• Edem (1/5): Will not come back again. - The location is good. Convenient. We arrived as a family of six and were met by the handler who took us to the apartment. On first impression, the apartment was quite spacious, which was a positive. Unfortunately, that was where the positives ended. The floors were extremely dirty. Walking barefoot left our feet completely black. We had to clean the floors ourselves on arrival, which is unacceptable for a serviced apartment that is meant to be ready for guests. Soon after, we noticed small insects hovering around — the type you usually find around filth or garbage. By the second day, the situation had gotten worse. I reported this to Eden’s Homes & Villas, but no one responded. Later, a stranger showed up claiming he was sent to check the issue. With children in the apartment, I asked Eden to confirm that they had indeed sent him before allowing anyone in. My message was read and completely ignored. For safety reasons, I did not let the stranger enter. The unpleasant smell continued, and we eventually discovered there was an open drainage issue in the kitchen. The insects were coming up through the sink holes and flying around the apartment. Overall, it was a very bad experience. The customer service was terrible once payment had been made, and basic hygiene and safety were clearly not a priority. For the amount paid, a hotel would have been a far better and more reliable option. I would not recommend Eden’s Homes & Villas at The Atria Residences to families or anyone who values cleanliness and responsive service.

• Njoud (7/5): - My stay at the apartment had several issues that were not mentioned in the listing. There are daily construction works next to the building starting early in the morning, which caused a lot of noise and made it difficult to rest. In addition, one of the bathrooms did not have a water heater, and the air conditioning control for one of the rooms was shared with the master bedroom, so it couldn’t be adjusted independently. Other than that, everything was excellent.

I loved the nice view, and having available parking for my car was a great convenience. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! "There were a few things I didn't like. The check-in process was a bit challenging, especially for those arriving after 9 PM since there’s no reception, and I had to wait for instructions from the property manager. Additionally, there was no daily cleaning or towel changes, which was a bit disappointing. I also found the deposit amount to be quite high. Lastly, the checkout process was similar; there was no 24-hour reception, so I had to reach out to the property manager to finalize my checkout."

• Anonymous (4/5): THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING!! We were told to pay a damage deposit of £760 which is AED3096, which was suppose to be refu - The apartment was beautiful and spacious. The balcony guardrail was abit loose at a high rise condo. feels very unsafe especially if you have kids.
