Kajetan (10/5): - Lokalizacja to bez wątpienia najmocniejszy punkt tego miejsca. W samym apartamencie panuje niemal nienaturalna cisza, to zasługa wejścia od podwórza. Sam apartament urządzony ze smakiem, z dbałością o detale, czysty. Parkiet i wysokie sufity również robią robotę. Jeśli miałbym na coś zwrócić uwagę, to na specyfikę starej kamienicy. Instalacje mają swoje lata i momentami z łazienki wydobywa się delikatny zapach kanalizacji. Nie jest to uciążliwe przy włączonej wentylacji, ale warto o tym wiedzieć.

Kamil (9/5): Mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji - Super lokalizacja, naprzeciwko Bazyliki św. Krzyża w Warszawie. W mieszkaniu było wszystko bardzo dobrze przygotowane - bardzo duży plus za dodatkowe ręczniki i jednorazowe kapcie. Bardzo brzydki zapach z łazienki (z kanalizacji), nieszczelne okna, z których bardzo wiało (na szczęście w mieszkaniu były grube zasłony, które trochę "uszczelniały" okna).

Magdalena (5/5): Jedyny atut to położenie - Położenie na Krakowskim Przedmieściu Czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Pod prysznicem włosy po poprzednich klientach i nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji. Niedomyta kabina prysznicowa o zlew w kuchni - bardzo nieprzyjemne wrażenie.
