• Aref (6/5): Fantastic stay but stressful but time consuming booking process - The property was fantastic- my friends and I are loved the villa. It would have been a 10/10 if my post-booking experience had gone smoothly. I spent hours sorting out an issue between the hotel and Booking.com due to false advertising. I had booked a villa with a private pool for 8 guests including breakfast (the listing even mentioned it could accommodate up to 12 guests). However, a day after completing my booking, I was informed by the property that: • My booking did not include breakfast, and • It was registered in their system as a Regular Suite for 4 guests instead of the private villa I originally booked. Booking.com confirmed that I could get reimbursed for breakfast but would need to pay for it upfront. As for the room mismatch, Booking.com and the hotel were supposed to resolve the issue between themselves, but instead, I was told that I’d need to pay additional fees if I wanted to stay in the private villa I had booked from the start. This entire situation was very stressful and time-consuming, which took away from what could have been a perfect stay.
• Weixiang (1/5): Bad experience - This not pool Villa Just normal condo !!!! We spend 5000 THB =150$ USD manage tell us can’t not use swimming pool ! Bad experience so pls don’t come Waste time !! Waste money !!! same price you can book a real swimming pool in Pattaya 🤷🏻‍♂️🙅🏻‍♂️
