• Paul (6/5): Great location - basic accommodation - needs more thoguht in management - The location is excellent - very central to an important area of Bangkok but also very much recessed in a small street that is pleasant. Very close to a lot of shops, restaurants, bars and the metro and skyrail. Accommodation is reasonable for its price range The problems are all a consequence of poor management/ownership amking sufficient profit to be indifferent to service, and it is unfortunate because marginal adjustments woudl improve a great deal. The staff - all very young - varied from indifferent and even rude and abrupt to extremely helpful and pleasant. Reception is too often without a person on it at times when arrivals are due - between 1.00pm and 6.00pm. In the first of my two stays I had to wait an unacceptable time before someone appears that suggests, as they were cleaning, poor staff management. The rooms are somewhat basic, and the descriptions are - less us say - not as realistic about the accommodation and if it was more straightforward it would still get custom but generate less dissatisfaction - and i talked to a few residents in my two stays

• William (1/5): I'm sure these tactics are employed in war - It's very basic but always clean and friendly Every single day of my stay a jackhammer started smashing into what felt/sounded like the concrete torture foundations of the building....right outside my wall..... it started at 6.30/7.00.am and kept going till 6.30/7.00 pm

• Borja (1/5): This hotel is scam. Dont trust them. Really bad condition and dont give back the money. - Nothing. After first night without being able to sleep there, i had to look for another hotel and lost the money i paid to Elite Hotel Nana Sukhumvit 3, as they didnt halp and didnt refund me the money. This hotel was a scam and i had to book another hotel instead. And they didnt want to give me back the money. Also Booking didnt replied to me about this problem. The room had no window and strong smell to humidity. At night the building was very noisy, and someone cleaning the next room and corridor at 3-4am. Also during the day the building was noisy with construction.

• Jim Banks (4/5): You get what you pay for - Good location and cheap Room was dirty with hair everywhere. Bugs in the bathroom. Aircon took about an hour to cool the room. Bed was rock solid. Blinds didn't keep the sun out. Staff tried to give me and my friend the same room (we booked 2 seperate rooms). Cleaning staff refused to clean my friends room on the second morning.

• Pintip (9/5): Affordable Hotel Close to BTS - The accommodation is not far from BTS Nana, though it’s located a bit toward the end of the alley (but not a long walk). The check-in staff are attentive and polite. The room is well equipped with essential amenities, including a hair dryer, clothes rack, work desk, coffee mugs, an electric kettle, and instant coffee. Overall, it exceeded expectations for a room at this price. The accommodation looks older than in the photos. There were insects, such as mosquitoes, in the room, but not many.

• ENKHDARI (1/5): Do not Book! - Absolutely nothing!!!! I booked this hotel for 5 nights, but the moment I checked in, I realized I had made a huge mistake. The property looks nothing like the pictures advertised online – they clearly use fake or heavily edited photos to mislead guests. - Cleanliness: The room was extremely dirty, with a strong unpleasant smell that made it impossible to stay inside. - Condition: The furniture was very old, worn-out, and the bed linen looked stained and unhygienic. - False Advertising: The images online show a modern, clean hotel, but in reality it is the complete opposite. - Customer Service: I immediately left after check-in because the conditions were unacceptable. I requested a refund, but the hotel refused to return my money. This was one of the worst booking experiences I’ve ever had. I wasted my time and money, and I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs.

Bathroom->OMG... It is located in a weird and scary dead end road with a lot of weird people, not safe! Not to recommend unless you on super budget.

• Wolfgang (5/5): For the price it's ok. - If you like to stay near Nana area on a budget, I guess it's ok. Pricewise it's one of the cheaper options in the area. I wanted to stay somewhere cheap near the Embassy of The Netherlands (I had to visit it the next day) and for that purpose it's ok. The room I had was a bit inconvenient. A few changes could make the room a lot better. - There was no light near the bed than you can on/off when inside bed. - Would have been nice to have a little table next to the bed for e.g. phone. - The bathroom door opens inward, which is cramped due to the toilet. Better if bathroom door opens towards the room, much free space there. - I got the key / keycard on a partially broken keychain. - I sometimes could hear noise of neighbor rooms and/or hallway, like people entering or leaving the rooms.
