- Alan (6/5): Pleasant - Air conditioner worked great. The location is quiet. Rooms are older and somewhat worn. Beds are quite hard. This hotel is not even close to 5 star. Booking.com needs to reassess their rating methods. Plumbing was partially disconnected in the shower in two of the 4 rooms I rented.
- Carien (2/5): Not a good airport hotel - The cleaning staff was good and friendly, and the girl from room service was nice. Check in was slow and uninterested. The guy was singing to himself while typing into a computer for 15 minutes straight. Even though we were the only ones checking in. My child needed to nap and he did not care to check us in quickly. There is NO shuttle in spite of what is advertised. They just call you a taxi but ONLY if you ask them 48 hours in advance. The breakfast was not good. Everything is cheap, stale, old, cold, no variety. Horrible coffee.

- Ragnar (8/5): Good hotel if you want to stay overnight before flying from DMK. - Good, clean, well maintained hotel. Breakfast was nice. Not far from DMK airport and it was the main reason why we booked it. Because of the traffic, I would still advise to start earlier if you do not want to miss your flight. Some weird feature that there is a closed door between different rooms. And you can hear people talking. Not good if you want to close some drug trafficking deal or to have privacy with your beloved one.

- Ondřej (8/5): Decent tucked away hotel on a quiet street - Close to DMK, good price, 7/11 across the street, despite being close to airport we couldnt hear a thing. Cheaper Superior room somehow felt more cozy, 2 elevators (really handy), It was perfect for when you wanna get a good sleep without all the loud city night life how is this a 5 star hotel?... Couldnt figured out room cleaning time... had to ask for stuff, but cleaning lady was smiling and helpfull so eeeh ok, Actually visited hotel 2 times, different rooms, Superior room felt better but had doors leading to next room, while Deluxe felt more private... but the Tv placement.... omg! One more thing.... early check-in is 500 Baht which was ok the first time since we checked-in like 10am so I was relieved it was even possible, but the second time we checked-in at 12:30 maybe? I would be ok with it if the hotel wasnt half empty... purely because of that next time we chose different nearby hotel that had more premium feel, did not charge us anything past 12:00 and cost the same when you include the extra fee. As usual for Thailand, sound insulation, being it outside windows or hallway doors, doesnt exist

- Ian (9/5): Modern quiet hotel ideal for airport. - Modern multi-storey hotel, spacious, and clean, with swimming pool. Ideal for Don Mueang Airport. Staff courteous and helpful and booked us a morning taxi to the airport for just 200 baht. Ideal for overnight stay. Large choice at breakfast, but was cold and lacked atmosphere. Restaurant closed in evening, but had a good meal in restaurant 600 metres away.

- Lew (1/5): lineid: hfchat - Friendly and caring staff. Many common tactics are being employed to trick the customer into giving up extra money, while they are smiling. Don’t be afraid to say no, because the smiles are fake. Beware of Bangkok scammers who abuse your good nature. For this reason, because of 1 individual, it gets 1 star. The bug in the bed wasn’t that bad, it’s the dishonesty that lingers.

- Lucy (6/5): Ok for just an overnight but cleaning standards are low - The staff are nice and the location is handy for an early flight if you want to avoid being stuck in traffic out of Bangkok You get what you pay for really. The floors on the bedroom and bathroom had not been cleaned properly. There was also loads of hair stuck in the drain. There were brown stains in the hallway walls. The aircon is extremely noisy so you cannot leave it on while you sleep
- Mads (2/5): Sure it’s a cheap hotel, but if value your sleep don’t stay here! - The hotel was quite cheap, the bed was decent and the location close the airport This hotel failed at providing the most basic service a hotel should provide: sleep! There was a thin thin door between our and the neighboring room. We could hear EVERYTHING happening in the other room and even the light from the other room could been seen under the door. The people staying next door spoke very loudly until 2am and even tried to open the connecting door to our room at some point. We asked them to be quiet as we had a small baby and had to get up early to catch a flight, but they didn’t quiet down at all. Also, the lock between the rooms was super flimsy and could easily be kicked open, not very secure at all. Also horrible service from the front desk staff - extremely unattractive and rude. We contacted them about the noise levels, but absolutely nothing was done and we were completely ignored. Will never stay here again and would recommend anyone to stay clear of this hotel. The cheap price is just not worth loosing a nights sleep.

- Malcolm (6/5): Pleasant - Clean wnvieonment and open plan in the reception and bar area. Room is quite large, with good air con. Some little food and drink places nearby some of which are very good. Breakfast food isn't a very high quality but there are many options, some of which are good. I'd recommend the breakfast Staff very unwelcoming and quite honestly annoying. Both checking in and especially checking out when they made me wait a very long time for my deposit. Lazy at the desk was arrogant and clearly has issues. Pool is a bit small. Parking is easy

- Marc (5/5): Horrible staff and scamming management, good property - Good property, nice clean, not too outdated Staff is blasting music all day and night in the reception and are also rude and ignorant. Also they try to scam you by taking a small deposit like some hotels do for no reason and when you ask for a reciept for the deposit they tell you they have it written down so no worries, but when it’s time to check out they ask to see your reciept for your deposit otherwise you won’t get it back. I watched them do this to 5 other people while i was waiting to check out so i argued with them together with another tourist who wasn’t falling for their scam and we got back our deposit.

Pool didn't seem clean and the gym was almost unusable as there were constantly kids running from the pool into the gym, playing on the equipment. Quality of breakfast wasn't great. We also had some ants in the room. Not many restaurants or things to do in the vicinity.
- Christian (5/5): Not a 5 stars at all - It is an establishment that was intended to be practical because it is close to the airport. It is wrongly classified 5 stars, as negative reviews say. It starts with the elevator whose carpet is worn and very dirty. The reception is on the third floor which is hardly practical. Apparently there is a shuttle to the airport that I didn't see. It would be desirable for it to connect the BTS quite far from the hotel when you have heavy suitcases on wheels. the sidewalks are very narrow and in very poor condition. The slippers and bathrobe are of very poor quality. The size of the TV is ridiculous The room is of average size, however the bathroom is very small and the sink area is dirty and the joints have mold. the Asian breakfast does not include any pastries, it is very succinct and the orange juice is chemical. No one asked about my satisfaction when leaving. I would not recommend this establishment even though it is theoretically close to the airport

- Michele (8/5): One night at NJOY Prestige Grand Hotel - Lovely clean and nicely decorated hotel not far from Don Mueang Airport. Great stop over. If it was nearer to central Bangkok it would be perfect and cost alot more to stay. The staff are helpful & friendly. Breakfast was good, with lots of fruit and yohurt. Plus nice salad. Loads of Thai choices also. Swimming pool nice. Didn't have time for gym but looked reasonable for a quick workout. Would recommend and return. Limited eating options apart from breaky, so went out. Not easy to find eateries open but happy enough.

It was not soundproof it was not 40 sq mtr and not deluxe. The very loud chiming from the lift every time it opened or closed made sleep impossible. The bathroom door was broken so it could not be closed and the toilet seat was 3 times too small to fit the toilet.

- Craig (9/5): Decent place and close to the airport (DMK) - Not too far from DMK airport. Entry for check in is via the lift to the 3rd floor in the parking lot. No problems at all and it was a great price. Nice staff and a decent breakfast. Used BOLT taxis for transport either way to/from the airport. We arrived quite late and left quite early so cannot comment on any of the other facilities. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, more a 3/4, but no problems at all.

- Krystina (7/5): Couple stay December 2024 - We loved the pool, gym, breakfast and size of our room. It was great to have the option of foods at breakfast time, however the eggs were usually cold. On one of the mornings a lovely member of staff did offer to cook us fresh eggs, which were delicious. It was quite a dated hotel and we had some suspicious staining in our room (I thought it was blood but the staff explained to me it was excess wood paint). Although the breakfast was lovely, it would have been great to have a couple more options (fresh bakes etc).

The staff were very helpful, I ordered some food and it met my expectations. The bathroom facilities were good. The room was a good size. Breakfast was very nice. There is a 7/11 very close. The pool looked very well kept. I think the shower water could of been hotter.
