• KANDA (10/5): 完璧でした。 - 清潔感がとても良かったです。居心地がとても良かったです。ホテルに駐車場はついてませんが、徒歩圏内にパーキングがあるので問題ありません。コンビニも徒歩圏内でありますので、買い出しもOKです。 強いて言えば、トイレの水が少し流れにくいことくらいです。

• Caroline (9/5): Very nice practical and stylish apartment for adult travellers - not so much for children. - Lovely apartment, well put together in a simple yet sophisticated Scandinavian style. Comfortable beds, a good functional kitchen, and a decent bathroom. Wifi was good, and our kids appreciated the TV. It made for a good base for our trip to Osaka. The only thing that worried me was the low threshold of the window when opened. This is down to the design of the building rather than the host. We were on the 4th floor, which is quite high up and leaves a sheer drop down to the street. I would say that this window is dangerous for children. Therefore, I would not recommend it for families; it is suitable for adult travellers only. Perhaps the host could install a restrictor on the window?

I think the concrete construction looked cool, and gave the place a natural and neutral earthy aroma. Very close to Life grocery. I recommend you try Happy Buffalo if you like steak and a good value. All good, really. Make sure you get on the local train from Umeda.

• Jonathan (10/5): 10/10 - highly recommendation ! - Excellent, quiet location for sleeping, yet very close to the train station and attractions. The room is truly superbly equipped – the beds are incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the kitchenette was also well-equipped. The bathroom is surprisingly spacious. We were even able to bring our luggage into the room three hours before check-in, as we arrived earlier than expected. Many thanks to the host for that! All in all, a clear recommendation ! There were many cobwebs in the hallway and corners - it could use a bit more cleaning.

• Woori (8/5): 조용한 동네의 호텔을 원한다면-! - 번화한곳보다 조용한곳에 숙박하는것을 선호하는편이라 조용해서 좋았습니다. 도보로 3-5분이면 있는 전철역에서 전철을 이용해서 주요 관광지를 둘러보기에 좋은위치였고 숙소 근처로 마트와 편의점도 있어서 좋았습니다. 후기에 온수사용시 온수기에 소리가 요란하다 했어 걱정했는데 소리는 실제로 발생했으나 저는 크게 거슬리지 않았습니다. 이부분은 개인차가 있다고 생각합니다 일본의 보통 숙박시설들은 짐보관이 용이한편인데, 이곳은 그렇지 않아 아쉬웠습니다. 아마도 프론트가 없기때문에 관리가 안되서 그런것 같은데, 이부분만 해결된다면 더 좋지 않을까 합니다.

Hay tiendas de conveniencia y buenos lugares para comer cerca La hsbitación estaba llena de polvo, había telarañas en el baño, las almohadas y los cojines decorativos olian muy mal, como si no se hubieran lavado, las sandalias olian a pies super apestosos. De tanto polvo me dió mi crisis de asma. La habitación es de concreto, construcción tipo brutalusmo sin recubrimiento. Llegamos en la noche. El clima tardo mas de 8h en entibiar la sbitación. Tuvimos que dormir con chsmarras. Por que la habitación no se calentaba. Tendre mas cuidado. En reservar. Lugsres que desde el inicio no te dan reembolso de la reservación

• Fred (9/5): - Washing machine and drying room. Was reasonably quiet. Strict house rules that may exclude some guests based on ability that aren’t advertised adequately until you are there. They require shoes off in the property but do not allow for an adequate space for one person (let alone up to 4) to do so. I think they need to consider including seating in the space before shoes off. Also the location is okay… to get into central Namba is faster to walk than take the Osaka loop line, which is about a 30 minute walk- keep this in mind.
• NAGANO (8/5): - キレイで、キッチン等もあり子どもたちを連れて泊まるのにとても過ごしやすかったです。
• Ezmeralda (10/5): Beyond Expectations - A central stay near two train stations. - Absolutely loved it here. It has everything you need, the feel on the traditional baths/shower. Our room had a seperate washing machine and bathroom/sink. Seperate toilet. Beds were very comfortable with a little dining table area. It was central to Ashiharabashi Train Station. Highly recommend for travel to use that station or Sakuragawa Station which is about a 10 minute walk away. 7/11 and Lawsons is very close walking distance with a few places to eat including a renowned Takoyaki place right next to Ashiharabashi Station. If you're into cooking for yourself it has the facilities to do so, super market is just outside Sakuragawa Station exit 4 if heading back for the night. Would stay here again! Note, HDMI capable so you can watch Netflix if you wanted! Noise from the Water Heater can be noisy when in use but if you use the shower during reasonable times its no biggie at all.

• Shreya (1/5): disappointing. - not much door handle was broken. sliding door. too difficult to get to. felt like an escape room just fo figure out how to access our room. was so dirty in the lobby. the kitchen cutlery was DISGUSTING and laced with harmful bacteria. the beds had no bed frame (easy access for spiders to crawl). the wifi password WAS SOOOOOOO HARD TO FIND. didn’t look like the photos. felt catfished.

• 駱 (9/5): Everything is best except the WiFi - The interior design, the facilities and the bed. The WiFi doesn’t work and the phone connection is very bad.
