If signs of smoking cause damage, an additional fee will be incurred. Upon access, a list of rules for waste management will be provided. If these are not followed, a fee will be charged. A standard late check-out fee will be charged for approved late check-outs. If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or our cleaners are already en route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee. The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, minus a GBP 3 admin fee, upon a successful property inspection.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Aneesa (2/5): Will not book again. - Good location and nicely decorated. We had no hot water for the entire 5 days it took them 3 days to come and check the problem on a Friday which it turned out the heating element had gone and couldn’t be replaced until Monday (our check out day) this also meant that house keeping would have known it wasn’t working yet we were still allowed to check in with a young child and no hot water or means to wash for 5 days. Luckily we had local friends. Communication was poor and they eventually offered a 50% refund that they said was “good will” told this would be sorted on the Monday, 2 weeks went by and still nothing and it took my texting them to get a response! Not good enough.
Razwan (9/5): Worth our money. - House was clean. Location was very good. One thing I would change is to add bathroom soap and conditioner. We end up going out to buy some soap to take shower. Check in process was possible. It should have been more smooth.
