• Ecaterina (8/5): - Amplasat central, curatenie si liniste. In principal sederea a fost confortabila. Bonus: Nu au fost adaugate taxe suplimentare chiar daca am facut check-in-ul tarziu!

• Lorenzo Jacopo (7/5): - La camera era ordinata, il wifi funziona bene e c'è Netflix in TV. La struttura è anche molto vicina alla centro, in 15 minuti a piedi ci si arriva. Qualche problema col bagno, la doccia dopo poco tempo si riempie perché l'acqua non scarica abbastanza velocemente, e il water non era ben fissato al pavimento. Per fare la doccia sarebbe utile avere bagnoschiuma e asciugacapelli.

• Catinca (7/5): - Așternuturi curate intr-un pat confortabil. Per total a fost plăcut. Zonă liniștită, aproape de centru. Până la urmă toate au fost ok. Pentru cine e mai pretențios, vrem să atragem atenția că -proprietarul ne-a cerut să anulăm cu câteva ore înainte de check-in, pe motiv că nu este o cazare potrivită pentru noi, judecată probabil care a fost făcută în urma vibeului. A fost foarte ok cazarea la nevoile noastre, dar dacă anulam atunci nu mai aveam nicio șansă să găsim o alternativă în Iași. -curatenia nu a fost exemplară, dar nu ne-a deranjat. -capul de duș și apa caldă nu erau foarte bine întreținute, dar ne-am descurcat.

I had no issues during my stay because they were ready to help anytime I needed something I would have preferred if it was permitted to smoke inside the rooms but I understand why there was a non smoking policy inside the room but they allowed me smoke inside the compound,so it's fine

• Olha (4/5): Be careful. The host is dishonest. - The listing stated that check-in was from 15:00 to 23:30. It was also the cheapest option in the city center, so I did not expect anything extraordinary. However, when I arrived at 22:30, the host demanded an additional €5 in cash for “late check-in.” He claimed that the listed price only applied to check-in at exactly 15:00 and that any later arrival required an extra payment. He also kept insisting that the apartment is in the city center and that I had booked it at the lowest possible price, so I should pay more. A few days before arrival, he even wrote in a message that “I will pay extra” (see screenshot). This happened after I had already fully paid for a non-refundable booking. The host lowers the price on Booking and then, once the guest has paid and cannot cancel, demands additional money. The room itself was very dirty: cobwebs in the corners, a clogged shower drain (water filled the tray before draining), trash left in the bin, a lot of dust and hair along the baseboards and behind the nightstands. The shower temperature was impossible to regulate — it was either freezing cold or boiling hot. Some light bulbs were missing. The pillows were old, lumpy, and very uncomfortable. In the morning, I contacted Booking.com customer support, and they confirmed that I was not required to pay any extra fee.

• Andrei (1/5): Recomand să vizitați cazarea înainte de a plăti! - Când am ajuns la locație ne-am dat seama că pozele nu reflectă realitatea și din acest motiv nu am vrut să ne mai cazăm. Nu am stat deloc la cazare iar proprietarul nu a vrut să accepte anularea de pe booking pentru a ne returna banii înapoi. Vă recomand să mergeți prima dată la locație și după să plătiți pentru a nu păți la fel ca noi!

This is my first time abroad, and at only 23 years old, finding a safe place to stay has been a huge struggle. Converting currency, getting a new SIM for internet connectivity, finding food, and securing an apartment within budget presented so many obstacles. I am immensely grateful to Allah for bringing this angel (my property host) into my life. He is not just a property host; he is like my big brother. When I arrived at the hotel, he immediately asked what I needed, where I planned to stay, where to eat, and whether I had any friends, offering incredibly valuable advice. He took me in his car to the mall, helping me get a SIM card and an adapter, converting my currency at a good rate, paying my enrollment fees at the university, and even helping me find an apartment in a safe area. He is truly an angel for me. I highly suggest everyone check out this hotel. This guy is coming from another universe. May Allah bless him and grant him a long life. Love you, big brother.
