- Marcin♤B (8/5): Nowoczesne i bardzo dobry host. - Lokalizacja, budynek, świetny widok, parking na miejscu, doskonały I szybki kontakt z administratorem, jasna i prosta instrukcja obsługi. Mieszkanie nowe w nowym budynku. Wyposażone jednak po najmniejszej linii oporu jakby ktoś wpadł do szwedzkiego marketu i miał 15 min. na zakupy. Minus za brak jakiejkolwiek lampki w mieszkaniu poza sufitem, a brak lampek przy łóżku w sypialni doskwiera najbardziej. Siedzisz po ciemku albo przy rażącym plafonie nad głową. Ogólnie oczywiście polecam bo miejsce bardzo fajne i wiem że mieszkań w ofercie jest więcej a opinia dotyczy jednego z nich.

- Małgorzata (10/5): fantastycznie - Super lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Bardzo czysto i spokojnie. Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń 😊
- Nelu (8/5): - Apartment bulding close to train station and old town and also close to the airport bus station(AP). Also beautiful view over the city. We had a really bad smell into the apartment from the first day and it persisted for the rest of the time we stay there, maybe it was the furniture or the bed sheets, I do not know... Also, the flor was not clean, we found a lot white hair on the carpet, we asume from a dog(maybe the bad smell came also from this). I think the clening team should do a bit better. Also we found we cannot use the microwave without moving it just because there are no electrical outlet available on the right side of the kitchen cabinet. And the kitcken sink is on the wrong side, it should be mounted exactly the oposite, on the left hand, not on the right hand - so you can open the wather with your left hand and hold the utensils with the right hand - but that was just a minor detail that annoyed me.

- Katharina (9/5): Wir können das Apartment nur empfehlen, wir würden wieder buchen. - Die Nähe zur Innenstadt und der Panoramablick vom Balkon. 😀 Das Apartment hat alles gehabt, was man für einen guten Aufenthalt braucht. Klein, aber fein. Die Sauberkeit war nicht überragend, könnte besser sein. Ein Großputz (Frühjahrsputz) müsste wieder angeordnet werden, um den hartnäckigen Schmutz zu entfernen. (Fenster, Balkon, Türen)
- David (8/5): - moderní byt s nádherným výhledem, lokace v centru, rychlá komunikace, netflix pokoj nebyl uklizený, byl tam prach a šmouhy na oknech, ucpaný sprchový kout, zápach z lednice, postel je rozkládací pohovka a byla malá, už před 8:00 ráno někdo vrtal

- Aleksandra` (9/5): Świetny pobyt w centrum Katowic - Trafił nam się apartament na 19 piętrze, więc widok był fantastyczny. Mieszkanie jest nowe i bardzo stylowo urządzone, w nowym budynku, do Rynku czy Spodka można wygodnie dojść piechotą. Fajnie zaopatrzone w najważniejsze urządzenia kuchenne czy łazienkowe, pralko-suszarka na plus. Kontakt z obsługą super - klarowne instrukcje i bardzo szybkie odpowiedzi. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Może nie że się nie podobało, ale przydałby się jednak też odkurzacz, czy wieszaczki na ręczniki i kosmetyki przy prysznicu. Może też lepsze oznakowanie lub filmik którędy wjechać do garażu. To są jedynie drobne elementy, które ewentualnie można ulepszyć.

- Justyna (7/5): - Lokal nowy, czyściutki!!, winda, lokalizacja. Dostępny mały ekspr3sik do kawy z kawą :) Zdjęcia z oferty to wizualozacje, a nie zdjęcia rzeczywiste. Nie wygląda to tak - nie miejcie złudzeń, bo na zdj wydaje się "luksusowy" , a to 100% ikea ;)
- Adek11 (9/5): Fajne miejsce na kilkudniowy pobyt. - Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, położony w nowym budynku w dobrej lokalizacji. Przyjemny dla oka wystrój. Czystość na wysokim poziomie. Podziemny parking w dobrej cenie. Wysoki blat w łazience, niskim osobom może to przeszkadzać. Widok z balkonu nieciekawy (biurowiec Węglokoks).

- Adam (5/5): Lage top Wohnung verbesserungsbedürftig - Die Lage war sehr gut. Super Tiefgarage. Leider befindet sich dieses Gebäude noch in der Bauphase. Es wurde täglich ab 07:00 Morgens gebohrt und die Wände aufgestemmt. Es wäre auch ganz schön wenn sich ein oder zwei Stühle auf den Balkon befinden würden. Zudem war die Küchenausstattung recht mager, es gab nur drei Gabel und drei Messer obwohl diese Wohnung für vier Personen ausgestattet ist. Auch die Duschkabine obwohl diese recht neu ist ließ sich kaum schließen.

- Adam (8/5): Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon auf Kattowitz - Gute Lage in der Nähe vom Zentrum Tolle Aussicht vom 13. Stock auf Kattowitz. Vermieter antwortete schnell bei Problemen. Wohnung war in Ordnung. Gebäude ist noch nicht komplett fertig. Es wurde bereits schon vor 8.00 Ihr morgens gebohrt.

- Igor Art (10/5): Gera vieta patogiai apsistoti keliaujant su automobiliu. - Nuostabus vaizdas iš 20 aukštojo, erdvus kokybiškai įrengti apartamentai visiškai naujame pastate pačiame miesto centre. Patogus parkavimas požeminėje aikštelėje. Buto koridoriuje trūksta apšvietimo, o vonios kambaryje neveikė veidrodžio apšvietimas. Taip pat vonios kambaryje nėra kur pakabinti rankšluosčių.

A určitě musím pochválit i komunikaci a ochotu ubytovatele, na zprávy reagoval okamžitě a velmi ochotně ❤️ Upozornila bych jen na menší postel, místo na spaní. Nám to nevadilo, ale určitě bych nedoporučila ,,větším,, osobám, zřejmě by se nevyspali ☺️
