• Allan (1/5): Catastrophique et inconfortable - Le matelas du lit Le ménage n’avait pas été fait correctement poussière et insecte mort sur les toiles d’araignée il y avait aussi une grosse araignée dans la salle de bain poils humain sur le lavabo. Le tuyau du pommeau de douche est défectueux l’eau sort de partout et mouille partout, évacuation de l’eau très très lente. Calcaire dans les toilettes ça fait pas très propres. Rien n’a été préparé pour notre arrivée tout les équipements de la cuisine était débranché, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude on s’est rendu compte après que le tableau électrique était complètement éteint, l’assistance n’était pas joignable par téléphone. La télé ne fonctionnait pas il manquait une télécommande. Les coussins du lit sont inconfortable il a y’a pleins de morceau de cotons ils sont plats il faudra complètement les changer. Et pour finir odeur nauséabonde dans les parties communes et il n’y a pas de lumière.

• Julie (3/5): Long et froid - Nous arrivons sur place il n’y pas à de télé, pour un 31 décembre. Il n’y a également pas d’eau chaude. Et la propreté laisse a désirer. Pour le ménage l’aspirateur ne fonctionne pas. Et impossible de réchauffer l’appartement il faisait tout le temps froid. Le 2 janvier booking m’appel pour m’informer que j’aurais voler la télé. Heureusement que nous l’avons signalé avant.

• Rim (1/5): A nightmare, felt unsafe and owner has not been responding since then - This booking was a nightmare for me. The picture they posted were very misleading. They showed the nice part of the apartment on the website but when I actually got there, it was a place I could not stay at as a solo female traveler I felt very unsafe. The lock of my door was falling (could have just pulled it), the door next to mine was broken as if someone came in and violently broke in, my own door was visibly repaired after having been broken before. This made me very scared, especially when seeing the surroundings of the room which felt more like a haunted house. The stairs to the room were very unsafe, the courtyard was loud with some people playing rap music, and oil smell coming up from a kebab shop downstairs. When I saw this place with my eyes I never came back, I just booked a hotel instead. I still have not received a response or refund since this was a prepaid booking. Will see if the owner will return my payment after this experience.
