• Joanne (9/5): - Comfortable beds absolutely lovely staff. Loved the joining bedrooms for my special needs son plenty of tea and coffee ☕ The bathroom is very small. And we didn't enjoy the outsourced breakfast. It was mainly cold. the sausage was nice
• Wayne (10/5): - The owners are so welcoming and helpful. They put a banner and card for my partners birthday. The hotel is modern style and very clean. Bed is comfy and great room decor. It's located in a good spot, quiet. Breakfast was very tasty, and it was a nice touch to be able to enjoy it in our room after a late night out. Everything was as we wanted. Wish we could have stayed longer, had a great holiday.
• Colin (6/5): Apart from the breakfast situation ok - Location street parking No restaurant we had our breakfast delivered to our room and as there was only one chair and no table inside the room my wife had to eat her breakfast sat on the bed with a tray on her lap and I sat next to a windowsill to eat mine

• Neal (9/5): Excellent location near tram. Accommodation with in room breakfast was a nice feature. - Spotlessly clean, interior of bedroom carefully thought out. Fresh, clean and welcoming. All positive. On street parking is potentially problematic due to volume of properties and cars.

• Mike (10/5): A great place - We were on the first floor. Room was really clean and bed was comfy. Was a quiet stay and was well looked after by the staff. The place was nice and warm. Would highly recommend, thank you.

• Mary (10/5): Perfect holiday - My friend stayed here and recommended it to us. The hotel was like new, very clean and peaceful. We slept great, the bed was comfy. Ayra and Clay are the kindest people, so welcoming. Clay even carried our things up to our room and out to the car when we left. The street was nice and quiet and near the front, so we're happy with that. We enjoyed our holiday there. Highly recommend it.
• Jack G (10/5): We will keep returning, great place - We stayed here before, and we will always go there now. Ayra and Clay are so welcoming. Clay always helps us with our cases, and Ayra checks to see if we're OK and need anything. The room was pristinely clean again and plenty of breakfast bits to enjoy. We'd come to see Lightpool and the illuminations. Our room was nice and warm which was good for when we got inside from off the windy prom. We had another great stay and will be returning again.
• Dawn (3/5): Disappointed and threatened - Staff was very welcoming on arrival, we left for the evening celebrating my son's 21st birthday as other party members came back at different times it was made obvious they had been in our rooms well we was not on the premises, "Clay" the husband was very rude to a member of one of the girls staying at the night time and again in the morning to two of the girls and one of the men, we was a party of 10, unfortunately a key had gone missing and the staff was aware of this before we was and when we went to leave in the morning was kept inside by them standing at the door not letting us out, we apologised for the key and offers to pay for the replacement we was told it would be around £2700 eventually after being let out after 1 hour 30 mins of being kept by are will we came out now being asked to pay £228 witch is what we payed for the 5 rooms we stayed in, would not recommend staying here what an awful end to a celebrations hotel staff refusing to give us a breakdown of this cost and now refusing to talk we have asked to see the cctv of what apparently damage and rudeness was passed by other but now being taken further by our side and hers blackmail was used that we had to leave a good review if we wanted to resolve this situation but as explained to the staff a review will be left with what had happened.

All information that we received was great as they add you to the WhatsApp group so we could get intouch at anytime. The rooms were clean and tidy and very comfortable. . Would recommend this hotel. Just 1 of the rooms we think it was room number 2 as we had 3 rooms, was very hot even when we opened the window

• Jack (10/5): We've found our new place to stay, will definitely return - The hotel was spotless and Ayra and Clay were really lovely, Clay took our bags up for us too. Everything looked new, the hotel smells gorgeous and plenty of teas / coffees etc. The breakfast in the basket was a good selection, we couldnt finish it all so we took the rest with us. We liked we weren't restricted on times as wanted to stay out in the evening but Ayra said they're on hand all night and gave us a 24 hour phone number too. We've stayed in a few hotels in Blackpool and never felt as comfortable as we did staying here, we will definitely return.

• Charlotte (8/5): Pleasantly surprised - The hosts were extremely friendly. Clean hotel, beds were comfy. Hairdryer, tea & coffee, mini toiletries provided. Communication was great. From the front of the hotel, we assumed that the rooms would not be spacious but they were big enough and well decorated.
