• JennnnnG (6/5): Well-equipped place in La Paz - Perfectly acceptable place to stay. Two spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and shower. We didn't make too much use of the kitchen, but it was well equipped and would be great for a self-catering holiday. The palapa area was pleasant - the clotheslines were much appreciated! - and the pool was nice and pretty clean. Free street parking. We got a lot of communication from the host (in English) prior to and after the trip, which was great. The ambiance wasn't warm, for some reason. All the lighting was fluorescent, which made it feel kind of cold. And there was nowhere to hang out and relax, other than on our bed. The distance from the Malecon is clearly stated in the property's title, but we didn't really grasp it until we got there, in spite of looking at a map before we booked. You wouldn't want to walk to the Malecon from here.

• Tomas (9/5): Quiet location with all you need - We stayed for 18 nights and we enjoyed our stay. Never met a host, but when we had a question or problem occurred we got an immediate answer!!! Easy street parking. Parked every day right in front of the accommodation. Basic kitchenette was perfect for that little bit of cooking we did. Grocery store is near by same as few a local restaurants and some street food. It is a little further away from Malecón. Pool is cold. Water kettle would be nice. We had water supply troubles for a couple of days.

• yuli (7/5): Abertura - El lugar era lindo y la cercanía al malecón Desde la batalla por el deposito, la falta de abertura en protocolos, la actitud de los trabajadores, la hora de entrega sin limpiar.

• Edgar Enrique (10/5): Excelente - La atención del personal siempre fue puntual y muy amable. La ubicación del lugar es bastante estratégica y el hospedaje es perfecto para 4 personas. Cabe aclarar que te piden que registres tu tarjeta en una página exclusiva de hospedajes, de inicio suele ser sospechoso, pero todo es completamente legal. Estos lo hacen para el depósito de seguridad, el cual te regresan si respetas las reglas de las instalaciones. Estoy muy agradecido con ellos y sin duda volvería.

• Dmitry (4/5): Cant say never got this place and never been told why, sent me another so be careful - The location they gave me was really good. And i got my deposit back. Staff is really communicative and nice. But i never stayed at this place at this location, it was another one they gave me instead . A day before arriving got a message that my place is not ready for me and they have another place that id like. Instead of a full apartment and a pool, i got a 3x3 room which wasn’t very bad but really small, with a door that does not shut all the way so if i kept light on bugs and lizards went in all the time. Not what i was expecting but it wasn’t horrible. Just not was i was expecting size wise and quality wise, and I’ve been told that this place is even more expensive but i don’t have to add anything, they will cover it. Maybe because the location is tight on the beach. But first night staying in la paz i paid for a place of better quality also by the beach(5 mins away from this place)half price and didn’t have to give any deposits.
• Smith (6/5): Fine - The place was fine but needs maintenance and painting. Lights were burnt out in the bathroom and not replaced upon request. No hangers to hang clothes, requested hangers but nothing. One role of toilet paper. There was not any more and when we inquired we’re told that they didn’t supply more.

• Isaac (8/5): Very good - everything, , all new, clean and awasome space rooms in general excelent price, acccurate because distance when i arrived were all over cleaning stuff and had no sheets at all in one of the rooms staff didnt came as they agreed
• Anne (8/5): Very good - Clean, comfortable, reactive staff The swimming pool was a bit cold, and it would have been nice to have a few basics in the kitchen (oil, salt…)

Very hard to sleep, stinky beds, a lot of noise from the street and the other apartment parking on the street, and no host at the property, never answered my phone calls, communicate only by email , if you need clean towels or sheets or cleaning supplies, iron and good luck nobody at the property by the way pool it wasn’t clean .

• Motoretro (8/5): Very good - Upper floor apartment is wide, kitchen, 2 rooms 2 bathroom.all new and clean. Induction, coffee maker, mixer, microwave. There are 3 apartment in the property, so you can have good luck and find amazing people sharing with you the pool and bbq or no. But people that go to La Paz is always with good vibes. Swimming pool can be cold for someone.
