerful but tended to flood the bathroom which made for a slippy floor. Not a problem as we fashioned a barrier using spare towels of which there were plenty.

- LtsWrkTgthr (9/5): Leuk en ruim appartement, naast Moet & Chandon. - Heel leuk en groot appartement, met veel licht en leuk ingericht. Dichtbij Avenue de Champagne en het centrum. gezellige leefruimte. Fijn dat het toilet en badkamer gescheiden is. Erg vriendelijke en hulpvaardige host. Hautvillers is zeker een bezoek waard. Enige minpunt was dat de Jard heraangelegd werd waardoor het wat moeilijker was om het appartement te bereiken en de Jard momenteel een werf was. Maar dat is maar tijdelijk.

- Michelle (9/5): Brilliant apartment…… huge space and wonderful location - The property is wonderful. Enormous living space and two lovely spacious bedrooms. Great location to the main centre of Épernay!!! There isn’t parking which is a bit misleading on the description. Parking is only available on the street and was very busy but we were lucky to find somewhere.
- Ledoux (9/5): Superb - It was spacious and was well stocked with kitchen items. The host was also really responsive with all of our questions. The area was under road construction so the property was hard to get to. The host however was super responsive and even offered to come help.
