• Kira (9/5): Gerne wieder! :) - Die Unterkunft war super zentral an der Kantstr. gelegen - super Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, süße Cafés und alles was sonst noch das Herz begehrt waren in der Nähe! Der Check-In verlief auch unkompliziert und Rückfragen waren jederzeit möglich. - Bequem war vor allem das große Bett im Schlaf-/Wohnbereich! Keine Anmerkungen. :)

• SMH (9/5): Nice. - Lokatie is goed. Vlakbij OV. Ruim en gezellig appartement. Compleet ingericht met alles wat je nodig hebt, inclusief koffie cupjes en Vaatwasblokjes Niets.
• Kerstin (8/5): Moderne, komfortabel Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage - Sehr schöne Ausstattung, super Kontakt zum Gastgeber, sehr ruhig, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, gleichzeitig in der Nähe vom Lietzensee (zu Fuß gut erreichbar) Fenster vom Bad geht zum kleinen Schlafzimmer-> wenn im Bad das Licht angeht, ist es im Schlafzimmer Taghell.

• Alison (4/5): Disappointing , poor customer service so stay somewhere else or take your own bedding ! - The property internally was decorated nicely although odd layout with bed in the living room . Had potential but was disappointing and a let down! The entrance hall and building are in need of extensive work , think unpainted halls, dirty stairwells and no outer door security , there is gate onto Main Street with lock but often was open . The issue with property is lack of bedding and pillows and bedding and general attitude of hosts when dealing with my request . The double bed had 1 pillow and 1 single duvet , all pillows in property (3 in total ) were awful and we may as well have slept on a wafer. When we asked for more pillow we were told it’s their policy to give 1 single duvet and 1 pillow to each guest (rather than appropriate bedding for the actual beds ) . Told me there was 5 duvets and 5 pillows in the property (there was not there were 3 ) then tried to suggest I should pay 20 euros for extra pillows . There was no toiletries as advertised and not even any hand soap in the bathroom . The exchange was rude and unhelpful and tainted our stay . So stay in an alternative place would be my advice !
• Kalliopi (10/5): Excellent apartment in a convenient neighborhood - Loftly Kant 99 was a highlight to our journey. It is a beautiful apartment, in a fun neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Getting there and moving around the city is very easy as it is in a few minute walk from public transportation. The host was very kind and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place and I hope to come back in the future. The only thing I could mention is that the host didn't leave any soap or shower gel, but I believe that was an honest mistake.

• Maria (10/5): Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Berlina - Apartament w doskonałym standardzie, bardzo czysty i w pełni wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzebne podczas pobytu. Do tego świetna lokalizacja, blisko wielu fajnych knajpek oraz przede wszystkim stacji S-Bahn. Kontakt z właścicielem doskonały, także w kwestii późniejszego wymeldowania. Serdecznie polecam!
• Tanja (9/5): Sehr schöne und gut platzierte Wohnung in Charlottenburg - Sehr schöne und große Wohnung mitten im Zentrum von Berlin Charlottenburg. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Praktische ÖVM Verbindung aber auch zu Fuss ist viel zu erreichen. Nähester Supermarkt ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr freundlicher und reaktiver Ansprechpartner. Es ist wirklich nichts zu bemängeln, ein Einkaufswagen wäre ein kleines Plus.

Качественный ремонт,хорошая мебель ,много утвари и посуды ,есть все необходимое ,высокие потолки и чень уютно , тепло .Большой телевизор .Отличное расположение ,рядом много магазинов и кафе ,недалеко от метро .Отличный вариант для изучения города .Рекомендую!

• Keira (9/5): Gerne wieder! - Man darf sich nicht vom Treppenhaus beirren lassen, denn es wird der Wohnung gar nicht gerecht! Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, schön eingerichtet, super gelegen, sauber & bequem! Ein Punkt Abzug gibt’s leider, da die Wohnung recht hellhörig ist & das Badezimmer hat keine Belüftung. Aber sonst wirklich perfekt.

• benjamin (10/5): - Appartement spacieux, moderne, très propre et silencieux, avec une belle hauteur sous plafond. Il est très bien situé dans un quartier vivant avec des supermarchés à proximité. Il y a le metro, le S Bahn et des arrêts de bus à deux pas. On a passé une super semaine à berlin en famille à 5 et ce très bel appartement y a beaucoup contribué ! Aucun défaut.
