Chambre très bruyante avec les allées et venues des valises jour, comme nuit.
Pour le prix de cette chambre, on peut espérer plus de tranquillité aussi.
Repas pris au restaurant de l’hôtel : prix 35 euros par personne. Il y avait de la quantité mais pas de la qualité !

El agua caliente era tibia.
El teléfono no funcionaba, no se podía llamar a recepción.
En el comedor, en el desayuno nos levantamos a por otro plato y nos quitaron las cosas de la mesa y pusieron servicio nuevo, luego no se disculparon, nos ignoraron (Paco)

- Anne marie (1/5): Touriste booking passez votre chemin… - Rien Attention Les clients booking sont logés à l’arrière dans la chambre numéro 208 où il y a un bruit d’extraction de la ventilation de cuisine tous les deux minutes et à côté d’un logement attribué aux personnel saisonnier qui sont très bruyants . Nous avons réussi à obtenir un changement de chambre mais à force d’insistance. Mauvais rapport qualité prix. Buffet soir très moyen a 35€. Il s’agit de la plus mauvaise expérience de notre séjour à grande canarie

Contando también con la comida del bufet y lo limpio que lo tenían todo El moho que había en el techo del baño y que no hubiese ventilación dentro de él.

- Carolina (8/5): En busca del hotel que no existe. - Muy resolutiva la recepcionista Yurena, ofreciendo una buena estancia. La ubicación del hotel no aparece es decir no es correcta viene como c/ touroperador tui 21 e incluso el nombre del hotel es de Dunas no es Hotiday.
La conclusión es que no das con el hotel no hay un teléfono al que llamar ( es un número italiano y no español ).

Найгірше це запах плісняви!!!Система кондиціонування дуже брудна !!!неможливо нею користуватись. Людям з астмою або алергією категорично рекомендую відвідати інший номер , оскільки в цьому неможливо було спати. Також шумоізоляція. Ми засинали під крики дітей, що жили поруч в іншому номері та прокидались вночі від того, що хтось постійно кашляв. Це просто кошмар.

Die kleinen Häuschen bieten viel Ruhe und Komfort.
Es war immer alles perfekt sauber und ordentlich.
Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend!
Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor dem Eingang. Der Ablauf ist stark auf Familien mit Kindern ausgelegt. Für uns als Pärchen waren speziell Frühstück und Abendessen teilweise recht nervig, weil es sehr laut und überfüllt war im Speisesaal und Gäste das Buffet in ein Schlachtfeld verwandelt haben.

Nous avons cherché pendant 1h30 avant de découvrir que la réservation se trouvait à l’intérieur d’un complexe qui s’appelle DUNAS!! il était 1h30 du matin quand nous avons enfin regagner notre chambre.
- Mara (1/5): Great facility, bad resellers - The Dunas Suits and Villas is excellent, so I would suggest anyone reading this review to contact them directly. HOTiDAY is not a hotel, it is only reseller. I loved the property but did not like dealing with the HOTiDAY reseller. They provide a phone number that is useless and you are not dealing directly with the hotel.
- Stefy (8/5): - We were upgraded to a room in the adults only villa area. The resort garden was very nice and clean, great for a walk to the dining area. The area was very quiet and relaxing, large room with coffee machine and capsules + a bottle of water on arrival, pool towels, beach slippers and bathrobes. The resort is located 15 minutes walk from the dunes, beach and Maspalomas promenade, but there is also a free shuttle service to Maspalomas beach. The Global bus stop for airport transfers (66 and 90) is very close to the hotel. The room needs a little renovation, one of the walls was damp at the bottom.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment following a recent two-night stay at your hotel from 8th-10th October 2025. I had booked the room well in advance, expecting a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, the stay did not meet even the most basic expectations.
Upon arrival, we were told we had been “upgraded” to a family room. However, this room had several serious issues:
• The air conditioning was not working. We had a temporary unit that made a horrendous constant noise (video here )
• The television had been removed from the wall and had exposed wiring. something I believe is both unsafe and unacceptable.
These issues significantly impacted our stay, especially considering the premium rate of £280 for two nights.
While staff did eventually offer a room change this was only proposed on the second night of our stay – by which point we were due to leave the following morning. Additionally, we were advised initially by another member of staff upon arrival and seeing the problems; that this room was the only available room due to the hotel being fully booked and that they had received a number of complaints about the room previously! If this is the case why are you not addressing complaints and customer feedback?
Eventually a complimentary meal & bottle was offered, but we had prior plans on the evening and were unable to take advantage of it. These gestures, while appreciated, did little to remedy the situation in real terms. Given the poor condition of the room and the fact that we were not able to enjoy the standard amenities promised at the time of booking, I believe a full or partial refund is a fair and reasonable request.
I hope you will consider this complaint seriously and respond with an appropriate resolution. I would appreciate a response within the next 7 days. Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Disappointing Hotel Stay – Request for Partial Refund
